I have recharge successfully with rs38 on 3-6-2016 as i saw in *121# std pack that rc38=100std min but despite of doing recharge they have not given any recharge benifit of 100std min my number is [protected], 207:txn no. Bhr[protected] to recharge mrp 10 is successful.
Tt= 7.70 inr, new balance 7.70 inr, p. F 1 inr, service. Tax 1.30 inr this is the message i got

    I bought a duplicate sim on 28/6/16 @ aircel outlet store on frazer town.
    From then till date sim care is not activated. Does it require 2weeks of time to activate a sim card.
    Always tell us to come to come tomorrow, tomorrow. What do theses people think of our self! Don't they know how to treat a customer???

    Even on websites the numbers which they have provided is a fake number!

      Hi.. My name is Govind.. I have lost my phone and want to block the sim card [protected]. Tried Calling ur helpline but they have infrmd that server is down. I had tried calling my aircel few minutes ago and found that its ringing which means the person who has stolen the phone is using the number. Please block this number ASAP. Also I want to know if its possible to find out the location where this number was last used. Do u guys have any tracking facility????

          Dear sir,


          I have a aircel prepaid sim ([protected]). I don’t have any problem.


          I had suggested aircel sim for my wife who was using airtel sim, it will be have some rate difference in calls between us. She then additionally bought aircel sim ([protected]) around six months back she bought an android phone and enabled internet pack.


          Since past 3 months she is facing serious problem. Every time she recharges the amount vanishes to zero. Till now she has lost around rs.300/-. After calling 198 they said you had enabled some internet service, but she was not at all aware of that and she didn’t do that. They told you have to send some sms to deactivate the service, she also did it again lost rs.50/-. Then waited for 24 hours and again recharged for rs.30/- that too also vanished.


          She is now fed-up and planned to change her sim to any other service provider but not aircel.


          Now what is your service provider going to do for this issue. I need my lost money to be refunded and deactivate all the unnecessary services.


          If this is done we will continue with aircel, or else she and myself will be going for any best service provider.

          Agree with you, Aircel is the worst service provider and in deducting customer's balance they are no. 1 as I have also been facing such disgusting service from Aircel. So my suggestion to you break the Aircel sim and buy a new one. Any mobile network operator would be better then Aircel.

          Dear VPMahesh,

          We have checked and found that a VAS pack JUI7 has been activated through WAP and with consent id on 25/4/2016 and an amount of Rs.35/- was charged, the pack was auto renewed on 2/5/2016, two other packs, MPLAYBOY35 and DALALDEAL15 were activated through WAP and with consent id's on 5/5/2016 and an amount of RS.20/- & Re.1/- were charged, since then all the 3 packs have been getting auto renewed as per process, DALALDEAL15 was deactivated on 26/5/2016 and JUI7 and MPLAYBOY35 have been deactivated on 7/6/2016, no complaints found from the your side within 24 hrs of VAS deductions, hence charges deducted are authentic and stands payable.

            Hi i rcvd msg as "1gb at just rs.98!! Recharge with rc98 and get 1gb 3g data valid upto 28 days. Hurry". I just recharged with 98. But i got only 3 days validity.
            I recharged to use it for 28 days.
            Generally i will use maximum of 1gb for one month. Every month i used to recharge combination of calls and data. But in my home town signal is very weak. So i recharged only data balance.

              My number is [protected]. I have already made complain about VAS activated without consent. Even After making request few times to stop all VAS and return deducted balance, my balance has not been returned. You people are not ready to register proper complain while calling you on 198. Who gave you authority not to return deduction which is made before 24hrs(As told on 198). And even you have blocked my number to call on 198. I have all recording saved and messages requests to know VAS. If you people will not return my all balance which is deducted because of VAS in present and past too, then I will take legal action. And please don't dare to activate any VAS in future as I am not interested in those stupid stuffs.

              Kindly check my past deduction which is done because of above and if any others VAS too.
              I am getting those sms since my number got activated.
              Deduction are made in Rs.5, Rs3, and could be more different per day.
              I have not got any confirmation of these VAS activation and deduction. It is simply deducting my balance per day. I want to say that till my number got activated I didn't made any request to activate any VAS.
              And also my customers care support has been blocked on 198. After making complain of my number that particular number becomes blocked to call customer care, but if I try from different number it gets connected and even that different number gets blocked after making complain about that number. In return excuse comes all our executive are busy even I have called lots many time. 198 executive have talked as the discussion is going on for bargaining of any vegetable item. They are saying you are arguing unnecessary, the amount which is refundable that can only returned. But it is ok if my Rs 50 gets deducted and you people will say only 5 rupees is refundable. Kindly train those executive how to talk like a gentleman/gentlewoman.

                My balance of more than Rs. 70 suddenly disappeared 2 days ago. since then, I've tried to reach the customer care or complaint helpline atleast 50 times. every time they say 'heavy traffic, unable to help'. I bought a Rs.20 top-up card. When I tried to recharge, it says 'No connection, or invalid MMI code'. So, basically, I'm isolated as of now. If Aircel India does not take any steps within 48 hours, I'll take legal actions against the company.

                  My name is chetan, i have been using services for more than 3 years in karnataka circle. From past 6 months i am getting pre-announcement tone after calling each b every call, it's so much irritating that to make each n every call i need to wait 10 or 20 secs to listen that your ads. I already gave complaint same to your care. [protected]@aircel.Co.In and appelette compliant id. I got reply that it cannot be removed. I don't understand who are you waste my precious time, it's my wish to keep it or not. Why the you people are irritating me like this. I am seriously up. If you not remove that i will port out of sure, i will also share n spread this in all social network.. Hope you will resolve my problem. My aircel number is [protected].

I don't know the representative name and sorry don't have any sr number. I filed a request regarding my balance reversal on mayt 20 2016. But still now they haven't completed my requested. While i ask them to transfer the call to your superior they will not transfer the call and simply hang up the call.

                    on May 20th 2016 i recharge with amount Rs:14/- for MSG balance. I got immediate message that my recharge is successful. After checking the MSG balance there is no free messages, So i called aircel customer support on 198 on same day may 20th. they told me that there is some technical issue with recharge and they told me the problem will be get resolved with in 48 hours and i will be getting my sms pack or my recharge refund. i waited almost 4days to get MSG balance or refund but i still didn't got any response. again i called to the 198 number to check whats going on...! I called on June 1st 2016 to get to know about recharge refund or MSG balance amount. they told me to hold for a min and after 10mins of hold they simply hang up the call. I really disappointed with the services provided by aircel. Waste customer support from aircel i really don't like it.

                      Balance is being deducted by aircel again and again. An internet pack gets renewed even after it's deactivated by me.
                      Picture attached shows a message and a number in it. Message came to me on 30th may 2016 and i called on that number the same day to deactivate the pack and it told me that your pack won't be renewed but it was still renewed and balance was deducted on 2nd june 2016. It has happened to me 2 times earlier as well. I demanded refund for my amount. After complaining to customer care, a senior executive named vipul mehta denied my request and told me that we wont be able to solve your query and balance won't be refunded.

                        Same is my case.. as they changed the benefit for 123 plan overnight a day before and did not intimate the subscribers. They are no 1 in cheating with customer' money. My suggestion to you is to switch to any other service provider.

                          I recharged my mobile two time and both the times my mobile balance got cut after 2 to 3 days, On calling to customer care they are saying i have used Mobile data. I am sure i haven't used any mobile data. I am using Wifi at my home i really no need to use any mobile data.

                          Its happened two times every time i got answer that i have used mobile data. They are eating my money, On calling to customer they talk rudely and hang the phone.

                            On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. Even by Aircel Social team it was registered again with complaint no. 1-[protected] but not resolved yet. I want my data pack that i paid Rs. 123 for 500 mb, along with my balance which was deducted. I dont remember the exact amount which was deducted as it was deducted in various slots but the total amount deducted was around 100 rs. I have not yet received my data of 500 mb and if i switch on internet connection i am being charged.

                            Ok, By the way I got a call from [protected] stating to refund my money into my app where I recharged it from. He asked to confirm couple of OTP for verification and then asked my card CVV in order to process the refund. However I doubt on his process of processing the refund and did not share the CVV code. Then he hanged up the phone saying without CVV he can not process the refund. Could you please confirm if this call was from Aircel ?

                              My aircel no [protected].my balance was 104 rs.n it became 15 rs.i got a message stating that some cricket pack 25 rs for 25 days was activated which i dint subscribe.other such packs were also activated. this happens evry now n then.wen i call customer care no1 takes d cal n they keep on hold n dont reply back.kindly look into the matter n return my money.

                                      Yesterday by 12; 30 am i was made through paytime aircel internet package for monthly basis on amount of 155 rupees . but till now i did not get any conformation msg on consider amount and internet also not working .
                                      many time i made complaints on aircel customer care they used to say that this package is not working due to technical issue and they give me 24 hours to activity the package . so i asked to re back the amount are convert the amount in to another internet package they used say that not should done .
                                      from past tow days iam complaining but their is no use .
                                      why should i wait for these many on paying amount on instant.
                                      this very drastic situation iam facing from yesterday .

                                      please kindly look after this problem and do the neeedfull for like me consumer .will not be loss their monye on this company .

                                        Aircel connection is worst. My aircel number is [protected]
                                        I subscribed for aircel 2/- rs. (10 mb) internet pack. Now it is getting auto renewed. Now if i try to deactivate autorenewal i couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my balance and i couldn't recharge. All services get auto renewed due to which we as a customer faces a lot of problem.
                                        When we try calling customer care it says all helpline are busy will contact you but till now i did not recieve any single call.
                                        This company charges people for unnecessary things.
