Yesterday I have recharge with 23 which is for 110 MB internet. In spite of that when I was connected with my data connection the company deduct amounted to Rs. 50/- from my main balance.
Not only that also when I calling 198(Tool Free) on yesterday as well as today they have not give me the proper information and replied "our software is down we are not able to see any information in the system kindly call after 2 hours" . This is 24 hours gone but 2 hours is not completed. Now if the company not take the proper action I will go to the consumer forum.
Hope for the positive response.

    Hi Team,

    I have recharged my Mobile Data with Rs 599 on[protected] at 12:21.

    The recharge deducted my money but the recharge failed. The details are provided below.

    The transaction Number is KOR[protected].
    The SBI Transaction reference Number: IG0CQDTBB2.
    The AIRCEL Mobile Number: [protected].

    Kindly refund the money back to my SBI account. This is not expected from company like Aircel.

      I was shocked to see the bill amount of Rs.814. I regularly check the unbilled amount for my connection and till 24th of Aug it was 239Rs (50Rs. I paid in advance). Then, how come the bill came to 814Rs.? (My bill cycle is 26th of July to 25th of Aug.

      I got a message stating that club299 plan is getting changed on June. When I enquired about it to customer service, I was informed that after the free mobile data (500mb) I'll be charged for the next 1 gb (charges would be Rs.40 only) post that the data connection is unlimited and the speed will be of 2G.

      At that point I decided to move out of Aircel to Idea. After that, a person from the Aircel resolution team or Aircel feedback team called me up and asked whether my issue is solved and whether am I satisfied with the network. I said I'm not satisfied as this plan was going to change, he confirmed me that my plan will not change and it is the same as it was before (i.e 500mb 3G post that unlimited 2G). Since he confirmed/assured me that, I said if that's the case, I'm fine with the network and I'll continue with it.

      And now, they have generated a bill with amount of Rs.814. What kind of service is this? I need the 482.79 Rs + taxes adjusted in the bill. I'll not pay this entire bill amount as it is Aircel's fault.

      The responses I received from their mail support after raising the issue is:

      "Dear Customer,

      Greetings from Aircel!

      With reference to your e-mail dated 30/08/2016, we would like to inform you that the number has been activate with the plan Magic combo 299 which have been benefits of 500MB 3G + Bill Shield 1 GB + unlimited 2G.

      (Bill shield:

      · Once the allotted 3G Quota is consumed, speed does not get throttled and you will be charged as per the tariff of 2p/50KB for additional 1 GB o[censored]sage (i.e. 1 MB = 0.21P, 1 GB = Rs.210/-).


      · If the additional 1 GB is consumed, speed gets throttled to 64 kbps and any further data usage shall be discounted completely).


      We have cross verified our records and would like to inform you that the number [protected] records GPRS usage more than 3G benefits in between the period 26/07/2016 To 25/08/2016 and the excess usage has been charged Rs.369/- in the invoice[protected] as per the base tariff of 2p/50kb.

      Hence, the charges are authentic and stand payable.

      Please note in this response too they have miscommunicated. They have mentioned clearly that the charges for the excess 1Gb 3G data will be Rs. 210. Then how come I was charged Rs. 369 for that??? (as per bill amount it is charges as Rs.482.79).

      Proves the trustworthy of the network. Aircel should have the recording of the conversation I had with their representatives. They should verify these information and correct their mistake.

      I will not recommend Aircel to anyone. The worst network I have ever used.

      That's not true.

      I was informed by your phone rep that I will be charged only Rs.40 for the extra 1gb and then unlimited 2g after that.

      This was informed by your employee (customer support person).

      Added to it, next I was contacted by your resolution team and was informed that my plan is not getting changed, it's the same as before (with 500mb 3G after that unlimited 2g). Which is why I continued in your network.

      All these were mistakes of your employees not me. If I were informed about this, I would have changed the network when I enquired about the plan change message I received. Hating your network to the core now.

      Check your voice recordings for the 2 calls I had with your employees, you'll understand that what I say is true.

      I'm seriously dropping an email to TRAI now. And I'll not be paying the extra charges you guys have levied because of your mistake.

      I don't care about losing my number. And let's meet in the consumer court.

      Hope you read my contact history with you, I'll say again anyway, my mom is an advocate.

        I have recharged with 165 rs. in my aircel number.
        Message I got after recharge : TT : 0 INR, P.F. balance : 143.48 INR

        Resolution of the complaint:
        I have rechrged my mobile because of some emergency call and I dont know what kind of P.F balance you are suppose to showing in message..I request you to refund my money into main balance..I dont wanted to know what exactly P.F is..I am only concerned about my main balance.

        It will be great if you resolve this problem as early as possible.because there can be emergency for anyone to recharge their number..If this case is happen with someone else again then probably "AIRCEL" will not gonna survive anymore..

But still there is No refund of my deposit amount of Rs650. if I called ur customer care they telling amount will refunded within in 3 month but today time period is 8month there no amount is refunded.The only answer of your customer care is your request is forwarded.

            Aircel is worst service provider. They never respect their customers. Customer care gives us answers like a tape recorder which is recorded in their tongue. Repetitively gives us the same answer for all the questions. Without any intimation and without my permission they migrated my plan to other plan and they disconnected my outgoing calls without any prior intimation when it touched the credit limit within the two days of bill generation. Due date for bill payment is 11th Sep but my phone got disconnected on 31st August.

                Complained last night.. They said it wil start in 4hrs just wait... And its now 15 hrs i have been still waiting to start over my calls...

                    Aircel keeps activating some Aircel PI 9 (some internet pack) on my number again and again without my proper consent or my request. For this Aircel is using a deceptive means of "flash messages".

                    I have complained against this to the Aircel customer support, but they told me that they cannot help.

                    This is a fraudulent activity by Aircel and must be stopped.

                    I do not remember the exact time since I DID NOT ACTIVATE the pack. However, I received the message regarding the activation on 31/08/2016 at 20:52. The pack was renewed on the next day. The same case happened 7 days back. Thus the deductions have been made 4-5 times within 2 weeks.

                    When it happened for the first time, 7days back, I called the customer service only to know that my complaint cannot be registered anywhere in Aircel. Now, that it has happened again, I am sure that this is due to flash messages.

                    This is a shoddy means that Aircel is using to rob its customers and it must be stopped.

                    As per the records, there is a balance deduction on 31/08/2016 of Rs 9/- for ‘’PI 9’’ service pack which was activated on 31/08/2016 via USSD mode from your end on your Aircel number and this is auto renewal service which is renewed till 01/09/2016 due to which amount deducted.

                    Therefore, charges are correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Further, we would like to inform you that if you wish to deactivate the same service dial *121*902# .

                    That's exactly my point is. I DID NOT ACTIVATE IT. AND IT HAPPENED TWICE.
                    But I don't think there is any point discussing this with Aircel. Just wasting my time. I will be changing my network provider. Also, will have to stop the robbery rampage that Aircel is on.

                        Hello I have been charged for the above mentioned services I have never subscribe for . Please cancel the transaction and credit back the amount in my account. I did not recharge my main balance for that purpose. I shouldn't be paying for the services I have never subscribe for. I think this is the doing of the customer care agents. Please stop this unfair means and take necessary steps to review who and why did they do this. This is a matter of compliance. If this continues in the future again I am afraid I will be compelled to close this account and go to another service provider. So please resolve this issue and credit the amount back to my account.

                                        This is in reference to wrongly balance deduction of rs 20/- from no-[protected] on 23.08.2016 and auto renewal of games club twice in a month.
                                        I wan informed from aircell vide mail dated 24.08.2016 that vas services has been deactivated and the amount has been refunded. However, neither the amount refunded nor the services has been deactivated. I am repeatedly getting messages that gclub35 services has been auto renewed (Screen shot of my mobile has been attached). At present i am not having balance in my number, yet i am getting messages that " please recharge your number to continue with gclub35. My point is when aircell is confirming a customervia mail that the said services has been deactivated from their end. How it is possible that vas service is getting auto renewed again and again. I am attaching screen shot of all messages for ready reference. This is really very cheap means of the company. Vas is still active in my number and thats why i am not recharging my number. I know aircel will deduct amount again saying services has auto renewed. The worst part is when i complaint them vide my mail 29.08.2016. I am getting reply the query has been resolved and the amount has been refunded. This is very ridiculous.
