I don't know why but aircel internet pack renewed on per month. And my atleast 50-60 rs waste for this internet services. And i don't know how to deactivate it. That's why i am complaining about it. So please deactivate this service as early as possible. And also deactivate all services which are activate on my mobile because this creates a lots of problem to me. Please deactivate the service....

Rupees 28 has been deducted from my aircel account suddenly at 12 am not knowing to me. As my mobile data expired at that time so I turned off the mobile data but also within seconds 28 rupees has been deducted without any usage of data by me. So I kindly request you to REFUND MY DEDUCTED BALANCE.

Hi,

Pertaining to non payment of postpaid bills, aircel recovery team have called all of my relatives contact nos and abused them with bad words.

For past 3 days, numerous phone calls have been made to several relatives contact number for this purpose and everybody have been mocked with abusive words.

This is not expected from a company i want to take legal action against aircel...

I have received a call from delhi high court lawer. He says a case was file under section 211 so contact lawer tell his number for further information..
But i didn't call that person.. I lost that sim
He again call me. I tell who are u. Iam not kannan. He tell police arrest u soon. Disconnected call. What happen next. I have give document for losting my sim once again. They will miss use.. My proof...

I had done a recharge of rs32 on my aircel no.[protected] for free roaming than too charges was deducted for incoming. Than what is the use of my recharge? The worst network ever i have seen... My mom holding aircel postpaid, which she wants to convert to aircel prepaid since she needs the same number... We have been trying to change for the last 10 months,.. And it's not done so far... We called the customer care, we went to 3, 4 service centers,... All are collecting the documents to do but they are they are not doing it, pls pay this month bill also,... Every month they will collect the documents...

I (Ganesh) using Aircel Postpaid connection for more than 10 years, every month billing they are charging VAS Charges / VAS Sms/mms additionally and hidden charges. There is complete details of the call usage. Before 4 months changed the post paid plan from Aircel Showroom in Mount Road (Spencer Plaza) Rs.350/-, they said Local and STD Charges for free for this plan. It is very disappointing that aircel is deducting rs 2 per day for nyasa astrology though i have not subscribed for any vas.

Sim is in roaming and my aircel no is [protected].

I have also tried to sms "stop" to 155223 and also tried to sms "stop" to 155223 but both of these sms are not getting delivered. I checked the account balance it is 9 rupees there.

I recently applied for port out request from aircel to a different provider, i had even paid my bill in advance, although i got a message that the donor refused to release for porting due to a mismatch of the upc code.
I've verified the upc even during the time of entry and it was correct so i called aircel ccare and first they asked me to call the recipient operator, i told them i already called and they said nothing that they can...

I have activated apdecpi9 and it auto renewed every day. My mobile number is [protected]. It's been more than 4 days, i tried with some ussd code but it's not getting deactivated. As i'm in kolkata now and my sim is from wb. I have contacted to [protected]. But still the issue is not resolved.
Please deactivate the apdecpi9 pack asap.

I have also complained for this at my nearer aircel store but they are saying that the sim is permanently expired and it can't be recovered.

Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

I am using the aircel connection some years... And regularly paying all the bills., my connection no is [protected].

I lodges request on 31st march 2017 about my connection to disconnect, and i paid all my dues.

After your people got disconnect the line on 3/4/2017. Then again they retained from 6/4/2017... I dint know the reason. I dint request on that.

Then they are...

My Aircel connection no is [protected].

I terminate the connection of 31.3 2017..& further without any reason my connection got reactivated on 6/4/2017.. This is total cheating by company.

Then they raise unnecessary charges from April, May, June. Total Rs. 557/-

Every time they are threatening by payment about the payment issues....
