I have never seen such a horrible service by a service provider.

I had important work and immediatly my data balance and main balance went down to 0rs. The customer care executive named Chandru was so rude and uninterested and told me to wait for 24 hours.

The best thing, when i call again they have blocked my access to customer care. It says that they are always busy.

Even 198 is useless. Such a careless and uninterested company shouldnt be allowed to function. They think that customers are idiots.

      Sir,

      I am using your network with number [protected] since very long time and never have faced such situation before. I received message from your company about the internet offers (Which till today i receive) offering 1gb internet on recharge of 116 for 30 days. When i recharged it online i got 500mb limit for 14 days. If this is so why are the misleading offer message are being sent to everyone? I called your customer care center but as usual they are not informed about anything. Why do you pay such fellows who know nothing when about the issue of complain. Well, this is not the first time i am facing such problem but have compromised thinking it a trivial issue, but i cant compromise more and now thinking of port this to other network as last resort. I am also facing network issue at my home.

      I do not want to go through the hassle of porting to other network but even after this mail my issue is not resolved i have to switch to other network for once and for all.

Sainath, my mobile number is [protected], i am complaining about recharge amount not credited to my number, and customer care girl irresponsible and neglegancy, last month i lost my aircel number so day before yesterday again i bought same mobile number in aircel ofice, they charge 100 rupees for sim replacement, they said that sir u got 70 rps recharge in that, still i didn"t receive any recharge amount, yesterday i complainted to one of customer care girl.. She is not responded well. So i am requesting u to please credit my balance. Otherwise i will port my number to airtel

                        i am user of aircel for 6 years my no [protected] . I'm complane for dailertune service. I am try to change dailertune service change request for long time but your all staff member tell me a wrong answer all time and call discontinued automatic without any satiesfey answer. I am call starting this month for change DT your staff member give me a answer that your DT change after 4 hours and disconnect call I'm wait for 4 hours but DT has been not change .This answer repeat for 7&8 time .
                        and now problem is 14/08/2016 cut my balance in my account 5 rupess and i am call for custmer care & give me a answer that your balance refund in 4 hours but my balance is not refund taoday . and one more problem is 15/08/2016 that early in the morning in my account 30 rupess in my account that no solve this problem and repeat a call and discount a call without reason and evening i am call a Vodafone no my call duration is 15:00 min & 8:24 min . my call rate plan is A2A 10p/min, A2O 25p/min & STD 30p/min but my call charge is 1.50rs/min when Vodafone no is local and today my first call charge is 25p/min and second call charge is 90p/min im shock
                        I am big Trouble

                            Amount is transferred to your account but your side us amount is not paid for june month. June month bill is added to july month.                                 My aircel no. - [protected]
                                I have not activated any services then also my main balance is being deducted and it has happened many times. Today also in the morning my main balance was about rupeee 26 but now it is only rupees 7. Kindly refund my main balance. Atleast 100 rupees has been deducted till now. And pi9 pack is renewed everyday. Kindly resolve my problems. Otherwise i wouldn't be using aircel's sim anymore and i will suggest my friends and relatives also not to use aircel's sim. Look into the matter as soon as possible

                                  I have dialed *121# and registered for pi 9. It said 50 mb 2g/3g and unlimited 2g data for 1 day. But the service is being auto renewed everyday. It has depleted my balance once and it is doing so again. The auto renewal message reads as your pack oridecpi9 has been renewed. So i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.                                       Cant get proper 3g speed and what a noob condition in pack no ratecutter will work in 3g i hope there will be no aircel in mumbai in some years. Airtel is costly but service is best. Aircel? Poor service, ivr call aaya call utao kuch mat karo gana activate hoyega ya koi service and seeda balance deduct.                                         I had lost my sim a few days back and lodged a police complaint for it. Someone found my lost sim card and started using it. So i went to golagaht aircel office to block it. The lady agreed to block the sim but could not provide me a replacement sim as she had no stock left. So later that day she blocked my sim. The nxt day again i found dat the lost sim was activated.
                                        I was feeling so tensed as to what were these culprits up to. This time i went to a aircel 3g office in silpukhuri guwahati and requested her to block the sim. The lady told me that they had no link connection and the sim cannot be blocked that day. So at this point my nervousness increased as there were two continuous holidays coming. If she cant block it that day then she wont be able to block it for two more days.
                                        And to dis day my sim is being used by god knows and here i am feeling worried about what i might land up into. Is it so hard to block a sim card. Your customer service is worst in the industry. I am switching on to other operators.
