I did recharge for 199rs on 22nd may 2017 on aircel website, it showed Successful recharge and my amount was debited but I didnt receive any recharge, i immediately contacted customer care but they said 5days time for refund still now i didn't get any refund or recharge. Hello CC, I am an Aircel customer, my problem is that I didn't get full benefit of my recharge done 28/05/2017 from RS 19, under this recharge 25p/m local/STD calls for 60 days was to get to me but I received a message which was mentioned for 28 days this means I got just 28 days, when I talked to customer care, I didn't get a satisfying answer, please tell me what should I do....

Today i have recharged my number 3 times. First time failed and two times it says as success. Quickly they detected money from my bank account and posted conformation on received notification on https://epayment.aircel.com/aircelonlinerecharge/. but balance has not added in my mobile account. They really had a worst service as usual. It really irritating. I can give them 1 out of 5. Very worst service. There is not even proper response of...

Auto deducting 2 rs daily but I did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount. I tried calling customer care number but all executives are busy all the time.
Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.

I have changed my mobile [protected] micro sim to nano sim at your guindy aircel office four days ago. Till date it is not activated. Please activate the same immediately to attend my immediate personal requirements and my office needs.

I want to port my aircel service to other service mob no. [protected]... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

Sir i am complaining this second time.
On my first complain responce is fake by ur side. Just complain no made and then msg came resovled but no action taken pllz its my 5 to 6 year old no pllz give some genuine responce hope u understand.
And ur customer service is worst my last call got connected after 5months of trying and after listing my complain they put me on hold and after 4 min call get disconnected from ther side...

I went to aircel store, tambaram on first week of may 2017, and registered a request for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They told to pay for extra 20 days. i asked why, they told like it will take 20 days for conversion.

But i refused to pay the extra amount. for the sake of this they didn't register my request....

Actually, past 4 to 5 days a full song download pack has been automatically subscribe on my number(I.e.[protected])..I just want to unsubscribe very soon of this pack by aircel...please do it ....

Airce activated unnecessary service like TINY TV and MUSIC BOX and deduct the balance from my airce no [protected] this process repeat two time on my number aircel customer executive do not give me proper answer....

I bought aircel postpaid cug connection year back for my mom. As my mom uses only call. I have activated basic plan with olny call and usualy i will get bill for 229 rs.
