I have activated apdecpi9 an auto renewal pocket internet of rs. 9 on this number [protected]. Now, for deactivating it i had tried many ussd codes and also called customer care. They had told me that they deactivated it but every night at 12:30-12:50 my amount is deducted. I had tried *121*902# also but no result. Please help me to deactivate it as soon as possible.

I try to contect your collcentre many time but every time get answer all custmercare repersetative are busy than call disconect.

        I using aircel card more than 6-7 yes but I see this card oh..this co is very curruptionist. My a/c bal deducted but no refundable money giving back to me. This time they cross our limits. No receiving my phone. I call him day to day but no response. I calling him another aircel no. & guess what they received the call. They treat customer (me) very badly..they r irresponsible, careless .. & I decided that the aircel card shall be forever deactivated..most curruptionist . greedy for customer money.anytime any service they provided & my money is deducted..b'coz they greedy for money..they collect money but this money is black money for aircel co..

          I am really fed up.On I guess 28th of may they deduced aircel popkorn tv and now today on 29th of may they again deduced RS.150 for channel tv for which I did not subscribed the money was deducted from my balance.the worst part is its customer care support unit.they don't help as well as if asking they used to say no your money will not be given.but my problem is why any pack is subscribed when I am not doing it and reducing money for it.

I am really fed up.On I guess 22nd of may they deduced I reckon 35rs and now today on 29th of may they again deduced some oney..the worst part is its cutomer care support unit.they don't help as well as if asking they used to say no your money will not be given.but my problem is why any pack is subscribed when I am not doing it and reducing money for it.customer support people are illmanered n irrelevant guys.

                My Mobile No is:- [protected] and i get a message from aircel recharge with Rs225 and you will get 3 gb 3g data i recharge this after recharging this i get only 1400 mb and after calling customer care it will say after consuming all data you will get rest 1.5 gb data but i didn't get any data and when i try to communicate the 198 customers care didn't respond me and on 29 may 2016 my 5 rs is cutt from my main account i want to get all balance from aircel both data+5 rs

                  Why are you raising the price of recharges and reducing the validity so much, till now there is wonderful offer by 1 rupee there is 100 aircel to aircel sms for one day, but you reduce that to only 25 sms and 1st sms charge 50 paisa, its so expensively for poor people to recharge, and in net also till now there is a chillax pack for 111 but now you remove that offer, please i request the company's chair man to reduce the price of offers and increase the validity and no of sms and data in mb.
                  I hope you were give the best result for my complaint as soon as possible.

                    I m really frustrated about all the mess aircel carries on with my mobile balance very frequently... at 12:24 am on 28/5/16 my account was credited with rs100... at 7:40 am on account of Non Stop Music Station and Fun TV, rs 60 and rs 15 were deducted respectively... this was really embarrassing since i havent suscribed any of these... when i talked to customer care executives they told me everytime to call back since their server was down... and finally after 2 or 3 attempts i was unable to even contact them .. then i called them with the other aircel no. and he also said the same thing... second time when i called through this no. i firstly asked "IS YOUR SERVER WORKING OR NOT?" without telling them about the case the reply was positive... then i told them about my balance deduction then the executive did something and my call was passed to the computer voice asking to press 1 for this 2 for that and others things... these all things are relly embarrassing... pls do not enforce to file a complaint in court againt aircel

                      Myself rehana, i have been using aircel from past a year, and until last week i have never recharged more than 50/-rs., so there was no issues, and last week i went for a bulk recharge of 300/-rs, it have been just 9 to 10 days, and by today[protected], at 04.09 p. M.) masti club have been activated automatically, and i have been charged 99/-rs for this pack for 30 days, i cant believe how fraudulently the company acted! And this could never happen by mistake, because i handle my mobile very carefully, even kids don't touch my mobile, nothing could have happened without my knowledge, this is really very cheap act. Kindly refund my amount 99/-rs. My number is [protected]. Please return me back my money. I don't need such services.

                        Few months back only i changed my airtel number to aircel postpaid
                        My mobile number [protected]
                        Last month only iam getting my statement copy
                        In my statement i find vas subscription amount 149+21.61=170.61
                        But i dint subscribed any vas so i went your aircel shop at nungambakkam on (22.05.2016)
                        And gave complaint they told me they sent some mail to customer care they will cancel the charges of this 170.61 rs
                        Yet i dint get any conformation from aircel
                        And yesterday (26.05.2016) i got one sms from aircel that sms is here
                        (Your game club at 99.0 is auto-renewed for 30 days for 99.0 to stop sms stop to 155223)
                        O this month also iam going to get extra bill without any using i called your costumer care 198 they told me i should pay all the amount but without am using am not going to pay so you could cancel this extra amount if you people not cancel the amount iam helpless you forcing me to surrender my aircle postpaid connection

                          I have been using aircel since 3 years, my cell no is [protected] and had no complaint since last few months. From last few months they automatically subscribe services which i am not interested in, i had also complained back then but nothing happened and yesterday on 24 may 2016 they subscribed me 'namma namitha' without my knowledge and deducted rs 15 from my account and today 27 may 2016 they automatically renewed it and said charges will be deducted, i dont have enough balance in my account. I am really very annoyed and also there is no provision on how to deactivate such service when i tried to found out which vas are activated on my no. It said no vas is activated and still they deducted amount and renewed it. Please return my money back i beg you if possible and at least deactivate 'namma namitha' which they automatically activated as i dont know from where it can be done. Please do some sincere efforts in resolving this issue. I look forward for improvement in aircel services as i believe in aircel

                            I am using aircel postpaid from one year.

                            They are stoling money in many ways last month my bill was 480 but i didnt used that much in the bill it mentioned the sms cost is 250.

                            But whatever i am ready to pay the bill but even though they are not responding me.

                            I have sent email to them many times but they are not responding...

                            I recommend you guys to dont go for aircel postpaid.

                            If you go,

                            1. You can't change that to other network,
                            2. They will steal your money in many ways,
                            3. You will not get network,
                            4. They won't response you,
                            5. They treat you like a crap.

                              Pack activated: 42 [ 3g/2g] for 7 days validity

                              Two days before i had recharged for rs.42 to activate 3g&2g internet pack for seven days validity. Yesterday after i disconnect my internet, the message i received is some data have been used and it shows you have the remaining 150mb data balance. Today while iam connecting internet and disconnect it, then they ill took 2rs charged. Then i had checked my limited data balance using *1333, it shows you not have any data balance (Mean: 00 0).

                              Regarding this i had spoked to one of the customer care executive they says, the pack is valid for 3 days. But i have a browser copy of that pack that valid up to 7 days.

                              Below here ill attach the html page copy for your reference. (Ranjitha the person who ask me to send the proof where i had seen that validity)

                              So i kindly ask you to refund my data balance back. Waiting for your reply!!.

                              After talking to customer care executive, i ogt irresponsible answer, their website not gets updated so. This is the reason they said. It's their own problem. So they pointing their problems as my side. Still nill website showing 42rs data pack valid upto 7 days.

                              They not going to refund my money back, like that they saying. (Because of their faults why i want to loosing my money and data balance).
                              Hopefully, please take this as my complaint and need my data balance of 150mb back!!

                                I am using 'Aircel' sim card. Suddenly today morning I got a message "Session Cost: Rs. 11.40, Volume Usage 758k.

                                I am very sure that I will not be able to use data from my mobile as i have disabled 'mobile data' to avoid using internet from my mobile even by mistake, and I am 100% sure I have not even accessed my mobile during that time.
                                This is not the 1st of 2nd time, often they are doing like this, some times some services being activated without our knowledge and they are charging for that.

                                  I bought my aircel corporate sim from my office in Chennai, now i got transferred to Bangalore and due to the roaming charges and network problem i am planning to port the network, i have requested for porting but the operator have said me to cancel my CUG, and i called the customer care i got the instruction saying "please go the aircel showroom to cancel the CUG" though i am new to the place i couldn't find the showroom, and also i am in need of changing the sim in high priority, i request you to cancel the CUG as soon as possible,

                                  It would be great i[censored] cancel my CUG ASAP, please take it in high priority

                                    Hi i'm using aircel pre-paid service for the last 5 year. I can't able to call the toll free number 000 117. I called to aircel customer care service they replied it's not our problem and adviced me to check my side. It's working fine in aitel, vodafone prepaid services. For this reason i can't able to join in my office team meetings.

                                    I had send mail to customer care, spoke to them also but still problem is there.

                                      I am user aircel sim no.[protected].
                                      On 24 may 2016 i received a massage that my telemarketing documents are not found and ur connection will disconnect. And next day morning 25 may they cut my connection.
                                      I went to local office. They said me i used this no. In telemarketing . They taken my foemality to recreate connection in next 3 days. But They dont show me which message i use in telemarketing.

                                      But sir i am a advocate. I never use this no in telemarketing and they cut my connection without information and without any reason.

                                        My aircel no-[protected] was charged rs30 for some service i didnt opt for...
                                        Today at aroun 7.15 Am a service was activated without any permission hence please refund my money. This type o[censored]nwiling balance deduction with any prior information or permission is not fair, it is against the company policy. Also it causes a fall of trust in the service provider. Hence i request you to please look into this matter and get it resolved as soon as possible so that idont loose my trust in aorcel and continue using it, otherwise because of these unwiling deductions i will have to go for the other options.

                                        No my concern was not resolved and the balance was not refunded, i tried calling the customer care but eventhey gave no response.
                                        Please do look into this...it has been quite some time this matter is still open.
                                        Please refund my balance so that i can build up my trust in aircel once again.
