Hello,
I am Pankaj Singh, I have recharge with Rs.98/- ( for net pack )on 19th June by Online Aircel app & payment deducted by my debit card, but that day when I am recharging in last moment my web page was got close & my payment was deducted from debit card. but I didn't receive any SMS from your company for recharge. I have call on 198 on same day the person said me that you call after 24 hours. When I called after 24 hours to 198 Customer Ext. told me that write now our Server is down & it's not working. So I called on second day 21st June again person said me that server is not working, you can call after 4 hour, but when I tried to call 198, I am not connecting to your customer Executive, I have tried so many times but didn't got connect, I think my no. is blocked for customer Executive. So give me a feedback for the same. There is one more complaint that on 7th June I got SMS from you side for Auto renewal of my tariff plan of Rs.36 & on 9th it's auto renewaled, but when I call to

    Hi,

    Recently, i converted by prepaid sim to postpaid with plan of 325/-. I applied for postpaid on 24-may-2015. I got postpaid connection on jun 7. Now bill is generated with rupees 363/- on 20 jun. For 13 days of time, why should i pay 1 month bill. I got irritated with this, i like to convert it back to prepaid.

    Please provide suggestion.

    I here it like 99/- has be deducted from the total payment. I like to know, On what basis it has been calculated.

    I am poor in Maths. 1 Month 325 Plan and with Service Charge it is 363.

    For each day, Its cost around 12.10/-, So total for 13 days will be 160+Service tax.

    Please let me know if i missed any thing.

    Till now, i didn't get the bill in-hand/e-mail.

      [protected] aircel postpaid number bill paid kiya tha but aircel company wali keh rahe ki bill paid nahi hua hai.order no [protected] tha aur 501 ka bill paid kiya tha lekin paresan hum ho rahe hai.paytm se jo jawab aaya hai usme bhi transition sucess bata raha hai.yadi es samasya ka samadhan aaj nahi hua to mai paytm par transition band kar duna aur mera bhai vakil hai court case kar dunga.

        Sir/madam,

        I recharged my mobile aircel no. [protected] with rate cutter rs. 57 on 1st jun 2016 as per rate cutter benefit all local (M) + std (M) calls at 1.2p/2sec. But every time 25p/min is cutting.

        I tried so many time on customer care but every time it show all customer representative are busy please try after some time.

        Pleas take necessary action so that i can get benefit of rate cutter of rs57.

          Hi team,

          I feel aircel has the worst customer care service.
          I got a msg on 14/june/2016 offering rs.10/- cashback on rc 34-1ps/2sec as aircel ramzan offer of the day.
          The problem is that i didn't get cashback even after 48 hours. I called customer service multiple times but there was irrelavent and
          Careless answers from each and every customer service i spoke and even i spoke to manager and asked to raise a complaint, complaint was raised.
          And on the same day rs.12/- rs was deducted from my account without any intimation and spoke same to customer and they replid me that i will be getting balance in 2 hours.
          Whenever i call they always say that service down or application down some blah blah.
          This is one of the worst customer service support and i even did not get my money back till today.

          What is problem with aircel to solve customer issue issues as soon as possible.
          Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I did not get any Transaction ID as I did through USSD by dailing *121*34# from my phone. I got following messgae after recharge.
          "DK-AIRCEL: RC34 Recharge successful. Enjoy Local mobile calls at 1p/2secs for 56 Days. No Hidden charge"
          thats it." on 14/June/2016.
          and what about 10 Rs cashback.
          and on the same my Rs.12/- balance was deducted without any intimation/message.
          One more thing "AS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE OVER THIS ISSUE FROM LAST 3 DAYS BUT WHEN EVER I CALL EVEN AT MORNING 8 OR ANY TIME IN A DAY THE IVRS SAYS WE HAVE HEAVY TRAFFIC PLEASE CALL LATER AND CALL IS GETTING DISSCONNECTED. THIS PROBLEM IS TO MY NUMBER ONLY NOT FOR OTHER AIRCEL NUMBERS."

          We have checked your account and found that you have recharged with RC 34 on 14th Jun'16 and you have received the benefits respectively. We would like to inform you that you have received the cash back offer of Rs.10 on 16th Jun'16 already. And on the same day you have consumed the data of 2214 KB hence, it has been charged Rs. 22/- for browsing the internet. We regret to inform you that we would not be pass any waiver in this regard as it has charged correctly.

            From last 8--10 months, aircel is charging anything randomly for local call and that too after subscribing rate-cutter pack. Few call being charged at 30-40 paisa and few being at 10-15 Rs. Initially I used to avoid it but it is consistently being charged heavily. Whence I called customer care executive, 1st call was received by Rohan and his behaviour was very very rude and denied for registering complaint, when I asked him to transfer to his senior, then he just cut my phone, I again called and this time some lady pick the phone and surprisingly she too was very very rude and was not even want to tell her name, I asked her to transfer the call and she transferred to Jyoti, Jyoti heated my problem and agreed that I am being overcharged so now I asked her to register complaint, she told me that she will log the complaint but when I asked her complaint number, she dropped the phone.
            I again called and this time Deepika picked up the phone but she refused to transfer the call as she was telling that we are not allowed to transfer the call.. when I insisted her, she took my complaint and gave me complaint number : 1+[protected].
            Now I want refund of all the money which being overcharged.

                Balance has been detected without any reason .
                i was using my home wifi, and Aircel kerala detected balance from my account. how can they detect balance when my mobile data is off ?? total
                3 times, 1.75+.25+.25.
                when i called customer care support, they treated me like i'm faking it,
                and a guy named amal babu a from chennai customer care support, talked to me like, i can call him as his father .
                what kind of manner is that ? this is how aircel customer care treat their customers ? just because i bought their sim ?

                      I am really fed with this balance deduction from aircel every now and then. It has become a habit of Aircel to deduct the balance without no reason.
                      I was on roaming few days back and used my 2G Mobile Internet, Aircel deducted my account balance of Rs.63 for using internet. When i raised a complaint to Aircel customer care they refused to refund by giving useless reasons.This is really unfair.

                          Sorry to say that my aircel no [protected] .When I have recharged with internet pack 28 & a top up 30 and for the balance was 26.90 after 1 hour my money was deducted and no message was received by me this is second time I am complaining about the problem but no resolution I am getting

                          how can i attach you voice record between your executive and me. Please interrogate & investigate for the recorded audio. which is the only proof of foul, wrong info provide by your executive. Side by side presently they activate a vas service on my number. I have to disconnect this service. Aircel is the only bad customer service provider in India.
                          I am facing similar problem and I guess all the aircel customer face these type of problems very frequently.They deduct money unnecessarily.They activate the value added services automatically.And the customer service is worst.Whenever we call them the system is down.call after 4hrs.We have other works too.Day and night we cannot call the customer care and listein to one thing call after 4 hours and that after 4 hours never comes.You all are thieves.What better name can I give you!!

                          As per CDR module, balance Rs23.10 (before balance 23.19 after balance 0.09) was deducted to using GPRS surfing on 18-Jun-2016 at 12:09:36 in 3G network for 1.5034 MB data.You have already used 100 MB 2G data after that GPRS surfing charged as per 15p/10kb.

                          So charging found correct.

                            Recharged my no [protected] with rs 545 on 20-5-16 in which the facility available was 9gb data for 60days in first month they have given me 3gb which expire on 17-6-16.                             Recharge my no [protected] with 545 on 20may in which the company has to give 3gb 3g data for 3month. But they have given me 3gb only 1 month. Next 3gb of 2month is not credited to my account till now. If the facility is not available then why they give wrong information to their consumer and retailer. Reatailer inform me about this facility and i recharged from them. Always i m getting a problem from aircel. Now i don't believe in there service. I m going to port my no to reliance

                              Dear sir My Name is Bhaskar Roy my mobile no.[protected] i am a very old customer of aircel but sir I don't no when store 99 automatically activate in my number. Daily I received msg from company please Recharge your Account. During these type of activity i am loosing my faith about the company and still i am not recharge my current number. For this i am now using alternative service like Vodafone and it is running hassle free. I think this type of activity harm company reputation among public. Sir please take some necessary action to save our nation people like me to be cheated by this type of fraud company ( Aircel ) activity.

                                My Aircel no.is [protected]. I recharged 3G pack of Rs.997 (8 GB unlimited) on 14/6/16. I hardly use the internet and i have 0 MB now. Before that I recharged for Rs.697 (5 GB unlimited plan) on 7/6/16 and couple of days later I have 0 MB barely using the internet. I even call the customer care to check my internet usage but I have poor reception from them. It has been for quite a number of times my internet balance has been deducted to 0 MB before I used up the balance. I would like to know the details of my internet usage.

You browsed internet from 14-Jun-2016 at 18:56:23 and had consumed the high-speed 8GB on 16/06/2016 at 9:50:51. Further, no deduction from main balance was found.

                                  I wanted to port my number [protected] to aircel and requested the same. An executive came to my home and I paid rs 100 to aircel for porting my number to aircel. It has been 35 days and still my number has not been ported and i am not being given any reasons and solutions. The coustomer care people keep saying that it will be done in 3-4 days and this has been going for a month.

                                    I am avijit mahato from west bengal. I am using an aircel sim for past one year. This is not the first time. Every time i recharge my number with more than 50rs... They automaticaaly activates some value added sevice in my phone and cut 40-45 rs from my phone. Their customer support is worst. They do not pick up the phone. And even if they pick up the phone after trying for 10 hrs constantly... They will listein to your compalin and finally cut the phone without solving it. And again you need another t10 hrs so that you get someone to listein to your compalin and agin after explianing the same thing he/she will cut the phone. This is the funda of aircel. I am not the only customer from aircel who comes across these types of problems daily... Their are thousands of customers and they face similar type of problems. They do not have any fixed no to check the data balance. The no changes everyday and if don't keep a note of it they will again give a false message that you have used this amount of data and again make your whole balnace 0. This whole aircel is a fraud.

                                    Today morning when i woke up i got a message "thank you for choosing fashion and glamour weekly at rs 35.0. You have been charged rs 35 for 7 days."i was not using my phone for last 6-7 hours. I was sleeping. Did the ghosts came and activated this service in my mobile? And agin my balance is left only 5rs. I have faced these kinds of things a no. Of times. This is just waste of time and waste of money. I am fed up with this. So today finally i decided to port my no. This is mental harassment. Please help me. I want back my money and compensation for the time i have wastes in these type of thiefly things.

                                    yesterday night again 40 Rs was deducted from my number and now my balance is 0 Rs.The money was deducted without any message.I called the customer care several times in this number([protected]).Everytime after listeining to the complain they say the same thing that our system is down.If the system is down why the hell are you listeining to the compalin or picking the phone.and whenever I call them the system is down.what is this.you all are torturing me mentally.I am left with 0 balane now. I am unable to call anyone.And I can't recharge also now because there is no guarantee that they will not cut my whole balnce again.just look into it.And if you r looking into the matter solve it.Dont give me any false assurance .Just solve if you can or else tell me that you and your comapny are beggers and thieves who deducts the money of their customers.

                                    Yes I have got that Rs40 back in my account.But thats not enough...they had acut lot more from my account...just cross check you will find many deatils and VAS which were activated automatically...and the total amount which got cut from my account is approximately RS 250-300.It would be great if you kindly refund my money.I am attaching few of the messages which came in my mobile and the balance got deducted.sometimes the balance got deducted without any message.And all these VAS were activated automatically.

                                        My mobile no [protected], dhanbad (Jharkhand) i had recharged with a 2g-3g pack of rs 198 a few days back. Now just yesterday, my internet straightaway came to an halt. Had it been a balance issue, it would have shown. But there was nothing as such. Even the very sign of bad working internet, the gand the '2 arrows' on top are not there. I have tried contacting the service providers but they aren't receiving and constantly diverting my phone calls. Even the self help number 198 is a joke! Since yesterday i may conect to customer care but ingored me alwys time. This is horrible. This is how telecommunication companies cheat their consumers, sir i req to solved my problem.
