Hi,
I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 16 May 2017 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. My pin code 500008

    Hi,

    My sim card number [protected] is unable to register to the AIRCEL network. I had recharged it recently, but unable to use it. Please check and update me asap.
    I have been using this number since 2010. But didnt use it for a while due to loss of my mobilephone. Now I have the replaced Sim card but unable to use it.
    Let me know what i can do. Is the number still available ?

        I cannot subscribe any vas service .but you send the message to subscribe something and reduce amount more than 50rs.it is not first time. I disappointed your service .I try to change my network from aircel to other if you overcome this kind of problem .

          Plese sir. My Aircel no was debut 50 rs charge. Maine koi service nhi le h.or 50 rs charge kat leya Gaya. Aircel customer care mere koi v sawal ka answer nhi deta h . Or call v disconnect kar deya jata so my 50 rs refund Keya jaye.

                Am robbed by aircel this month several times without any reason solidly. And refund is denied. Now my number is blocked in customer care as I can't even reach to the agent for the past 2 days. I have lost more than 100 rupees within one week. Don't you have value for my money ?. It's really frustrating

                  Hello I am Amit Mahendru. I uses to have AirCel number [protected] when i was in chennai. I have shifted to a new city in February and hence i cleared my amount of January and sent a mail for disconnection of my number. Still since last 2 months i have been receiving calls to oay the amount for month of March and April even though i have not used that number since January. I have told the customer care many times that i have disconnected the number but still no measures were taken. I have the receipts and mail proofs as well. Please provide assistance as soon as possible.

                  We would like to inform you that we have checked your concern and found there is a disconnection request given on 29/3/2017. Also, we have checked the last 4 invoices of 5/2/2017, 5/3/2017, 5/4/2017 & 5/5/2017. There are usages in the two invoices of 5/2/2017 & 5/3/2017, hence you need to clear the bill amount of Rs.363/- pending against the two invoices. There are no usages in the next two invoices which can be nullified once the pending outstanding of Rs.363/- is cleared from your end.

                        I cant able send port sms to company for porting my number..its says sms deliver failed.. in last 30 days, i contacted customer care for several times.. but no resposce from them.. sometimes they hold up my call on wait, some time disconnects, sometime says server down etc..

                            Very poor response from aircel. Your complaint assistance 198 is not working. You are charging intentionally for the pack "ndmc170317sms2". Ultimately it will reduce your credibility.
                            Without making the conversation long, i request you to kindly deactivate the above pack and stop making fool your customers.
                            I am quite surprised about the services you are providing to your customers. It is very disgusting to have services from your company. Also, i will make sure my friends about the incident which has been taken place with me. It is quite horrible experience with you aircel guys!

                                Dear aircel. Mobile no :- [protected] i bought the sim from my hometown kolkata. I have been using the sim since 2012. Now due to inactivity for last few months as i was in other city the incoming call facility has been stopped and also no sms are incoming and there is no signal. The sim is deactivated.
                                Moreover the main problem that i'm facing is that i have used this numbers for all type of verifications like social media account, bank accounts etc. Now i need my number to login into mail and social accounts.
                                Please consider my request on a priority basis and reactivate my no. Thanks and regards,
