I have delhi aircel number for last three years. I moved from delhi to telangana recently. They did subscribe a daily renewal ndmc170317sms2 pack without any notice. They deduct my balance everyday between 1:00 am to 5:00 am.

I tried to contact with their costumer care in telangana and they refused me to deactivate this service, they gave me a number 155223 to call this, but my number is not able to contact this. (This says number is unavailable). Also, i can again to customer care and they provide me delhi number to contact. I tried to contact their but they refused me to deactivate this service. I call again to telangana aircel customer care. They told me that they deactivate this service, but this not happened.

This is my old number and i have to contact with family member regaularly so, i don't need want to through this number. I am feeling very sad, helpless and frustrated about this service. They deduct my balance everyday.

I need to deactivate this service asap and they must give my deducted balance otherwise i will port this number to another network.

Please, don't ask me contact on your [protected]@aircel.co.in or any other e-mail or to dial any number or to submit any other document. I did already, they are useless. I can not bear anymore.

      I had recently[protected] changed to postpaid connection from prepaid connection and also, got the address verified. I could not verify through the number 59059 as it always shows 'mobile network not available.'. I tried restarting the phone and do the same process. But nothing seemed to help me activate the sim.

        I am so so so so so so so so happy on "response of customer care" because at least you want to solve my problem

        Because on customer care call you and your team always disappointing me

        My problem is that your customer care operator said me that I am playing online game on my (baba Adam Kay jamanay Kay) keypad mobile (which is not possible) and cut 5 ₹ daily

        I always told him that you restrict my mobile net for forever and after that he told me that as you wish sir, your mobil net service is deactivated and cut my call

        after two or three days again you cut my balance again

        It is not fair

        I am so disappointing on these all things

        Please stop these kind of things which are you doing

        Now I make my mind to port my no.

        OK sorry for disturbing you

          I conducted a recharge in my phone of balance 55 rupees and it said recharge successful of rs 55 new balance 0.01 and then when i called customer care they cut the phone said we don't have any information. Before this i even recharged of rs 50 and it vanished within 3 days. The customer care is not taking any responsibilities for this, they simply cut the phone. Please sir take appropriate against these.

            I don't know why but aircel internet pack renewed on per month. And my atleast 50-60 rs waste for this internet services. And i don't know how to deactivate it. That's why i am complaining about it. So please deactivate this service as early as possible. And also deactivate all services which are activate on my mobile because this creates a lots of problem to me. Please deactivate the service.

              Rupees 28 has been deducted from my aircel account suddenly at 12 am not knowing to me. As my mobile data expired at that time so I turned off the mobile data but also within seconds 28 rupees has been deducted without any usage of data by me. So I kindly request you to REFUND MY DEDUCTED BALANCE.

And also you have been charged Rs. 5 on 30th Jun’17 and you have received Local calling @ 1p/2sec; (1st 120 secs charged @ 1.5p/sec) valid for 30 days and on 2nd Jul’17 you have activated the pack of Rs.14 and got the benefit of 2G 150 MB ULTD for 3 days. Hence, you have been charged Rs.24 respectively.

They told me to come on next month first week and update bill payment. So i told them take the bill from my deposit amount. But they didn`t accept my request. I have the deposit amount each rupees two hundred and fifty. My regular bill amount was below two hundred only. So, you force them to accept my request.

                  Pertaining to non payment of postpaid bills, aircel recovery team have called all of my relatives contact nos and abused them with bad words.

                  For past 3 days, numerous phone calls have been made to several relatives contact number for this purpose and everybody have been mocked with abusive words.

                          The worst network ever i have seen... My mom holding aircel postpaid, which she wants to convert to aircel prepaid since she needs the same number... We have been trying to change for the last 10 months,.. And it's not done so far... We called the customer care, we went to 3, 4 service centers,... My mom being so old she walks every week now and then to show room, and get insulted and got frustated be of this... The worst service from any industry,... These people will do anything for money...                             I (Ganesh) using Aircel Postpaid connection for more than 10 years, every month billing they are charging VAS Charges / VAS Sms/mms additionally and hidden charges. There is complete details of the call usage. Before 4 months changed the post paid plan from Aircel Showroom in Mount Road (Spencer Plaza) Rs.350/-, they said Local and STD Charges for free for this plan. Every month billing is minmum of Rs.394/- including tax. This month Rs. 408/-, by seeing the bill they charges the seperate the call charges local and std usage and deducting the from total usage.

                            Kindly i need the exact billing process.

                                Dear concerned,
                                My residence is in alif colony near makkah masjid, bhatindi, jammu in the state of jammu & kashmir. I have four aircel sims in use now but we are tired with the signal problem in this area. This is happening for more than a month. My son launched a complian in may and got assurance from the company to be corected on 01.06.2017 but no action was taken then after 15 days myself did the complain through my phone from out side. Again tthe same assurance was given by the company. And after 3 days i got the message that the fault has been rectified. Also complain phone number 198 and webside id: www.aircel.com was sent to my mobile. I again made the complain from outside and the answer was to check my handset. The same hand set and sim card is working very efficiently outside this area and so with my other sim cards of aircel too.
                                The problem of no or intermittent signal is still the same and no change has been found even after the claim of repair. This means that either aircel has no competent technician or the company is telling lie with the customers.
                                Please take immediate action to repair the defects. If such thing is happening in a city like jammu what can people expect for a village and hence prime minister modi mission? God knows.

                                    I recently applied for port out request from aircel to a different provider, i had even paid my bill in advance, although i got a message that the donor refused to release for porting due to a mismatch of the upc code.
                                    I've verified the upc even during the time of entry and it was correct so i called aircel ccare and first they asked me to call the recipient operator, i told them i already called and they said nothing that they can do at their end and it was a donor operator issue. I asked them and i was told some information was mismatched i asked them which information and they were not able to provide an answer. It's really sad to see this happen.
