My account balance has been deducted without my will and without subscribing any of their nonsense offer. subscription activated on my number on 10/04/2016 which I didn't even subscribed. I recharged my aircel no: [protected] from internet with 39 rs. Rate cutter pack on 7th april. After recharge my call rates have not updated and when saw my balance, recharge amount was updated in p. I want to raise a complaint against my unavaliable isd card benefits which i purchased from www. aircel.com. Amount has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation message from aircel neither it is reflecting in my aircel account. I've called aircel customer care service 121 couple of times but there also i got no success as they kept me waiting for 30 minutes but didn't connect me to any customer care...
