Rate cutter is active on my number for local, std as well as isd calls but after calling bill comes the way it is liked by aircel. never as per the advertisement. keep on calling customer care no one takes the call all of their agents are busy all the time. mail them no reply automated mails are sent.
i want them tp resolve this issue and should not cheat everybody by giving false advertisements.

    My self santanu nati, i am using aircel network, no. [protected] for last few years. But recently i got a sms from dd-aircel that "dear subscriber . You have been subscribed to game club. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service." according i call aircel customer care on 121 to stop this game club, but they reply " dear customer, sorry, we can not process your request. Please try again later". Now i afraid to recharge my number, if i recharge they end up deduct my balance.

      My self santanu nati, i am using aircel network for last few years. But recently i got a sms from dd-aircel that "dear subscriber . You have been subscribed to game club.             I'm totally fed up now. My account balance has been deducted without my will and without subscribing any of their nonsense offer. subscription activated on my number on 10/04/2016 which I didn't even subscribed. Balance has been deducted automatically. I also have all the messages regarding this. I have tried to deactivate the subscriptions but the deactivation number is totally not working. Then I called the customer service for help they are disconnecting my calls one executive name i remember its yash. and no one is ready to resolve my prblm every excutive + senior execuyive too they are disconnecting my call. worst company worst service. if your employees will continue this practice i m sure your company will be closed down soon

              I recharged my aircel no: [protected] from internet with 39 rs. Rate cutter pack on 7th april. After recharge my call rates have not updated and when saw my balance, recharge amount was updated in p. F amount. I dont know what this p. F account balance is? I contacted your customer care no 5 times every time i was misguided. None of your cc representative gives correct information.
              Whole service is bad! I am very very disappointed with your service!

                This is my third complaint regarding Aircel service and I'm totally fed up now. My account balance has been deducted without my will and without subscribing any of their nonsense offer. Not one but two subscription activated on my number on 08/04/2016 which I didn't even subscribed. Balance has been deducted automatically. I also have all the messages regarding this. I have tried to deactivate the subscriptions but the deactivation number is totally not working. Then I called the customer service for help they said "you need to wait for 6 hours we cannot help you now for some technical problem". I called again after 6 hours but they kept me on hold for 20 minutes. Yesterday i called again And they kept me on hold for many hours. Today I made a call again and this time they said "you need to wait for 2 hours and call back again". I lost my patience and tell that person on service call to take immediate action and guess what he started behaving rudely to me. Is this a way to provide help for your customers? Now I can definitely say that Aircel gives you the worst service. They always deduct money from the balance without any reason & they don't even help you & behave like an illiterate.

                This time I won't make any request, I just need my money back. And a message to "AIRCEL", please shutdown your service we don't need your fraud service. Your customer service sucks. They don't know how to behave with the customers. They just know to being rude. I can tell that in your face because this is my third complaint regarding your fraud service.

                I will definitely suggest others not to use this worst service. Had an worst and most annoying experience.

                  Hey, I'm an Aircel user And I'm being using Pocket Internet Service since 1 year. For first 3 months, the company offered me an average 2g speed. But after 3 months, a message arrived "You have used your high speed quota." And then they offered me too slow internet. Still I was using this low speed internet without any complaints. But then I had noticed that whenever I recharged unlimited 2g internet for 28 day, the speed of internet for first week was as usual. But for all remaining days, they gaved me 1 to 2 kbps speed (sometimes even in bytes). I couldn't download an app of size 2 mb. This is making me sick. Now I'm going to stop using aircel and I'll tell every aircel user which I know to deactivate their aircel Sim!

                    Hi,

                    I want to raise a complaint against my unavaliable isd card benefits which i purchased from www. aircel.com. Amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation message from aircel neither it is reflecting in my aircel account. I've called aircel customer care service 121 couple of times but there also i got no success as they kept me waiting for 30 minutes but didn't connect me to any customer care representative. I did charged the money for that call too without even talking to anyone.

                    I want my queries to get solved as soon as possible.

                      I have recharged my mobile on 07/04/16 of Rs 117/- but I didn't get Rs 123/-. I got something else. This is a fraud by AIRCEL. They are not giving the same, what they are claiming. So, please do the needful. Otherwise I am thinking of complaining in consumer forum. I need refund or Rs 123 as balance.
                      Moreover, I want to complain about customer care (198). They wasted my 1 hour and they were rejecting my calls. Sometimes they were transferring my call among themselves. They don't know how to provide a service.
                      Please find the claim of AIRCEL of giving Rs 123/- on the recaharge of Rs 117/- (in the image comp1). My wallet statement, which shows that AIRCEL have deducted Rs 117/- from my mobikwik wallet (in image comp2). On mobikwik website as well they are showing that they will give Rs 123/- on the recharge of Rs 117/- (in image comp3).

My aircel sim is now locked and asking PUK code please send me the code so that i can use my no. please. whenever i call to customer care no. which is 198-computerized voice says that all the executives are busy and whenever i call from my friends aircel no. to customer care they picked very easily without delaying and always telling same one line again and again that the server is busy to call after some time. and when i call after 4-5 hours from my friends aircel no. then again computerized voice of all the executives are busy. from 8-4-2016 when PUK code is enabled and today is[protected] my problem is still unsolved and their is no response from aircel customer care. my aircel no. is locked from last 5 days and it's very difficult for me to work without my sim because my many contacts are saved in sim card. i have also send my Valid ID proof so that u can easily solve my problem.please solve my problem as soon as possible please.

                                    Hi,
                                    This is hasan.I have aircel prepaid number:[protected].My aircel number belongs to karnataka and right now i am in andhra pradesh. I have been complaining and everytime the complaint is getting closed without resolving the issue. Still the issue is not resolved.I am being charged for incoming calls.According to aircel 5 state policy, i should not be charged for incoming calls.I spoke with 3 representatives of aircel customer care, no one resolve the issue.They took only present location address and said that issue will get resolve.They just bluffed the customer and close the complaint without resolution.
                                    I also did roaming recharge, even after that i am being charged for incoming calls.My demand is to revert the amount of charged incoming calls and resolve the issue.

                                    Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Complaint is marked as resolved without contacting to the customer and still the issue is not resolved.I have been charging for the incoming calls, even after doing roaming recharge.My demand is the amount should be reverted for the incoming calls which I have been charged.

                                    Aircel is the worst service I have seen in my life.Today Nandhini called me from Aircel company and informed me about some latching network.She told that if it is Aircel network, I would not be charged or else I would be charged for incoming based on standard charges.I was asking her some other question and she was answering me repeatedly as a recorded statement "You have latched to some other network other than Aircel and you have charged".Here the shameless thing is she had dropped the call while customer is speaking to her.First of all she was not able to answer me, speaking impolitely with the customer and rudely she dropped the call.If you do not want to listen the customer and unable to solve the issue then why are you sitting there.

                                    Onnet incoming calls free onnet local outgoing calls 1.3p/sec and STD outgoing calls at 1.9p/sec.If your number latched to other network your incoming will be 45p/min and local outgoing calls at 80p/min STD outgoing calls at 1.15/min

                                    Hi,
                                    I know about these charges as so many executives informed me the details after doing the complaint.But while doing the roaming recharge, I called the aircel customer care.I clearly informed to Aircel executive that I am in Andhra Pradesh and I want to do roaming recharge so that I should not be charged for incoming calls.One of the Aircel Executive informed me that I would not be charged for incoming calls while on roaming if I do Rs.26 Recharge.Your executive had not informed me that there is no Aircel network in Andhra Pradesh.Aircel Executive had not given complete information and clearly he said that I would not be charged for incoming calls if I do Rs.26 recharge.IF STILL AIRCEL COMPANY FEELS THAT THERE IS NO MISTAKE FROM THEIR SIDE, NO NEED TO REVERT THE AMOUNT.IN FEW DAYS I WOULD LIKE TO BLOCK THIS AIRCEL NUMBER.

                                      Hai my number is [protected].i have ported from airtel to aircel.59059 televerifcation call is not connecting.now i am unable to use my number.i called 198 from different number they simply disconnecting call.worst customer support ever. My number now not working from today morning.i cant communicate any one.I thought aircel is better than airtel.i didnt starting using aircel but i came to know its worst than any other network provider.

                                        In Febraury, I have ported to Vodafone from Aircel and I didn't used much data or calls whil am using Aircel network but the February bill from aircel seeking for Rs.344 on the monthly and VAS charges alone.they simply levied the whole month rental charges in the bill without the usage.
