For the past one month, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. Phone number [protected].         Sir, on 4th sept, 2016, Rs30 was deducted from my balance without my will. I tried to call the customer care on very same day but no one responded while i was on line for atleast 7-8 minutes. Next day they let me talk to them but now they are saying that the service has been stopped but money can't be refunded because 24 hours have already been passed. I had complaint number [protected]. I talked to the senior officer today(a female) and she disconnected the call while i was explaining the problem to her. Plz help

          I'have an aircel sim ([protected]) last 5 months, but I really regret for they wrongly deduct charges about 8-9 times in last 5 months, but they refund everytime. Today they wrongly deduct rs. 30/- in my account balance (for renewal of hungama serves, without activate before) & not refund my wrongly deduct charges after I'll complain 3-4 times from my mobile.

            My balance is being cut for services I have not subscribed to. I keep receiving messages that this service or that service has been auto renewed. I had just recharged for ₹50 yesterday and today I received a message saying some "Bollywood beauty" has been auto renewed, and an amount of ₹35 was automatically cut, and now my balance is 0. Firstly I don't even know what that service is, and secondly I have never subscribed to it. And this is not the first time this has happened. Just a couple of days back, this same thing happened, so I visited Aircel's website, and tried submitting a complaint to their customer care at the email provided by them, and to my shock, I received a reply saying that their account was full and couldn't receive further emails. Thus my complaint never got registered. So what other options am I left with? Anyway, I want all that to stop. I would like to point out that the only service I need is Calling & SMS. Nothing else. Not even internet anymore. If this happens again, I will discontinue using Aircel.

              My mobile no.[protected]. Naan chennai classic 198 plann-il pala varudangalai irunthullen. Enathu bill amt max. below Rs.600. But your aircel team-il irunthu my bill amt getting more. so they said new plan in magic combo 399 un-limited. Then my bill will be max Rs.450, (including tax). Now my bill amt above Rs.1000.
              So i am not able to pay. Pls reduce the bill amt and sent reduce duplicate
              bill.

              I am also facing the same problem. If I ask reason for the high bill amount, they are telling reason as excessive data usage. How come it will be excessive in an unlimited data plan? Pathetic people troubling us.

                  I recharged my account on 01-Sept-2016 with 53rs in return of it i got 1024mb (1gb) 2G data. This plan is comes with 30 days of validity but the company stoped my data services on 05-Sept-2016.. I called there costumer care helpline number they told me to recharge my main account but yet my data services isn't working and now they aren't connecting me to costumer care...                     Hi I am A.Govindaraja from Karur (Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com) and I was using Aircel postpaid connection with few issues now and then but continued the connection for more than a year!
                    But last month i got a message that my plan was getting changed as per standardization and no details about the plan was informed to me nor they got my permission to change my plan!
                    They have charged me 829 rupees for using Data and my plan had unlimited data before a month!
                    These Fraud Companies never inform or respect the customers and cheat us in every possible way!
                    Fed up with this I requested for MNP to some other Network and again these Cheaters pleaded me to change to Prepaid so Again I fell in the trap!
                    They said they will change my number to Prepaid within 3 Days and here I am waiting for more than 10 days with irresponsible Reply from customer care asking me to call after 2 hours everytime because of system updation?
                    My Question is : When will you cheaters change my sim to Prepaid???
                    I even paid the bill to get lost from your fraud company but even then you are cheating me again & again!

                      I am complaining about the irregular things which happen on my no. and the pathetic response by the customer service executive.
                      1 Cross connection happens sometimes, when I dial a normal no. and then the call gets disconnected, within seconds and Rs. 5-10 is deducted. Yesterday, on 6th Sep, around 4 p.m., when this activity got repeated, when I was dialling a normal no. [protected], I called the customer care and someone picked up and transferred the call to a senior, who did not even reveal his name. He just said that a special no. was called and so a big deduction was made. On requesting to register the complaint that this problem of cross connection arises, and the no. dialled here is different from which is reflected in your server, he refused to register the complaint and disconnected the phone, on his own without seeking my permission to do so. I recalled and this time I asked the name of customer executive. Her name was Ruchi, and she did almost the same thing. Its quite an unprofessional conduct of the customer executives, and if they can’t even register a complaint, and disconnect the phone, then what for are they sitting for?! Logically also why would any customer dial any unique no. for just a few seconds, and cut his own balance for no reason?!!
                      2. Later on the same day, I activated a netpack for single day. I had already deactivated the service of deduction of not from main balance by messaging ‘stop’ to 1925. Still I did that again, to minimize the risk of any discrepancy again, which occurs in your network. A message came that I am already deactivated for that service. Still after the expiry of validity of the netpack, balance deduction started from main account. But again for the lost amount, I this time avoided calling the customer care, as during the day, they had given a trailer that they don’t listen to complaints, and just get on the nerves of the customer by their unprofessional response. So I am writing issue of both point no. 1 and point 2. balance deduction here, rather than calling on 198.
                      3.Many other strange things also happen via your no.-
                      a) Frequently I get a message that I am being given 10 local aircel to aircel mins. But balance is always deducted on such calls.
                      b) When activating net pack from self help, the offer shows more amount of data to be given. But on confirming activation, less data is provided. Eg. if it shows that 35 MB data would be given on pressing 1 and confirming, the actual data given is 25 MB.
                      c) On dongle 3G nets runs fine, but using 2G netpack, it eliminates all data from main balance. Had complained of this issue earlier also in written.
                      Kindly look into the deductions made in point 1. and 2. And also please mention that for every issue I should use my spare precious time in writing or the toll free customer care executive can also actually work on the complaints anytime?

                      Finally after, more than a month, I got a call from your team today.
                      Shah Iftiyaar was the name of the employee who called, as told by him by the no. [protected].

                      Its really pathetic, that your team dosen't even know the basic rules of TRAI, which every company knows and follows. He said that deduction happens from main balance, even if chargeable data status is off. Also he mentioned that if all other telecom companies follows this rule, Aircel is an exception. Also as mentioned by him, the records on messaging for putting chargeable data status off cannot be checked by the team, as it is not in their hands, and he has no idea of the no. 1925 by which this service gets off for each company. Even though I got a confirmation mail on Aircel Sim only that chargeable data status is off on my phone.
                      Also he could not resolve the issue of calling connecting to different no., and balance being deducted.
                      First of all, you give wrong info, that you tried to contact me, (that too multiple times). Then you stay silent when I ask you to tell the no. by which you contacted, as there is no unknown no. appearing on my call log. Then after 1 month an employee calls after multiple followups. And he has absolutely no idea about even the basic norms of TRAI, leave resolving the issue. He is saying Aircel is an exception to follow rules, which other companies are following of TRAI, that itself is both a hilarious and frustrating statement.

                      Kindly follow the above link which takes you to the TRAI rules PDF.
                      Type 1925 and Press Ctrl+F
                      Look at the first case where the rules are written for data service off and on.

                      It is such a comical thing that your entire team does not know about TRAI rules, a customer have to teach you that. Then also you don't review what you are doing.

                      Now tell me the problem with your customer service team.
                      1. Why do they lie of having contacted when they actually don't as specified in the conversation above.
                      2.Why cannot you respond in time, one simple complaint you take months to revert back, after multiple followups.
                      3. Why do not you know and follow the basic rules of TRAI.
                      4.Why your customer service is so unresponsive that they disconnect the phone on calling, by their own.

                      In just my comment above I again wrote about the data service off service and again you are giving an illogical reply. How can the balance be deducted when chargeable data status is off??!!!.

                        I am using Aircel ([protected]) mobile service for quite long time.
                        For the past 2 months I am receiving SMS from Aircel stating that I have been charged for various VAS services which I did not activated nor I clicked any link.
                        When I called Aircel customer care what they replied was a SHOCK.
                        1. They have no idea what those VAS services are for. They only argue that I am the one who activated the services.
                        2. They have no information on how to use those services.
                        3. They have no information on how to use those VAS services.
                        Upon requesting them to register a complaint they were just reluctant and they are not ready to register one.
                        On searching the internet I can see that thousands of people are affected by the same problem and most of them seem to just give up because of their busy life. I doubt there is some big amount of money being cheated by the third party services for which they are paying a commission to the Mobile service providers.
                        THIS IS A BIG SCAM WHICH IS TAKING PLACE EACH AND EVERY DAY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF LOOP HOLES IN TRAI POLICIES.
                        Please investigate this case and help me get all my lost money back.

                          I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day Rs. 9 . Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for one day hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is very poor. Now I regret for choosing Aircel.

                            This is Thiyagesh. I am using aircel post paid and my number is [protected]. My actual plan was 200UL (1GB 3G and unlimited 2G)

                            My plan has been upgraded to 299(Limited plan) without my confirmation. Also My internet as unlimited and it was changed to Limited without any notification.
                            I called customer care service and the response is very horrible.

                            If my plan Is getting changed, you have to call me and get my confirmation. If I am not ok with the up gradation, you should give a notice period of some 30 days to change for other options. Without anything all of sudden plan is changed and how can you expect customers to pay higher amount. (693 Rs bill amount in my case).

                            I cannot pay the bill amount higher than my actual bill amount of 200+tax. I tried many times to customer care but they making me wait more than 30 mins and then dropping my call. This is one of the worst ever network I have used. How can you increase the bill amount all of sudden and how can you generate bill and send bill all of sudden?.

                            I need reversal of my bill with in 2 working days ( all my extra amount). I have also charged with VAS which I called customer care in the last month bill to stop but they never did which caused the extra bill of Rs.224.

                            I am ready to face this legally. How can you increase the amount while all other networks are giving internet for free? This is complete dissatisfaction from a customer who was very loyal to you in my past.

                            You have to answer me regarding this? This has caused so much uneasiness and tension and I'm unable to work peacefully. I have been composing this mail for the past 50 mins in my office instead of working.


                            PS: I cannot accept this. I am completely dissatisfied with the aircel service. I will post all my negative reviews in all social medias. I need a reply within ASAP from you as a GM.

As per the extensive market benchmarking we migrated the rentals and confirm that the benefits offered and the corresponding rentals are at par with industry standards. Hence we attached the new rentals to you to opt the best-fit plan. We verified your number and found that you were charged for 3G GPRS since you have exceeded the freebies and exceed 200 MB. Hence amount of Rs.92 with tax charged for the same.

                              Tomorrow when I switched on my mobile amount of Rs 25 was deducted from my balance.

                                    On 31 august the company had deducted mine rs 128 as activation charges towards internet package which i had not activated on my aircel phone number [protected], following which i had registered a complaint with the company customer call centre.
                                    Reference number was 1-[protected].
                                    Company had said my balance will be refunded within 48 hrs but has not refunded my balance till yet. I have been calling daily to the customer care centre and has received false promises so far.
                                    Off late the cc centre is not allowing me to speak to the customer care executive by way of deliberate blocking the call.

                                    This has been a total mental harassment and blatant abuse of power. It has been almost a week now the company has been trying to take me for a ride and unable to refund my balance of rs. 128.

                                    I promise if i dont get the refund at the earliest i will file a complaint in consumer forum

                                    May god give you little pinch of wisdom

                                      On 6/08/2016 i recharged for auto renewal pack 139 plan (Unlimited 2g) for 28 days. It was expiring on 2/09/2016 at midnight 12. I had recieved one message of auto renewal on 31/08/2016 and i had balance around 325 on 2nd september as well as more than 350 on 31 august. I was using internet without bothering of internet expiry as i had auto renewal pack. But next day morning (3rd september) what i see that my account was deducted more than 270 rupees and plan was not activated as insufficient balance. Called customer care they did not respond well. They are telling that you had to see before using internet on 3rd september.

                                        As per CDR, your balance got deducted Rs.25.00 for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 8/29/2016 3:59:28 PM, (usage 82.2121MB as per default charges 15p/10KB), before balance Rs.28.73 & after balance Rs.3.73).

                                        As per system validation, it was found that amount of INR 3 deducted for SILKW35 service on[protected]. You are eligible for the waiver of INR 3 for SILKW35 service hence INR 3 have already been posted to your account.
