My name is ajay my mob no is [protected] and i was recharge in 12 sep 2016 Rs 79 through easy recharge the offer shown in easy recharge is rs 79 which is give rs 60 talktime +250 mb internet for 90 days but no credit in my account so that i will complaint in 198 but no complaint no send in my mobile. the castamar care executive officer not satisfied me .it is not question of 79 rs but it is totaly misgude to customer by the aircel .if my complaint not sautout than i will definitely go to consumar court.

    I received my bill for the month of August and was really shocked to see the bill of Rs 903. There are a few reasons for the reactions of mine, which I have tried bulletin as below.

    • I started my plan as a plan of Rs 200, where I would get 1000 local and STD minutes with an additional benefit of 1 GB for a cycle of 30 days plus unlimited 2G after 3G usage. This was fine as I would receive bill of Rs 240 to 300, but all of a sudden I received a message that my same plan would now be charged 249, where I received bill for 280 to 340, which was fine again as it did not cause much difference.
    • Last month, however, I received a message that the same plan would now be charged 299, I thought for a while and then was really annoyed as it was 150% more of my initial plan and subscription, and that even within a period of 645 days. I talked to the customer care executive (CCE) and mentioned my grievance, to which there was a ([censored]), sorry for the word but I couldn’t keep the calm, action, for I was promised no up-gradation would be made to the charge and it would remain as Rs 249. That was fine unless I saw my bill this morning, which showed it as Rs 903.
    • I would like to highlight a few points on the customer care, I understand it more because I am also the face of a company and am always at the receiving end of the customer.
    • The CCE was least interested in my grievance, and just wanted to avoid the call and used an abusive language, when I was patient.
    • Earlier I received messages that mentioned my billed amount at the end of every-month, but now it has stopped all of a sudden, and I want to know the reason why.
    • However, the reason for my annoyance now doesn’t lie just there, this month I made two trips outside the state, which means I would be on roaming charges. On my last trip to a different country altogether I did not have such hefty charges that I had to face this month. The bill indicates that I was charged all the additional amount for my GPRS usage when on my first trip to the neighbouring state of Karnataka.
    • My second trip was to the part of India where the AIRCEL doesn’t have services anymore, which I was unaware off, unless I visited it. And I was really irritated on it.
    • I remember reading a news today in the morning, where the Supreme Court has directed some organization to refund the common man their hard earned money. The law is not bothered whether the organization sinks or dies, makes business and no business. Tell me why should I not wonder that the senior officials at AIRCEL are making their trips abroad on this hard earned money and above all, it is not the money that matters, it is about principals, as I feel I have been cheated, conned where there is no support and less looking into the matter.
    • There has been no reply to the emails i have directed to the company, I waited 54 minutes to talk to a senior executive to resolve this, but had no response.

      Hi Team,

      Please be informed i have ported my vodafone no. to Aircel. As it is complted two months of post paid connections from Aircel But didn't get any Bill from Aircel. Also frequently means till date 20 to 25 times call to Aircel regarding this only get reply that your request has been raised and your query will resolved within 4 hours/2 days. Also they sent an email query has been resolved without resolve the same.
      In this case i was also paid my 1st month bill without view my Bill, that how much they charged to me /Call rate match to the company's committed offer or not and now this is for second month i face the same issue. I sure that company charged me extra from their basic rate.

      Kindly consider the case and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Also i want justice that company will be charged for the same kind of irresponsible service towards the consumer. I need company must punished for the same kind of deal.

            As my father using the mobile number [protected] since 2003. The Postpaid plan of the above number is 225 PPS. The bill amount usually we paid is Rs.280 - Rs.320. But now the company itself changed the plan to MAX VALUE 249 PPM. Now we received bill amount of Rs.580 which is much more bill than we usually paid.
            Seeking necessary actions to revert the changes.

              Hi,
              I am frustrated with the customer service provided by Aircel. Customer service agents response to my queries and concerns are very harsh to me. To be specific, executives in Perungudi Aircel Service center are the worst of all. They are talking very rude and do not know how to talk to a customer at all.

              I have submitted a request for converting my PostPaid to Prepaid on 17th August, 2016. 1-[protected] SR was created for this. And I appeared for the second set of verification on 24th August, 2016 and submitted my documents and paid the unbilled amount + 100 Rs in person.

              On 19th August, 2016 itself my data usage was blocked as part of migration. But still (12th September, 2016) my connection is not converted to Prepaid. I visited Aircel service center multiple times, their only response is it will be done tomorrow night and that's all. Also I was told that there was some problem with the document verification and backend team called me but my mobile was not reachable.

              How come I was not reachable for 20 days and that too the call is from the same service provider (Aircel).

              Because of this delay of 2 weeks, I was forced to pay Rs.511 again but still I didn't get any confirmation on the prepaid conversion.

                Sir,
                With due respect I beg to state that yesterday I was charged with Rs 50 for Masti Club value added service, which I did not activate. This type of deduction takes place automatically on my number. It has happened several times before and I have complained for the same before. Can you please tell me why this keeps on happening on Aircel sim only? I mean I have other connections also but they never deduct money without my permission or activation.
                I am starting to lose my faith in Aircel. I want to opt out of all the value added services in future. I DO NOT WANT TO USE ANY OF AIRCEL VALUE ADDED SERVICE BECAUSE I DO NOT FEEL THT THEY ADD ANY VALUE TO ME INSTEAD I FEEL LIKE ITS A SCAM. DUE TO THESE VAS I LOSE MY PRECIOUS TIME. I request to put my connection on do not disturb as Aircel has disturbed me several time with this respect. I request you to take necessary actions. I will be highly obliged for your help.
                Please Refund me back my 50rs.

                    I had activated internet pack by dialing *121*2400#

                    Now it gets auto-renewed on the expiry of the validity days.

                    I tried to deactivate the auto-renew by dialing *121*2401# but that doesn't work. I get a list of options where deactivating is not an option.

                    Please help. I want to activate internet only when I travel, else I use my home and office wifi.

                    How do I stop the auto-renewal?

                    I just called 198 and the executive was not able to help me.
                    He said that nothing can be done now.
                    I will have to wait for the auto-renewal to happen, then I will have to call 198 again, and then customer care will refund the money deducted.
                    I would like to inform you that when I first complained on this website, I got a reply that PI 24 has been deactivated, but never got any refund.
                    Please ensure that this doesn't get auto-renewed.

                      My Postpaid plan have been upgraded without my knowledge, so i planned to switch to Prepaid for this process to change it took almost 20days to change. most of the time they the application is down come after few days in the showroom.

                      now the verification process is delayed, now they are saying we have not received the documents yet, when i called to verify 59059.

                      Worst service by Aircel, I'm now planning to switch to Airtel prepaid once this has been changed successsfully.

                                    I'have an aircel sim ([protected]) last 5 months, but I really regret for they wrongly deduct charges about 8-9 times in last 5 months, but they refund everytime. Today they wrongly deduct rs. 30/- in my account balance (for renewal of hungama serves, without activate before) & not refund my wrongly deduct charges after I'll complain 3-4 times from my mobile.
