      Dear sir,

      I am using the aircel connection some years... And regularly paying all the bills., my connection no is [protected].

      I lodges request on 31st march 2017 about my connection to disconnect, and i paid all my dues.

      After your people got disconnect the line on 3/4/2017. Then again they retained from 6/4/2017... I dint know the reason. I dint request on that.

      Then they are sending regular bills from april to till date.. Accumulated dues on rs. 557/-. This is not fair. (Every time repeatably i informed about my disconnection request on 31/3/2017)

      I dint use the connection from 1/4/2017.. Why i need to pay the bills.. Without my request how they retained my connection 6/4/2017.

      Need your help to sort out this issue.

      Every time they are threatening and sending legal notice about the payment due of rs. 557/- & i paid today... Kindly recover my money from this illegal company.

        I terminate the connection of 31.3 2017..& further without any reason my connection got reactivated on 6/4/2017.. This is total cheating by company.

        Then they raise unnecessary charges from April, May, June. Total Rs. 557/-

        Every time they are threatening by payment about the payment issues.

          Very sadly state that please take necessary step for aircel
          They just forget the pririty of the consumer.
          Wothout any cause they deducted money from account
          3rd time i face withing 1 month
          As per last complaint in your portal they refund the deducted money
          But i face again in
          15.06.2017 sum of 35 rs
          19.06.2017 sum of 30 rs

          Fistly call to the caustomer care on 16.06 they told me to refund withing 1 hour no money back to my account

          After that i call again their server issue

          Today 19.06 again i call to inform both issue they said todays deduction is refunded but when they dnt told me.
          But they said no refund possile for 15.06 deduction
          Please take a look. Its all aircel fault they are fraud.

            I have an aircel sim ([protected]) a service ndairsms2n is automatically activated on my aircel number and after a lot of calls in customer care we were not helped... We are very disappointed by aircel services and if this vas is not been deactivated in 3 days we will port this sim with company like airtel or vodafone and never get any service of aircel... Please resolve that problem... Very very disappointed from aircel...

                I recharged rs85 in my aircel mobile. But it goes into promo balance. Kindly, convert it into main balance. I cannot utilize my promo balance as voice call. I changed my sim to reliance to aircel, not to see this type of problem. I request you to return my main balance, otherwise i will change my sim.

                        Aircel customer care has taken all my private phone numbers & call details against my ([protected]) phone no. This is the 2nd time they called my 2 family members & 2-3 friends regarding a due bill, using abusive languages, asked my personal details, relationship with my family members to me, why i talk to that no, how do they know me etc from those phone no[protected]/[protected])
                        I asked to them to come to my address & talk to me or send someone to collect the bill (As this service from aircel is available) but they denied & started abusing me.
                        They have taken all my private phone nos & misusing them, which is miserably harrasing my personal life.

                          I was subscribed to Bollywood weekly of 15Rs unnecessarily and I had called the same day the customer care and he unsubscribed me and said that he will process the refund in one day but no refund was made. Today I called the customer care they tell me I won't get a refund although I never subscribed to the pack and I did call the customer care within 24hrs of subscription.

                              Once again my money deducted without my any possitive input. After activated of dnd also. I dnt know who the nonsense done such thing.. Hopeless servics. And also calling in caustomer care the guy said withing 1 hour you got the money back. After 10 hour still no money back in my account..

                                  I m customer of aircel for long time, mobile no [protected] i recharged my prepaid sim, with unlimited plan of rs249 includes unlimited data plus free local std calls, and also put some 50 rs in main balance for sms and roaming ;got recharged on 3rd or 4th of june for 28 days, but suddenly i foind on 13th june i was shocked to found that, i couldnot make calls to any one. Andmy main balance of 50 rs was also gone. I immediately contacted customer care at 8:25 pm[protected]. He told that, our plan has been changed, from now onwards you will get 1500 minutes per months and 1 gb data for 28 days. I told him this plan should not imply on existing customer who already having unlimited plan and my plan rs 249 was going to end om 30 th of june, he immediately resorted the calls which was barred due to low balance, i told him give back my money of rs 40 which was deducted from main balance illegaly, as you cannot change my plan, without my knowledge, as my plan was going to end on30 th june, but he denied, and remained in denial state, of not refunding my money. I contacted trai [protected] they advised to first file written complaint to aircel through websites if they are unwilling to resolve the issue of returning 40 rs then we will proceed further kindly give response

                                      Today by the time 19.32 hrs, a message from dt-aircel came to my mobile that"thank you for choosing snovabits. You have been charged rs 49. Payment powered by snovabit" for that which i haven't subscribed. Kindly refund my rs.49.

                                      Immediately please resolve my problem... The customer care also responded like it was your mistake and you were subscribed that...

                                      Surely aircel makes unethical money deduction process from every one..
