My mobile number is [protected].On 17th June first 174 rupee and then 36.75 rupee has been deducted from my account automatically.When I contacted Customer care they told me they cant do anything because the data pack that I was using, for that only money has been deducted.I neither receive any data pack value nor the refund.And its been deducted in such a way that there is no sms no call.Why Aircel did not even inform customer that due to data pack this amount will be deducted.So who ever is seeing this beware o[censored]sing Aircell.

    I am nt happy with ur response..very very bad service its pathetic..ekdm bkwas service h, ekto service bkwas or upr se itna balance kata jata h faltu ka, or offer dti q h company jb use pura krna ni hota h to..kitne din ho gye av tk mera prblm solve ni ho paya..i m nt satisfied.

    I doestn't get recharge benifiets as i shown in offer, i did recharge of 60 rupees at 2times but i never get benefits..there are Talktime of 55 at 60.but i got only 49 both time, i complained but they take no responce, they said that it take 48hours after this u will get ur benefits..but after 48hours i haven't get my benefits in both recharge.after that when i call to 198 they doesn't pick my call..they said "hamare savi sahayta karmi adhik call k karan vayast h kripa bad m call kre ya line p bne rhe"after that call was disconected alway.kindly help me, i[censored] r nt able to help me, then i will port my no. And i will take any action.always aircel company deduct my balance and never refund my money.always i complained nd nt any action taken by them.and on 5june My 34rs. Was deducted and i cant got this money..and I did recarge on date of 4june and second is 6june.

      On my Aircel number some Aircel PI128 seva is subscribed and for that they charged Rs 130. I tried to contact with compliant and customer care officers but the officer asked to hold and cut my call without giving me satisfied(any) reply. I tried calling for 12-25 times to customer and complaint care number. But they not replied me still. I want to unsubscribe that and want my money back

      Rs 49 was deducted on 15th June and Rs 128 was deducted on 16th June.
      Rs 49 has refund on the same day, but not Rs 128.
      I make complaint against Rs 128 deduction under Aircel PI-128.
      Rs 128 was deducted on 16th June and I make Complaint on the same day
      but still its not get resolved and I did not get my refundable amount
      I am not able to reached out to executive as my number is blacklisted.

          I have loss my data and mobile balance without any reson. And when I am calling aircell customer help line number they are not answering my question. Plzz help me.
          To return my balance and data. And his service r not good my phone is show I have 300mb data but this is not working and when I am calling they r say my server is down and again call after 4 houre and after 4-houre they r not answering my question and any responses.

          We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that as we checked you have done a Data pack RC_53 on date 7thJun’16 and got the benefit (1GB valid for 5 Days) which was expired on date 14thJun’16 but even after that you access GPRS on date 15thJun’16 and got charged from main account balance as per base rate i.e. 10p/10kb the charges are found correct hence no adjustment applicable for the same.

              I have recharged with Rs.133/- through Aircell App at 8.30 am on 15 June 2016. But till now no balance has deposited in my account. I have tried three times to talk with customer care officers but the officers say that there is a technical problems and cut my call without giving me satisfied reply on blocked me on customer care number. Now I am fully annoyed with Aircel.

                    I have registered a complaint to Aircel but my complaint has not been resolved. But got message from aircel that complaint has been resolved . Has been trying to call aircel on 198 since 4 days. But whenever I call on 198 they will always say please be online as our agents are on other call. And then the call will disconnect saying that we are experiencing heavy traffic. I wonder that whenever I call aircel they are experiencing heavy traffic. Even if iam calling at 9.00am or at night 11.55pm. This is pure unethical and unfair practice of aircel towards their customer.

                      It is with deep regret and hurt, that i have to make a complain since there was no solution provided even after 15 days of mailing my complain to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in since 2nd June onwards.

                      Received two service requests, as below, with none being resolved:
                      service request 1-[protected]/1-[protected]

                      Extracts from my mail:
                      "I am trying to call your customer service numbers(198, 121, [protected]) since the full day, but the only thing i am hearing is that 'the service representatives are busy assisting other customers, please call back later'.

                      I have taken this new Aircel SIM last weekend, and had recharged for 147 3G on 31st May. But my 3G services are not working. Once luckily i got one of your customer service representatives, without listening to my grievance much, she had just send me the Net settings by SMS.

                      I know that i have to switch to the WCDMA mode and search networks for Aircel 3G or Reliance 3G to activate data services, which i am trying for the past 3 days. But the services are not getting connected.

                      Please help to clarify me that it is not a mistake that i had selected Aircel network and moreover 3G data pack of 147 Rs recharge is not a waste of money for me.

                      Please update me or reach out to me ASAP.

                      I would like to inform, that the recharge was done through Paytm, and on inquiring from them, this is their response:
                      "We have validated from Aircel that mobile number [protected] has been successfully recharged with INR. 147.

                      In case you have not received the recharge please coordinate with your operator.

                      So i would like to know the latest progress with this situation.

                        I m Arpit here using this aircel from last 5 months but till last month everything was fine but now after making my any recharges the company use to auto activate any service with the balance available in the phone.. The service they auto activate are Musti clubs, Musti malls, Fornights packs, etc.. But complaining to the C.C. they always use to say all ur services are deactivated and from now onwards no balance would be deducted.. But still the problem is been continued..

                          Sir I have recharged for aircel data connection for rs 265 1gb+1gb offer on 04/06/2016.But I have credited 1gb in my account.my no [protected].on enquiring c.c they told me that the extra Gb is for the time between 12 am night and 6am.Is it possible to brouse inthis time? The condition is not mentioned anywhere in the offering.I feel that this is one type of cheating the customer.will the authorities look in to this matter and arrange to credit 1 Gb in my a/c?

                            I am pawan using aircel network from past 4 years no sunday i buy a card which is not get rc so call to care call tranfor to escalation so the ask to rc card after 24 hr so after 24 hr i try to rc card on monday but it not sucess to again call to aircel care but it is not conneted no friday call conneted to care and call tranfor to escelation then one of your agient say that u well get a call from your side and to disconnected that call after geting that call i dis connted the call when a out bond call i get was not answer any thing disconnected after 1.30 min again i call to care then my call kept in hold for 20 min then call from an other num of my friend then call trances to escalation agian kept call hold for 20 min this repeted for almost three time in that day i even not get answer y

                              This is rehana. I have been using aircel from past a year, till last month everything was going okay, when i did my first bulk recharge of 300 the problem started there, first they auto activated the masti club and charged 99, so i complained about it, they just deactivated the service, but never reverted back my money. Later again they auto-activated aircel deals and daily keep charging 1re/day, i just requested and deactivated the service, even though again they auto-activated it, and yesterday i recharged some of 20rs, the very next hour they auto activated some other services and charged 15rs from my account. I dont understand what is happening. Why is this aircel is so fraudulent. This is really cheap, which i have never undergone with any other networks. Aircel is very worst. I am just gonna change my network and recommend my friends & relatives to not to go with aircel if this people didn't refund back my money. My number is [protected]. It happened on[protected].

                                It is with a deep regret and hurt that i have to make a complain like this, that how stressful and annoying it has become for me for activating a new connection from aircel.

                                The number [protected], i had bought from the retailer on 28th may which got finally verified with my given identifications on 7th june after calling 59059.

                                Till date whenever i am trying to check my balance or anything from *125#, i am getting 'unknown application'.

                                Whenever i am trying to call any number, i am hearing 'your mobile number has been verified'.

                                Earlier i thought that may be after verification, my balance was zero, so i had recharged for rs.30 in between, but i am still suffering from the above problems.

                                Can there be a solution to this problem, or going for a new connection from aircel is a mistake and a waste of money i have committed.

                                  On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. Even by Aircel Social team it was registered again with complaint no. 1-[protected] but not resolved yet. I want my data pack that i paid Rs. 123 for 500 mb, along with my balance which was deducted. I dont remember the exact amount which was deducted as it was deducted in various slots but the total amount deducted was around 100 rs. I have not yet received my data of 500 mb and if i switch on internet connection i am being charged. Now they said they changed the plan.. that too got changed on 26 May and I recharged on 23 May. how come i did not get the old benefit.. infact nothing.. its been more than 20 days for this complaint and they neither gave me any waiver.. nor a solution.. worst service even by social care team

                                      Today I received a msg like that" thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at Rs 49. You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days"
                                      Im not activating this service and I d'nt need this service Anymore.
                                      So Pls deactivate this service and get back the amount as soon as possible in my main balance..
                                      deducted my balance...
                                      When i spoke with customer care executive then i didn't got proper response one person has given excuses that technical problem is there after 2 hours contact...Another one was not ready to give detail of my balance deduction and when i asked him to transfer the call to senior executive then he didn't transfer...Got disappointed...I request to you to take immediate action against of this
