Writing this mail after fully disappointing by Aircel service, Its 4days completed since incident happened and i made approx 3-4 complaint and 4-5 times had a talk with customer care executives.
Some of the customer care persons was worse, like
1. First call on problem time only 17th May 2016 approx 11:00PM, when i called and told i have data then why amount been deducted, person replied yes you have data and balance been deducted because of an technical problem so raising complaint and i will get my money back.
2. Next day again called for update, simply replied you will get update sone, here after not able to connect customer care by same number.
3. Used another number to connect and the person picked phone was not able to answer the query and forwarded to senior, that senior was the burst employe as he told system is not working and he will call back, its 2 days no call back.
4. Day 3 called again and this time person given proper answer that balance been deducted becasue as per their system i do not have data balance.
Now i have an concern on the final resolution that as per your system i don't have data balance while in the Aircel mobile application using on iPhone it is still showing remaining data balance is 819MB with expiry date as 10th June 2016.
As this application is an authentic one downloaded from iTune and showing Aircel is the owner of this application, i wanted to ask here who has done the mistake.
