I am the customer of aircel since last 3-4 years and shame to inform you.

I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account.

Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

Kindly resolve the problem.

Unable to send SMS PORT to 1900 on aircel I Gopal Surve want to port my number but the msg is not being sent.iwent to there aircel store wherein they told me that that basic handset would be required and it can't be done through smartphone which seems absolutely absurd .
Kindly help me port my number at earliest.

I am abhishek, i called to customer care fot information about deduction of balance, he said that one service model weekly activated on your number but there is no confirmation with my side for this activation. I told to him to return my balance, he said he cannot return. I told him to tranfer call to his senior then he was speechless there is no reply from his side. Here what's my fault... This is not fair

Recharge amount of rs 300 was paid thr: bill payment facility of icici bank. The payment was acknowledged by aircel vide their sms on my mobile. Trying to make a call, the message of nil talk-time balance is conveyed to me....

Many times i found my phone balance automatically deducted against activation of any services and renewal

Automatic activate service and cut money from account after contact they say like you have done something that why service active. I have face this problem too many time any get low balance. If ask about refund money then he/she say they can't do. Today i have been calling since morning they all are busy. What i do???...

I have applied for UPC code from aircel many times. But the aircle company is not providing me the UPC code as i want to port my aircel number to vodafone. The reason for porting is that there is no aircel network at my work place even when I leave mumbai there are very few cities where aircel provides network. Otherwise vodafone or airtel supports the network. I request aircel to please give me the UPC code.

But i didn't get any data benefit, 28gb is just a #.

I need an immediate response...
