After waiting for more than haif an hour i was called to explain my problem, they told to change the sim and i purchased new sim, they told that your problem will be over in 1 hour. I went to aircel store at virugumbakam chennai on 17aug2016 requested for post to pre paid migration and submitted the documents on 19aug2016.

As per store information, migration will happen in 7 working days but didn't happen so i went to store again on 25aug2016. They told that due to some reasons it got delayed and will it happen in 3/4 days even this time also didnt happen.

As a part of studentoffer, aircel sold sim cards on 24/08/16 with these facilities: rs.100 full talktime, 2gb unlimited internet for 1 month & unlimited talktime for aircel to aircel for 6 months. I & my friends bought in total 6 sim cards & none of them have been activated yet, despite the seller stating that it will be activated in 2 working days time & now it has been 5 days. There is no response from aircel on this....

Auto deduction from call balance without any reason

₹45 were deducted from my call balance today in the pretext of a voice call that I did not make and for which no record exists. Last month also, I lost ₹90 from my call balance, despite not having subscribed to any VAS. I want to know the reason why the said amount was deducted from my call balance.

This is very unethical on part of Aircel to cheat their customers.br...

NDAIRPI2 service activated by aircel

Some ten or fifteen days ago a service NDAIRPI2 was activated by Aircel on my number without my approval. Since then Aircel is deducting Rs. 2 per day automatically. I tried to stop this service by sending an SMS on 155223 but I am told there that no value added service is active on my number. I tried calling Aircel but I am not able to talk to any of the customer care executives. Further, if they are deducting money what are they giving...

Customer care agent

Worst customer care.. They don't even know how to talk plus lies blatantly when the customer complains. Like the time i recharged my net pack and did not receive any net benefits. Called up for 3 days. Some of them just hangs up the phone and some lies blatantly. Worst ever customer care agents. Never using aircel again and will never suggest aircel to anybody...

Deducted Rs 780 from my balance

Aircel is stealing money from customers
I had Rs. 781 balance on my prepaid number .
Yesterday, I realized that the Rs. 780 was deducted and on contacting customer care they told me I used 52 MB .
For that they deducted Rs 780 from my balance
I have landline internet broadband and Vodafone 4G wifi dongle and I know i have not used my mobile data.
Also why would I use internet without any pack since service...
