Though i had an active internet pack activated that should have been active for 7 days from the day of recharge was done, in the next couple of days the entire balance of 79 - 85 rs was withdrawn by this scam company.

I am sure that i have not used 300mb of data and my phone would disconnect the internet when it is up to that level and i sure thta using only whats up would not suck 300md of data.

This scam company can deduct money, but cannot send a notification when the net pack is over at least then is is not actually over.

The same ways, i have a special plan activated for cost cutting and that never works. I am being charged with the actual amount.

This is the 3rd time i am writing a complaint against this company on the same portal and none can give me a courtesy call. Upon this they do the stupid marketing when we try to call someone having some ivr lady talk for few seconds.

Bad company. No wonder that this company was a huge scam and it was sold to another giant scam reliance that could scam a lot than what the actual scam is.

    Hello Sir/Mam,

    I am the user of mobile number [protected].

    Last month I recharged with Rs. 145/- (145 talk time + 145 MB Data). The issue was I did not make any Local/STD calls but on sudden my account balance was 0.
    I called customer care and they said it was because of internet usage! So I requested the customer care lady who picked the call; to activate the feature
    which should NOT allow me to connect to internet once my data balance is over; i.e. it should not deduct any money from my prepaid balance!
    She did something and finally said it's done, next time onwards it won't allow you to use internet once your data balance is over.
    I also suggest them to check their system and recordings if they want to verify this.

    Now 2-3 days back; I recharged with Rs. 145/- again and also I have not made any calls and suddenly my balance was 0! When I called customer care,
    they now are saying it's due to internet usage! Oh God; what's going on! This makes me really crazy, the feature was activated last month and
    confirmed by that lady! and now how same issue occurs? This is purely mistake from their end, so I requested them to revert Rs. 145/- to my account!

    But as usual; now aircel customer care people does not listen anything; and answer me one thing always: "It cannot be refunded!"

    Even if I do not get any refund from aircel for me;
    Aircel is a fraud company and whose policy is to cheat customer,
    a 3rd class customer care and uneducated appellate team!

    I just wanted; people know the fact about aircel! I say aircel bye bye forever and wish aircel lose it's all money and all people in aircel beg on the road!

        My name is Rekha I have recharged my aircel no. [protected]. on 22nd may 2016 at 5:35 pm by Rs.53(pocket internet). It is written in in the best offer that the validity of this recharge will be 30 days but I didn't get it. I have complained to the customer care person soo many time but they couldn't helped me out.
        I request u to please help me and extend my validity period from 5 days to 30 days.

          On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. I want my data pack that i recharged for along with my balance which was deducted.

          Thanks for your response after 4 days. The Amount which was deducted from my balance for data was around 100 Rs. and I have not received my data of 500 mb yet for which I recharged my number [protected] with Rs. 123 on 23 May.

          Mine also same case! I can suggest; burn the aircel SIM and go for other service; I feel Airtel is comparatively better!

          But by not intimating customers who subscribed to this pack and have been recharging with the same amount every month, AIRCEL suddenly a day before changing the benefits of one of the mostly used pack of big amount. This clears Aircel intentions for making money through wrong way. This is one of the reason I have stopped recharging my Aircel number for data pack until I get my refund. As suggested by another person above I bought a new sim of Airtel and recharging that for data pack. Not gonna give you any extra income for such fraud.

            Please be inform that recently i have ported to Aircel and got offer for 3 months where call tariff and data of 350MB pack included but till now i have not used data. and today i got new mobile and used date around 5.92MB and its has been charged 100 rupees from my main balance for the data usage.

            Please note that i have not activated any services. Request you to kindly refund the money upon deduction amount of Rs.100 which is not a valid deduction.

                  They activated VAS without any information and deducted my 22 rupees. I called customer care, they deactivated the service and said I would get the refund within 2 hrs bit i didn't got it. I called later but they blocked my number. When i call customer care with different aircel no. they block them. This is the worst service from any sim company. Agar aukaad nahi to kyu chalata h company.

                    I have recharged with Rs 97 pack which offers Aircel to Aircel unlimited free calls within community. After recharging I got recharge successfull message on my mobile, but I have still not received benefits of the recharge. My balance is still deducting and when I called customer care they are saying that I should wait some more time as my recharge has been done but it is still not activated . What does it even mean I got avtivation message from Aircel already. Now couldn't teach customer care after trying so many times

                          I ([protected]) have recharged with 155 MB internet pack with 10 days validity in Rs.155. But my balance insted of data consuming from the said data, it is consuming from data with 30 days validity.
                          I have call several times to 198 no. But many time call gets disconnect after a lOng waiting. Sometimes they listen, but not giving any compliant no. and my problem is continue from 5 days.

                          I am Fade up with your service.

                          I called several times on 198, but many times they are not receiving call. Sometimes they attend call but don't raise any compliant no.

                          So I raised my compliant to consumer compliant site online and got Docket number 1-[protected]. But still my problem not resolved. Infact Internet service becomes more pathetic.

                          My complains are
                          1. I am unable to use data pack recharged with Rs.155. Insted of data consuming from offer/less validity data pack, it is consuming from regular 30 days validity data pack. Then my 155 Mb data goes to hell !!!

                          2. I have recharged with 500Mb 3G data pack with 30 days validity. Customer care told me to select Reliance 3G network, I done as said. But never speed go above 1kbps. Is it the speed of 3G. If you can't provide 3G service then stop Your 3G plans. Return my money paid for 3G data pack.

                          Please look into the matter seriously and resolve them.

                          I was unable to use a single Mb data from your 155 Mb offer pack.
                          All times it is consumed from my regular Net Pack.

                          SMS charge is deducted on 02 Jun 16 at around 1400 Hrs for Local SMS.

                            Writing this mail after fully disappointing by Aircel service, Its 4days completed since incident happened and i made approx 3-4 complaint and 4-5 times had a talk with customer care executives.

                            Some of the customer care persons was worse, like
                            1. First call on problem time only 17th May 2016 approx 11:00PM, when i called and told i have data then why amount been deducted, person replied yes you have data and balance been deducted because of an technical problem so raising complaint and i will get my money back.
                            2. Next day again called for update, simply replied you will get update sone, here after not able to connect customer care by same number.
                            3. Used another number to connect and the person picked phone was not able to answer the query and forwarded to senior, that senior was the burst employe as he told system is not working and he will call back, its 2 days no call back.
                            4. Day 3 called again and this time person given proper answer that balance been deducted becasue as per their system i do not have data balance.


                            Now i have an concern on the final resolution that as per your system i don't have data balance while in the Aircel mobile application using on iPhone it is still showing remaining data balance is 819MB with expiry date as 10th June 2016.

                            As this application is an authentic one downloaded from iTune and showing Aircel is the owner of this application, i wanted to ask here who has done the mistake.

                              I am very ashamed to say that i hold a aircel number [protected]

                              My frc activation has not been done from your charni road aircel outlet in mumbai

                              I have called the customer care today and had spoken to 4 customer care executive and all the four of them had disconnected my call with out writing a complain.

                              One of the customer care executive name is ankit patil who has been very rude to me and was not ready to write a complain against the customer care behavior with me nor for the problem i am facing with my sim.

                              Please register my complain and provide me a ticket number.

                              And if you guys can solve the problem which i don't believe now then that can be fine

                              Will recommend all friends of mine not to buy a aircel sim card ever because they just waste your time

                                    Vas service activated without any legitimate reason and 49rs charged for the very same. This is 2nd time that aircel has deducted balance from my account. A message came from dd-aircel that "thank you for choosing pocket store fortnightly at rs 49.0. You have been charged rs 49.0 for 15 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223"
                                    Also i had already registered for dnd then also it happened. And i had called customer care executive several times but they refuses to solve problem. Aircel is the worst telecom sector ever. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I recharged my aicel number with 225 3g plan. As it was said that 1.5 gb (Instant credit) + 1.5 gb (Will be credited after one hour), the second 1.5 gb has not been credited since last two times. The first recharge done on may 12, 2016 and second on today i. E. May 22, 2016. When i tried to enquire about this from the aircel customer complaints (198), in the first call the representative said that he is unable to fetch any details and i should call after 4 hours. The second time i called the customer care, my call was picked but no one was responding to my voice although i could hear them talk clearly. After this my call has been blocked and and i am not even able to listen the first welcome menus of the customer care. It says that all customer care representatives are busy?
                                      Is this what this telecom company boasts about its network service and customer satisfaction? It keeps on charging and delivering its customers the way it likes and when complained, it gets you blocked... If it can not not be delivered, there is no point in making false promises
