My aircel number [protected]
I am taken 199 plan, they can't given my using information, on 25th august my outstanding amount 211, iam not using single out going call 27th my outstanding amount 256, i can't understand that one, iam called to aircel customer service [protected], that customer says it's prepaid customer service, again called to 3times, 3times my call reserved but can't given the information cut the my calls.i don't need postpaid connection, i need prepaid connection, please help me

We would like to inform you that your bill plan is 199 plan, with service tax it's Rs. 206/- and call usage charges are Rs. 49.70/-. Hence, you have the outstanding amount. Please go through the bill clearly and you would be able to find it out. We would also like to inform you that your bill got generated on 27th Aug’16 and within couple of days you will receive the itemized bill so that you would be able to know the same.
