From last 8--10 months, aircel is charging anything randomly for local call and that too after subscribing rate-cutter pack. Few call being charged at 30-40 paisa and few being at 10-15 Rs. Initially I used to avoid it but it is consistently being charged heavily. Whence I called customer care executive, 1st call was received by Rohan and his behaviour was very very rude and denied for registering complaint, when I asked him to transfer to his senior, then he just cut my phone, I again called and this time some lady pick the phone and surprisingly she too was very very rude and was not even want to tell her name, I asked her to transfer the call and she transferred to Jyoti, Jyoti heated my problem and agreed that I am being overcharged so now I asked her to register complaint, she told me that she will log the complaint but when I asked her complaint number, she dropped the phone.
I again called and this time Deepika picked up the phone but she refused to transfer the call as she was telling that we are not allowed to transfer the call.. when I insisted her, she took my complaint and gave me complaint number : 1+[protected].
Now I want refund of all the money which being overcharged.
