Sir, I have contacted to Aircel complaint Helpline (198) on 8/06/2016 at around 2:30 PM.
To know about the Carry forward of my remaining 750 MB data whose validity was 8/06/2016.
But, I was wrongly informed about the data carry forward by "Tumpa" a staff of Aircel.
Tumpa said to me that by recharging any 3G Plan you can carry forward your data.
After assurance of customer care staff (Tumpa).
I recharged a 116 Rs(INR) 3G plan of Aircel to my number [protected].
But, after recharging my new data was not add with previous data.
Then again, I contacted to Aircel complaint helpline about data Carry forward then a senior executive officer (Dinesh Das) told that this can't be added to your account.
Dear sir,
what shall I do, I was cheated by Aircel staffs.
I want to add my 750 data with my new 1GB data whose validity is on 05/07/2016
I.e my total data will be(750MB+1GB), validity will be on 05/07/2016.
I would like to say that you should take a step against such company who gives wrong information to their customers for the benefit of company by frudary.
