Im not activating this service and I d'nt need this service Anymore.

So Pls deactivate this service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance..

    I recharged Rs. 30 via Paytm to the mobile number [protected] on 10th June 2016. Still I did not recieve recharge. Paytm site shows recharge successful. Can you please go through this issue and solve at your earliest.

    I booked complaint Paytm about this and their reply is as followsThank you for contacting paytm.
    We understand that your query is regarding recharge not getting processed for mobile number [protected] against Order Id [protected] but your amount was deducted.
    We have checked the recharge is now showing as successful on '[protected] ' at '10:08:51' . However, in certain cases there is a delay in receiving the recharge.
    In case you have not received the recharge please coordinate with your operator.

        Hi,

        I got a message suddenly now saying that 30 Rs. was deducted from my main account balance as I was being subscribed to Aircel Music Connect. I do not know how it got activated in the first place since I never opted for such a service from Aircel. And deducting 30 Rs. without my permission is quite agitating and I'll leave this connection and urge others to do the same if not refunded. This must be resolved, ASAP. My number is [protected].

            Unnecessarily this company has been deducted my balance... Today i didn't speak much with anyone even though balance got deducted.. When i spoke with customer care executive then i didn't got proper response one person has given excuses that technical problem is there after 2 hours contact... Another one was not ready to give detail of my balance deduction and when i asked him to transfer the call to senior executive then he didn't transfer... Got disappointed... I request to you to take immediate action against of this

              Last month 99 rupees and 86 rupees this month, went from my balance regarding games club. But i unsubscribed it and sent sms to deactivate. But still i did not get my money back. Now 0 rupees balance in my account. Please send me my money. 180rupees. Please please unsubscribe all plans and deactivate. I need that money please. Please understand and send my money back to my account of balance.

                Customer care person mr mahendra not behave good when i asked about services i asked for 291 plan then he told me we dont have any plan of 291 then i told u have then he told me very rudely and not brief the plan that i expected.and he hold the line for without reason and cut my call without solve my problem and he also told me call 1288 then isaid ur job is provide the information to the customer then why u dont provide .( he dont have addicates he hold me without any reason and cut the call without solve my problem and denied to solve the problem dont provide proper information aircel have a 291 plan he told without checked the system that aircel dont have any plan and i saw the plan in paytm and freecharge website)

                      Respected sir,
                      My aircel postpaid mobile number is [protected] in the name of prajwal. Sir, on the time of recieving this postpaid simcard from the above mentioned distributor i paid a security deposit of rs.300. I was given a reciept. The proprietor of r. K enterprises told that he will update the deposi amount in my aircel account and i can deduct the amount from my 3rd month bill. After the completion of 3 months i found out that the amount has still not been been updated. I contacted my nearest aircel store located near choolai post office in chennai. They contacted the person and asked him to update the amount on 6 june 2016. The next day when i called the distributor i was told that the amount will be updated by him today (7 june 2016). But today it is 8 june 2016 and still the amount has not been updated. When i called the person regarding the issue i was answered in a vulgar slang and he spoke vulgar words towards me. After some time when i tried to contact him he disconnected my call without answering and added my number to the block list. Now i am not able to contact him. I am attaching the payment reciept with this mail. I kindly request you to do the needful and make tha payment. And i also request you to take severe action against the person affilated with r. K enterprises. Such people working with aircel are the one responsible for the bad name a company is getting. Please take the necessary action sir. The payment reciept is attached for the proof.

                        Sir, I have contacted to Aircel complaint Helpline (198) on 8/06/2016 at around 2:30 PM.
                        To know about the Carry forward of my remaining 750 MB data whose validity was 8/06/2016.
                        But, I was wrongly informed about the data carry forward by "Tumpa" a staff of Aircel.
                        Tumpa said to me that by recharging any 3G Plan you can carry forward your data.
                        After assurance of customer care staff (Tumpa).
                        I recharged a 116 Rs(INR) 3G plan of Aircel to my number [protected].
                        But, after recharging my new data was not add with previous data.
                        Then again, I contacted to Aircel complaint helpline about data Carry forward then a senior executive officer (Dinesh Das) told that this can't be added to your account.
                        Dear sir,
                        what shall I do, I was cheated by Aircel staffs.
                        I want to add my 750 data with my new 1GB data whose validity is on 05/07/2016
                        I.e my total data will be(750MB+1GB), validity will be on 05/07/2016.

                        I would like to say that you should take a step against such company who gives wrong information to their customers for the benefit of company by frudary.

                          Aircel is a fraud company dey deducted my account balance even though i was been activated with data pack. And i was browsing with home network itself even though the amount got deducted. And we do have a worst customer care support, they know the things of it they just pretend we did it. And most of the time i see the amount got deduct for my account for activating the vas services even though wen my mobile phone is switched off the issue is not yet serrated i raised multiple complaints regarding this in customer care the company is least bothered to serrate the issue and proved a good customer service.

Though the payment date is 06/06/2016 i have paid my bill on 05/06/2016 thinking that bcoz of not paying my bill they might have stopped my connection but even after paying my bill there is no improvement in my connection. So i lodged a complaint through customer care and they said that it will be resolved within 3 working days, and after two days i received a message from aircel saying that my service request has been resolved. But still the problem persists. How can they send that without solving my problem??

                              On 07/06/16 aircel deducted my primary balance ₹ 10. Bcz i hv only 10.55₹ if i was more balance in that time aircel also take it. I was contact aircel costumer care more than 9 time in 2 days.. Bt they take me on hold 6 to 10 mint and cut the call.. And now i m trying to contact its says all lines r busy plz contact other time.. I use 329 ₹ pack so i hv all thing in this pack.. Y r u looking like bad care.. Refund me.. Otherwise i take mnp..

                                  I doestn't get recharge benifiets as i shown in offer, i did recharge of 60 rupees at 2times but i never get benefits..there are Talktime of 55 at 60.but i got only 49 both time, i complained but they take no responce, they said that it take 48hours after this u will get ur benefits..but after 48hours i haven't get my benefits in both recharge.after that when i call to 198 they doesn't pick my call..they said "hamare savi sahayta karmi adhik call k karan vayast h kripa bad m call kre ya line p bne rhe"after that call was disconected alway.kindly help me, i[censored] r nt able to help me, then i will port my no. And i will take any action.always aircel company deduct my balance and never refund my money.always i complained nd nt any action taken by them.and on 5june My 34rs.                                     I have just switched my uninor number into aircel and made frc of 99 and got some data and 90 rupees in my promo balance account. Once i was surfing over the internet and i don't know how but i was redirected to a aircel wap site and they deducted rs 70 from my account citing i have subscribed 'all channel month pack', and i had deactivated this service within few hours as i noticed a balance deduction from my account.

                                    It is hard to believe that i was automatically redirected towards aircel wap site while surfing off the aircel site, and they deducted amount without any reconfirmation msg or asking me again if i actually want to activate that plan.

                                    I made some calls on 198 regarding this problem several times with mine or friend's aircel number but not a single time they could talk with me on my balance deduction citing 'server is not responding' - this is the pet response from an aircel customer care representative when you want to talk over the phone. And then they blocked all the aircel numbers from which i was trying to call and get an logical answer.

                                    They i mailed them my problem at care. [protected]@aircel.Co.In first and then at appellate. [protected]@aircel.Co.In too. I do have reference numbers - ack : unfair balance ack : regarding

                                    I have many reference numbers because they did never reply to any of my replies. I told me that i downloaded an content therefore i was charged. But i had received a msg of a tv monthly pack activation.

                                    But the important thing to be noticed here is that a monthly pack was activated from my promo balance. While if i want to activate any plans myself then i would need to keep money in my 'main balance account'.

                                    Sir i have another complaint regarding unfair balance deduction for the same day (30th may 2016) the same time almost and the same number - i called to a delhi based land line number and had a talk for 2 minutes 51 seconds and they changed me rs 5.05 for this call while i had tariff (For local and std both) activated on my number. To which they didn't reply my any mail.


                                    Sir unfair balance deduction has been the patented problem of aircel, there are a lot of aircel subscribers who has been the victim of it at once at least.

                                    It looks like aircel monitors it's targeted subscribers that what a subriber is surfing and then in between they managed something to redirect to aircel wap site that leads to balance deduction.

                                    Sir i want my money back to my account and aircel should be charged also under criminal act.

                                    I just received a call back from Aircel, but again he disconnected the call in between.
                                    Once again he was giving the same excuse that his server is not responding.
                                    Well I don't think so you are working for your customer satisfaction... You don't talk on 198 about balance deduction just block numbers... Blames server is down...


                                    One should write to TRAI also to monitor your server if it is actually down all the time.. Or is your patented excuse to avoid your customer complaints

                                      A service oftenly gets activated on my no. I call the customer care, first call is successful but gets cut in between. And when i try to call again, the recorded message says "all our executives are busy, kindly call later". This has happened to me for nearly 3 times and my balance is never refunded as when later on (after 3-4 days) on the call they say that you should have called us on the same day when the service was activated.
