On 16/08/2016 & on 18/08/2016 tried to recharge with 108/- 3 times & they failed but my balance got deducted from my back account... Waited for 6days but still no refund..
Called customer care but they do not have any clue about the procedure.

3 kor[protected].

I believe you guys can solve the problem because the customer care said they cannot do anything about web recharge

    I am facing incoming problem from yesterday. When any person called me and they got reply that the no you have dialed cirrently switched off but but i have able to make outgoing call. Kindly solve our problem. I complained this problem on 198 yesterday and today also but not got solution. Customercare answer me that your problem will be resolve next day and you will disconnect your call. I am facing much problem.

      They activated auto-renewal internet pack of rs.9/day on 14th august 2016. I was unaware of all this. I just saw a message today morning that i am having insufficient balance to renew your pack. I haven't used a single kb of data. So it is as simple as that i haven't activated that pack. I want my refund. The company is not willing to refund and saying that i activated that plan by using some code but actually i didn't.
      Please solve this asap.

        This complaint is regarding an employee of aircel, kolkata (gariahat branch) who has repeatedly misbehaved with my mother and me whenever we went to the particular branch to seek some service. the above mentioned lady is an employee of that branch. she had repeatedly humiliated us and failed to provide us the desired service. she harassed us in the worst ways possible.

        Hence, i demand an apology from the employee for her misbehavior.

          My aircel up east mo no is [protected]. On 22 aug 16 at 2148 hr aircel has activated a pack of internet without my permission. However when i spoken to customer care they told that i have received a call by aircel at that time and pack has activated by that only. While neither i received nor make any cal or code. I have all record of msg as well as cal. Also i have recording of conversation with customer care. This is regular problem of aircel for activation of pack with customer permission. My other alternate no is [protected]. Plz resolve my issue.

          We would like to inform that there is a balance deduction on 22/08/2016 of Rs 9/- for ‘’PI 9” service pack which was activated on 22/08/2016 via USSD mode from your end on your Aircel number, and this is auto renewal service which is renewed till 23/08/2016 due to which amount deducted.

          Therefore, charges are correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Further, we would like to inform that if you wish to deactivate the same service dial *121*902# from your Aircel number.

            My mobile no is [protected]. Aircel deducteded rs. 35 from my a/c by intensely. This is 4th time. Then i reported customer care but they tell me that it will not refundable. If it will not be refunded then i'll leave the network by the process of mnp. Aircel the worst company of india. Continue calling the customer care but they are busy anytime. Please get in touch.

              I recharged of rs.50/- and got 45/- something rupees after few calls i have remaining 40/- rupees but after few days i checked, my balance was nil. I tried to complaint in 198 number of aircel customer care they never gave me solution even didn't back my money. After long time, i recharged with rs.20/- or 10/- then that money was also charged and nil.
              I am facing this issue from a very long time but i didn't complaint but now its overwhelming. I registered complaint here second time previously i got my money back.
              I only want my money back.

                  Iam took a new sim of aircel service provider
                  Actual my plan for std is frst 120 seconds 2p/1sec after that it charged 1p/2seconds but here not deducted plan wise for 20 minutes it charged 10.44 rs how?
                  Actually its charge for frst 120 second 2.40 rs afterthat for 1078 sec 5.40 rs totally 7.60 rs but here 10.44 rs charged ur network.. When i call to customer care to enquire about this they are totally irregular on their duties they not received my call even icalled 10 times they not respond why your company doing this type of cheating?

                    I was told on 28.04.16 that the excess amount will be sent via a cheque on 28.04.16 and i'll be receiving it within 60 working days. It is more than 80 working days now, and i still haven't received the cheque. This is causing me a big trouble. My patience is becoming very thin, all i need is my refund.

                    All i wonder is, how come your regular monthly bill is sent within 2 days while the cheque takes more than 60 working days to come. This is absolutely ridiculous. If i didn't receive the cheque by this month, i'll seriously take this matter further.

Kor[protected] after massage receive for "successfully recharge now all local mobile calls to any network at 1.2p/2sec" no promo has activate by aircel when i am calling after 4pm they are charging 1.35p per minute & i had talk with customer care executive mr. Provas he had provide me the complaint number : [protected] & he told me like every time at this moment our server has gone down so call again latter after 2 hours i am call again & mr. Biswajit singh provide me a lol solution, the solution is your retailer not properly recharge kindly recharge again this is solution if not properly recharge then how the massage will come. Kindly take a necessary action for this.

                              I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected] in the month of june2016. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.

                              Sir Aircel file a demand notice against me since i have been paid the consumed bill on 20/07/16 & bill number[protected] and sim is locked and am not at all using but aircel keep on charging some bills against me now Rs.860 is charged against me for without using aircel network i dont know what to do help me.
                              Now aircel put demand notice against me since am not at all using these aircel number i have been charged Rs.860.sir plz help me to sort out this issue am ready to pay what ever they ask because i dont want this aircel connection.kindly give assurance aircel will never charge against me because they charging RS.860 such a big amount for me for no usage
                              since aircel customer care person contact me and he fix some amount Rs.600 and he forced me to pay this amount i dont understand aircel charge Rs.860 and also they way off some amount, one thing i understand consumers are always fooled by these kind of activities.now am ready to pay bill whatever they ask because as a consumer am fool to them but please kindly give assurance aircel will never charge against me after am paid these bill

                                I have recharged rs 69 on 18th august. Verification message shows that i got 72 talktime and 76 mb net for 3 days. But today my balance deducted to rs 0. I called customer care but they said that no net pack is active and there is no 76 mb net on rs 69 pack. I am attaching the confirmation sms in which the 76 mb net for 3 days is indicated.                                   Hi,

                                  I am a aircel prepaid bihar customer mobile no : [protected] from sitamarhi and the company activates vas plan bhlcp25 without my consent and deducts rs 25/- from my balance. The ussd message to deactivate it nevers works and give weird error.
                                  On calling customer care which takes hours to reach they shamelessly says that we have deactivated the plan but there would be no refund of money,

                                  This is very demotivating and harassing behaviour from the mobile oprator and needs a serious attention from the consumer forum

You will be renewed after 15 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223. For your special offer dial 50000!! Toll free"

                                    I dont know what is the limited music, y debited the amount?

                                    Am not understanding why its happening.

                                    Today morning deactivated the limitless music. But, not yet get back the money.

                                    Hence, kindly arrange to get back the amount at the earliest in my balance.

                                        Sir,
                                        I had recharged with a net pack of rs.27/- for “three days” and “talk time” for rs.110/- on 17.08.2016 in my mobile no.[protected]. I had hardly used internet services for about 5 or 6 minutes against netpack of rs.27/- when a message was received that my account balance was remained 01 paisa only. It is still not clear as against which recharged amount, balance of 01 paisa has been remained in my account. At the same moment i contacted and explained the same on 198 when the representative asked me to wait for 4 hours as their data was not working at that time. After 4 hours i again contacted on 198 when i was informed with same reply that i must wait for further 4 hours. Thereafter i repeatedly contacted on 198 but a “computerized message” was being telecasted that “all our representatives are busy now so either hold on or call later”.

                                        So it is not understood as what is this nonsense service being provided by the aircel. This is totally a bad business as well as loot in other words also. This is a clear-loot in deceitful manner. First i was asked twice to wait for 4 hours on the excuse that aircel data services were not working and secondly befooled with computerized message. Meaning thereby that nobody is there is to listen customer’s voice in the fraud aircel company. This is totally a nonsense response as the aircel has managed its software in such a way that a customer may not be able to contact anyone in the aircel either on toll free or to its customer care centre etc.

                                        In view of above, it may take notice that rs.27/- plus rs.110/- may be got remitted at once failing which i shall be constraint to seek legal remedy in the competent court of law entirely at the risk and costs of the aircel company.
