I have recharged 15rs to get 25ps/min for outgoing calls to this number When i call to some one with this pack, it has been applying only for 3 times.I lost my balance of 25rs for 8mins.I faced more than 5 times this problem .Some times balance is deducting automatically.I had lost more than 300rs like this.When i called to customer care they didn't responded properly, really bad customer service & bad network .Please do necessary action and credit my amount as soon as possible

          i have been dedcuted Rs.60 from my balance unncesarily for some wap service on[protected].
          i have not subscribed to any such service.
          can never get through to customer executive via 198 or 121 since 2 days.it alwas says exectives busy. have tried more than 100 times. pathetic customer service.
          please stop this loot and refund my balance.

            Aircel is a cheated company they activate pocket internet without customer notice. And charges in his billing. I have paid many Rupees to aircel charges of pocket internet. Now please reverse this charges & deactivate this pocket internet service asap.

              I have recharged on 16.05.2016 for rs. 111 and 130 promo balance was given to me. its validity is for 28 days. when my promo balance reached at rs. 70 then validity and money both has been deducted. money has been deducted on 31.05.2016 means 15 days. i also contacted customer care but they have no idea about this query. i want my money. please solve this problem. its urgent.

                  You can check all these details yourself but harassing customer by again and again such details.

                  (1) Bye the way it is deducted on 02 Jun 16 at around 1400 Hrs.
                  When I keeping watch on Aircel Network problem, I came to result that It deduct balance when there is Roaming network. And there is no stability of network even at one place. It is sometimes roaming and sometimes normal.

                  (2) Aircel service is still not given my 155 Mb date after repeated call and complain.

                    Sir, today a company's repersentative called me, and was telling about some offers suddenly call got disconnected .after few minutes a massage came, charging me with rs 30 .
                    I got shocked after seeing this, then i tried to call the customer care to refund my balance .i Dialled 198 and pressed the button as per instructions when i got directed to customer care, there was a reply that we have some technical problem .

                      This is too fraud company and takes money by any means they want. My number is [protected]. I have given documents many times but still they call every 3 months to submit documents. This time I submitted documents and they gave me a new sim card with the same number I dont know why and told me that your previous balance and powerplus will be available in a new sim card. After putting the new sim card I got nothing(Rs 120 main balance and unlimited plan lost). I complained but they only gave me my balance but not the unlimited plan. I have a msg written unlimited A2A at Rs 93 for 21 days and I recharged it immediately since I need it urgent. After 7 days my unlimited plan has expired without any msg or notification and main balance was 0 as i don't know this nonsence. I called to customer care and they said that our plan has changed recently. Again I got a message written that an offer 4 u unlimited A2A at Rs 93 for 21 days. I don't know what these moneysuckers will do with these money. Too much cheating. They can change plan anytime whenever they want.

                        We had received a call from the Aircel customer care describing their
                        data packs. Even though no interest was shown in activating the pack,
                        the pack was auto activated and balance deducted. Upon raising the
                        concern in another call to the customer care cell, they raised a
                        complaint with the docket number 1-[protected] and said the services
                        shall be de-activated said the balance deducted will be refunded
                        (only after a set of arguments on it). The resolution was claimed by
                        18th May, 2016.
                        Called back the customer care on 18th once again when they said that I
                        should wait for another 24 hours and then the amount shall be
                        refunded. But its already been 22nd May and we haven't received the
                        refunds yet for the pack 'mis'activated.

                        Have already dropped them emails regarding the same but there has been no response except the auto acknowledgement

                            Sir, i recharge my aircel mobile number [protected] with rupees 349-2g unlimited internet pack on 29-may-2016. Recharge was successful. But i am not able to use internet even i am not able to open website www.google.com. I contact to consumer care no.198 they send me internet setting which i install on my mobile. But even after that i am not able to use internet or u may say internet have no speed.

                            as now my plan of internet rupees 349 comes to end on 18-jun.-2016 i.e. of 21 days. now i am happy to say u that in this 21 days i m only to download 200 mb just because i am going to another area that is far from my house approx 20 km. and i my house area internet seed is less than 01.kbps. even a madam is connect me and thanx to her because she try to resolve my problem .even after 2 days my problem is not resolved during talk with madam. finally i go nearest aircel store which is nearest to my house. at store that person say me aircel he bad in this area. i give my mobile even he can not browse. before 2-3 months aircel is my 1st preference for internet plan. now after waste of rupees 349 now i will not make any mistake again so i stop using aircel...thanx 4 ur support..i try my best...i also send so many gmail/ 198 call/aircel store..after all effort ... decide to good bye aircel...close my all complain if any pending

                              I ported from Idea WB to Aircel Rajasthan. It has been well over a month since I receive the message to complete my verification process by dialing 59059.

                              The retailer, Aircel express, Aircel customer support provided me with useless information AND "Aircel email support never replies".

                              I am sick and tired of all these tricks, and looking to drag them in court.

                                I didn't activate tiny TV but they deducted money on 28.5.2016 and I send msg to deactivate that service but t msg came back was u r not activated any vas service and I was busy at that time and I called after 2days to customer care to refund my money rs.35 bcs I didn't activate and I didn't use reply was u can't get that money back this service is sooo irritable...

                                  my number is [protected].
                                  i dont know how these aircel people deduct our money without any my request, they even did not give prior warning and deducted my money in past 12 hours. they are doing such a rediculous job. i am very much disappointed by their service. i left idea and join this aircel, but its same problem . i want my money back in my account & compensation too.

                                    I went to my native place tamilnadu ( 28/4/16 to 24/5/16) I activated roaming one day pack 3.rs pack, every day automatically aircell detected RS. 3 from my account, I reached mumbai on 25th of may, why aircell detecate RS : 3, from my account, I called to customers centre, I request them to whatever they detected from 25 to 30 may, give back money to my account, we will solve ur problem in 48 hrs, I got a sms on 30th we resolved, so kindly do the needful think

                                      i am using only one no.[protected], recently i have applied for a new connection of airecel no. But shop keeper said your application has rejected because you are using 9 numbers but i amazed that i am using only one no. Of aircel so i request you to please close the connection other no. Except-[protected], and please activate my new no. Which application i have all ready submitted

                                        Hello, I have lost my SIM on 14th May 2016 and i have given a request for issuing me Duplicate SIM on 21st may 2016 & they have given me a SIM, However its been more than a week now they have not yet activated it. Now they are saying they couldn''t find any data related to my old number, So it may take another 1 week to re provision the SIM. I am just wondering how they have issued a number to me & i have been using it for last 6+ years without any proper details. Though i tried to escalate it to Appellate Authority but no positive response & again they are asking me to wait. Please help me get my old number back ASAP.

                                        Following are my details:

                                        I am really disappointed the kind of service Aircel is providing to the customers. They have a Appellate Authority to resolve escalations, However they only providing false data to the customer, for example on 30th May when i called them & asked for my activation status they told me "Your pre-provisioning process has been started & you will get it activated by maximum of 7 days ", However after 7 days while calling again they are telling, actually today only we have received your documents & it is going to take another 7 days. I am just wondering if they will repeat same thing again after 7 days. Also they are simply telling sometime it is going to take 7 days, sometimes 10 days & sometimes 15 days. Whom to complain against these guys ?

                                        Moreover all this pre-provisioning process started one week after submitting my documents for a duplicate SIM & it didn't went through as they said their is no proper data present for my number, I am just wondering I have been using this [protected] number since last 6+ years & i do remember I have submitted all required documents, got a verification call from Aircel call center before getting it activated, However why no data available ? is it my fault ? Please advise me whom to contact or i have to file a consumer case ?
                                        Finally I am able to get a complain number (1-[protected]) for tracking this issue, Though i am not sure it's a valid one or not as they said i will get a SMS for the same & no SMS received so far. However what they said i can't contact anybody to tack the status for this complain, However the concern team will contact me if needed.
                                        Wow, Now see the Irony no one is picking my call (Appellate Authority - [protected] ). I am just wondering how many more days required to activate a SIM, if at all it has to take more time. I just wanted to know how many more days, Don't we have any fixed timeline ?
