Aircel company is now cheating their customers.. They deduct my 57 rs. Balance without any reason.. They started vas on my no. Without any activation.. I did not active any plan.. But they deducted my balance 0n 4th july.. Now customer care service is also making fool me.. I need my balance.. Otherwise i am going to change sim.. And i suggest you all.. Do not use aircel.. They are cheating peoples.. Pls send my balance again..

                In 2008, aircel company had installed a mobile tower in my property in a agreement with 7000 as rent per month.
                From February 2015, the company is not paying us the rent or any compensation.Due to this tower we lose a major portion our property which we wanted to use for our own work.

                So, Kindly request company to pay us Pending rents and compensations as per the agreement they signed with us.

                    Last 10 years i am using aircel connection in my mobile. Recently (On 2906/2017 at 9.18 pm) i had done a recharge of rs.143/- data pack which can be gives 7 gb 3g / 2g data with a validity period of 28 days. While using data pack, down speed would be around 90kbs to 100kbs when i was in 3 rd floor open upstairs where the signal strength is more than 95%. If i used in downstairs means down speed would be 30kbs. Basically 3g down speed is 300kbs. But aircel is cheating customers by giving these kind of offers. I need some suitable action in this regard.

But i have not received any calls from your side (Aircel). Also i feel the same issue at same place. But now i only got 20 kbs to 30 kbs of speed. Aircel resolved the problem like this?????

I have tried many times to your local customer care office at palayamkottai, tirunelveli (Tamira cell com) for change of postpaid to prepaid plan, but till today no action taken. If further delay will take for action against this compliant, will force me to make final complaint to trai and file legal suit before court for remedy.

                          Hi,
                          I have opted to port out from Aircel to another network and accordingly took a new Jio sim with the porting code I have got after sending message to 1900 on 19th June, 2017. it's been 10 days and there has been no acknowledgement from Aircel. I also called to customer care and I seriously doubt their credibility as none of them can tell me the exact SLA by which the porting will be done. This is complete unprofessionalism on part of Aircel and would like the higher management to take necessary actions to let me port out and also give required trainings to customer care executives to avoid such complaints in future.

                            Hi,

                            My mobile number: [protected] i've been using aircel postpaid service almost 30+ months. It's keep on frustrating me for a simple migration i've been following almost a month. Cancellation request was raised on may 9th, 2017with outstanding balance + 300 rs. Data was been barred that day itself still card doesn't migrated. Also, next month bill also generated who is going to take responsible for this.

                            Also, vas charges how long we will call and keep on tracking that even though we doesn't activate any value added service and paying for that. Same has been happen on this month balance even we checked the service by sending stop sms & getting confirmation no vas settings has been added.

                            I need to migrate service also i'm nt willing to pay any charges especially vas.

                            Tried to reach the contact number provided on invoice but no one ready to respond my cal for past 3 to 4 days, hence mailing.

However, I have noticed today .i.e. on 29.06.2017, all my call rates and sms are being charged with default rates. I haven't received any black out day message too. I have even checked my last transaction history of my mobile no. in aircel app and the recharge amount of Rs. 28/- do exists. Please resolve the issue immediately.

On 27-Jun-2017 at 21:42:33 you make a call to local Aircel number 80145##### for 40 secs and was charged Rs 0.10p @10p/min according to RC 28. Hence, charged found correct. Moreover, RC 28 is applicable only for local Aircel-Aircel calls not for other numbers.

I cant connect internet so i have called aircel customer care @ 198 and reached gprs specialist dept. (I am complaining this issue for 1 week but no steps had taken till now (No internet)) so i have explained her about the last and updated issue but she was not ready to hear my issue and she kept on telling her own scenario what she mugged up.. Also she asked me to do what she told in a rude manner which made me to feel very sad. Very poor call and service.. Please take some necessary action on the agent and let me know the result too..                                         One day i received a message in my inbox from the aircel that if i download their app they would give internet data free for 3 months (750 mb) something and i did the same but did not get the data then i called the complaint centre and they said we have no inf abt ur sim or ur num. We wud chk nd then call u back. Till today they havn't contacted me. Shame on u guys...😠👎losers
