My balance of more than Rs. 70 suddenly disappeared 2 days ago. since then, I've tried to reach the customer care or complaint helpline atleast 50 times. every time they say 'heavy traffic, unable to help'. I bought a Rs.20 top-up card. When I tried to recharge, it says 'No connection, or invalid MMI code'. So, basically, I'm isolated as of now. If Aircel India does not take any steps within 48 hours, I'll take legal actions against the company.
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
