Las two months my bill add extra amount of data usage and even i did not used complete data that provided in my plan.
I have plan where i have 500 call and 500 mb data 100 sms in 226 plus tax
But my bill come 16 july to 26 july in 224 (10 days bill)
27 july to 27 aug bill is 670 (10 days my phote is off due to over limit from 16 aug to 27 aug) my limit is 500 then how comoe 670 bill i dont understand.

For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223.

    Hi team

    I recharged my number [protected] with 95 rs online from aircel site on 24 Aug.

    According to plan I should get 95 rs balance 95 SMS 95 mb but I received only 95 rs balance.

    I started to use net and my main balance has been deducted.

    After that I called to customer care. No positive response.

    Even I write a email to Rajasthan customer can. They didn't replied.

    Please return my balance and credit all other benefits soon.

      Reference: payment made to wrong relationship id: 1-[protected]

      Reference : telecon with mr.Sharad, team leader- aircel post paid on 29th aug 16.

      I had outstanding payment of 348 rs ( i was getting repeated sms to my e- mail id).

      I got call from mr.Rana(Mobile number [protected] ), new delhi identifying as part of aircel legal cell & wants me to pay the amount on aircel website.

      He gave my address correctly and insisted me to select following relationship number 1-[protected] .When i asked him why on this relationship number he said that as my account is closed, the relationship number is different.
      He insisted me to pay 4260/- rs as there is delay at my end.
      He said that receipt will be sent by e-mail id.

      After paying through your website, i got to know that relationship number belongs to sreenivas n.

      My transcation number is krna[protected] done today[protected]:49:00

      Kindly look into following matter.
      1.Why i had to pay on others relationship number ?
      2.in case it is wrong relationship number, what needs to be done?

        Dear sir/madam,
        I am prakash and my number is [protected]. I have switched from vodafone to aircel by mnp. Customer care told me you have 250mb free mobile data, so i have used just 4mb data but they deduct my mobile balance 40 rs. I called customer care, they told me t free services are available u can use. So again i tried and that time also they deduct my mobile balance. I lost 40+ rupees and my mnp offers not activated yet. I have complained about this matter to customer care 5 days ago. But they didn't solve my issue, replied call after 1hour, didn't give proper response and blocked my calls. I can't refund my money and get the mnp welcome offer. Please help me. The aircel customer care didn't have any feedback options. Totally dissatisfied

          I am a 15 yearpost paid customer in aircell. My sim no [protected] got automatically out of order on 27 th august i can only use emergency calls. I went to aircell store in thanjavur. After waiting for more than haif an hour i was called to explain my problem, they told to change the sim and i purchased new sim, they told that your problem will be over in 1 hour. But today 29 th august till 1pm my problem is not shorted out. I was missing lot of my official calls which are verry important. Aircell store in thanjavur is always giving very very poor response to their customers. Even thanjavur store head is not responding to owr worries. My friends are advising me to switch to other company. Will my problem get solved.

            My monthly plan is 349/- which includes 1gb of 3g internet and together with i had added additional top up of 1 gb last month but you had charged 475 for internet usage extra apart from my 1gb limit. Can you give please give a detailed split up of this for the last month.
            All the network providers reduced their internet charges but still same charge without any offer.

            Also tell me the procedure to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. I will close my outstanding and move to prepaid.

            I had tried to call your customer care for more than 5 times but noone is picking up the call from 1299.

            Need immediate action plz.

Post usage has been activated in Bill Shield with 3G speed has been charged up to 1GB (2p/50kb) and moved to unlimited 2G. Plan change done by Marketing and the intimation SMS already sent to your number. You have to visit the Aircel Center and provide id proof and address proof for proceeding further with the migration.

              Hi team,

              I went to aircel store at virugumbakam chennai on 17aug2016 requested for post to pre paid migration and submitted the documents on 19aug2016.

              As per store information, migration will happen in 7 working days but didn't happen so i went to store again on 25aug2016. They told that due to some reasons it got delayed and will it happen in 3/4 days even this time also didnt happen.

              Please take it as high priority and do the favor for me.

                My phone no ([protected]) was lost on last 2 weeks back for which i complaint to aircel gallery to port my no, i reached on 16 /aug /2016, for the complain of my mobile sim, sim is registered on name of my husbend ikram ahmed khan, and the sim is not port yet, the gallery person gave me the sim and said that it will be port with in 4 hours, it is now 2 weeks passed my sim has not been port yet, i took one more sim on the same day (16/aug/2016) which was a new sim ([protected]) i went thrice to the gallery in these 2 weeks and the statement is given by the gallery person is server down and every time he takes the documents and says the same thing it will be ported today itself. The services are terible

                    As a part of studentoffer, aircel sold sim cards on 24/08/16 with these facilities: rs.100 full talktime, 2gb unlimited internet for 1 month & unlimited talktime for aircel to aircel for 6 months. I & my friends bought in total 6 sim cards & none of them have been activated yet, despite the seller stating that it will be activated in 2 working days time & now it has been 5 days. There is no response from aircel on this.

                            Yes, Aircel is a cheat. It is happening with me too. Someone will call you from such numbers:

                            If you receive the call they will activate this service without your consent. This is a cheating technique by Aircel.

                            If aircel was not a cheat that why don't I have option to disable the service from my side? Why only they can enable and disable this service? I need an explanation and I need the option to disable NDAIRPI2 service from my end or face cheating case.

                              My aircel no. is [protected].

                              ₹45 were deducted from my call balance today in the pretext of a voice call that I did not make and for which no record exists. Last month also, I lost ₹90 from my call balance, despite not having subscribed to any VAS. I want to know the reason why the said amount was deducted from my call balance.

                              This is very unethical on part of Aircel to cheat their customers.

                              Kindly see that I get an immediate refund of ₹45 and ₹90 in my call balance, and no amount gets deducted in future, for otherwise I will habe to approach consumer court.

                              Hi,

                              ₹ 45 were deducted on August 27, 2016 in evening. I did not recieve any SMS, but a amount deduction notified on screen which stated that I lost ₹45 for a 60 sec call (which I did not make and no record for it exists). I use the said aircel sim with a basic Nokia 130 phone and hence I couldnt take any screenshot.

                              Last month I lost ₹90 for the same reason but I did not register any complaint that time.

                              If aircel technical team does a background check on my call balance history, it will get to know of the ₹45 amount that was deducted on August 27 2016.

                              Kindly let me know exactly why I incurred losses of ₹45 and ₹90 in two months and is there any value added service for which I am being unnecessary charged? Aircel would do me a big favour by refunding ₹45 and ₹90.

                              I have just begun the process of porting my number to Airtel. I have had enough of Aircel.

                              I would like to tell everybody through this public forum that dont ever go for Aircel. They are the worst mobile tele company of India. They'll deduct money from if you keep positive call balance, no matter what. Be warned everyone.

                                    Some ten or fifteen days ago a service NDAIRPI2 was activated by Aircel on my number without my approval. Since then Aircel is deducting Rs. 2 per day automatically. I tried to stop this service by sending an SMS on 155223 but I am told there that no value added service is active on my number. I tried calling Aircel but I am not able to talk to any of the customer care executives. Further, if they are deducting money what are they giving me back? What value do I get out of the deducted money? Lastly, I have been told by many of my friends that they are facing the similar abuse by aircel. I am now feeling cheated by aircel. Now I just want my money back and a strict action against aircel for creating such a nuisance for me and making me go through all this.

                                      Sir I was having Rs 60 in my main balance and then message came that Rs60 is deducted from your account for video store.I never activated or requested for video store for which these people took my whole balance. This is third time that they have taken my balance .Everytime they deduct almost whole balance and this is third time straight forward. I am fed up with this .I was playing Air Hockey when this message came of balance deduction.                                         I am looking for port mu number, when i am sending sms PORT [protected] and send it to 1900, its always shows delivery failed.

                                        When i call to customer care, no one attend call and disconnect my call after a message "thank you for calling customer care"


                                        Aircel always making fool, fraud message sending by Aircel that i have resolve MNP complain but did not do anything.

                                        My Aircel Number [protected].

                                        Aircel not giving Unique code to port my number.

                                        I request to consumer forum take action against Aircel.

                                        Your customer service is so pathetic i cant tell you. my mobile Number is not activated with any VAS and confirmed by SMS STOP on 155223.and even after that amount is getting deducted daily by MSG NDAIRPI2 service Auto Renewal ..Kindly resolve the issue.
