Hi my name is habeeb from bangalore, My number is [protected] i have always issue with internet and network issue with Aircel services . when ever i call for 198 or 121 they are not responding me properly . giving all the wrong information if we ask more clarification they are adding Vas services or disconnecting the calls, kindly prove me the bangalore consumer court number or address. Now its time to show off the company what is Customer power..

    Dear sir/madam

    this is sudhakar, chennai. I have recharged my aircel number, [protected] for 101rs on 6th april 2016, at 8:07 & 8:09 pm, after getting offer message from dt-655514. Details of the message given by below

    "rc 101 = 1 gb 3g/2g data for 28 days! Offer only for you!!Recharge with rc 101 now & get 1 gb 3g/2g data valid for 28 days!". Received 6th april, 9:23am.

    According to the message i will get 1 gb 2/3g net data for 28 days, but the system information and customer care service people informed as only 2 days validity. Service people said that they are not responsible for the controversial message. I expect aircel management give support their customers. I hope the management will give the extended validity against the query.

        My balance is being deducted for no reason. First rupees 49 got deducted in the name of plan named 'Fortnight49' now on a daily basis rupees 9 is being deducted from my number in the name of PI9 auto renewal. The irritating part is the sheer ignorance of the customer care support staff. I have been calling them from last two weeks complaining baout the same. Every time thay reply that they have deactivated the service but they haven't done it yet. Another big blow to customers is that there is no option to deactivate the same manually without the assistance of customer care support staff. they have provided with *121*902#' which is of no use.

        Second complain is that; I have availed SMS offer and the same is not yet activated(one week) but the balance has beed=n deducted.

After trying with the aircel customer care services still my NAMKEEN services is activate. 35rs is been cut for every 7days this is been happening everytime by unseen clicks or by automated site redirection. This very serious matter. I try to customer care 198/121 there are no response my call. The customer care executive cut my call and they are no solve my problem. So I am dissatisfied. Very poor service.

                  Dear Sir / Ma'am,
                  I am pissed off the services provided by your company. On (06/04/2016, 05:39pm), an amount of ₹128 was deducted from my account balance saying that a 3G pack has been activated on my number. I would like to inform you that I have not subscribed to any of such internet packs and I use a basic mobile (Samsung GT-E2252) phone which does not support 3G internet at all. Prior to that, an amount of ₹67 was deducted twice for the same reason automatically.
                  Why would I subscribe to 3G packs when I don't need them. These packs are forcibly activated on my number whenever I recharge my account balance.
                  The other ridiculous thing is about your customer care services. I called multiple times on the complaint helpline 198 but the ignorant behaviour of your customer care agents is intolerable.
                  I was using AIRCEL for 2 years but now with a lot of grief I am informing you that I have to port my number to any other service provider because of your irresponsible behaviour towards your customers.

                    I am aircel customer from chennai circle. I have done recharge from aircel.com last month first week and two recharges failed. The money debited was not returned to my account.
                    Then I made three complaints to customer support which went unanswered. Finally I went to appellate then they said to go directly to aircel store. All these took one month.
                    Finally They said they will refund my amount in 7 days. Its been more than 10 days now till they never returned the amount.
                    Its sad to know the aircel has such irresponsible customer care. Now what can i do more to get my money back?

                      My aircel karnataka number [protected].
                      Sir, Aircel was giving 500MB 3G free of cost by dialing to *121*500# for 10 days which i activated on 4th April #proof image is attached. Then suddenly on 6th of April Aircel withdraws all my internet balance and also make my Rs 218 balance to zero without any prior notice giving excuse of internet access for just 30 mins browsing fb.
                      I don't know why they made all the customers fool making their account to zero on name of free 3g.
                      But the more sad part is that after agree to their fault on 6th april, they told that it was a fault. I will get my refund of my balance within 24hrs.
                      But soon after that they blocked me to connect to customer care.Also they didn't solve the issu. When i tried contacting from a differrnt aircel no. to ask about the balance .they rolled back and said they cant refund.
                      Please sort out the issue.

                        the above said is not acceptable, if i have given request why should i make a complaint?? so u mean to tell that customer doesn't know to use mobile or your aircel connection for your information iam with aircel from 2010, why sudden for last two month all these issues are arising and for your information its not 100 rs/- am charged for 346rs. why should i pay if iam not used the service???

                        i have called customer care and cancel all my vat and deactivate it and they said they have done and give request number but again this month bill i was added with extra 346 rs. which shows how ur customer executives work. kindly give explanation for this.

                            I received a msg from aircel stating that if I recharge for 101 I'll get 1gb data with validity of 28 days, after recharging with the said amount its showing validity of 2 days I am so fed up with the service of you ppl. I called up to the customer care person(Prem) and instead of giving any proper support he just gave me a num and asked me to call it for details and he promised me that the validity of 28 days would be mentioned there. I tried that num and it showed only 2 days validity. I feel cheated and I am very frustrated with the service from you. I want the validity to be changed to 28 days or my money credited to my account. You guys are giving msgs stating ''this offer is jus for you'' ''BS'' and cheating ppl. I want this problem sorted out ASAP.

                            Got the offer from you ppl yesterday abt 9.30am in the morning recharged my account 1 hr after that.

                              On 4th april 2016 @1250 pm i received a aircel promotional sms stating that PI-101 for 1GB of 3G data for 28 days received from DT-AIRCEL.
                              upon receiving the sms on the same day evening at 18.40 hrs I recharged for the
                              same for Rs 101.
                              But on 5th of april 2016 when checked the data balance it was 830MB approx is available and the validity of the pack is on the same day.
                              Hence i contacted the customer care on 121, the response was "the sms may be fake and may be not from your mobile number".

                              hence i again called 121 and informed the truth the response is the next day i may get the extended validity"

                              when i contacted the vendor and informed all about in brief, he also contacted 121 and ask for extended validity with higher official.
                              the response also not in favor.

                              Please assist me in getting 3G data for remaining 26 days from the date of reactivation and AIRCEL should never make fake sms and grab the customers money

                              Already the information requested was given to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in on[protected] @12.02 pm.
                              My number is [protected] recharged at your approved vendor in anna nagar, madurai. He is the provider since more than 2 years i am doing recharge not only for aircel but also other networks. He also contacted on behalf of me to your customer care. I do not want to hear from you that the vendor is not approved . After proper approval only he will be marketing aircel.

                              Also on receiving the sms to my mobile from aircel only I recharged. Do not say that I have to recharge from your own approved center, means no one will go to east veli street every time.

                              See if you could not resolve this immediately, I will tale serious and look for consumer legal assistance.

                              INDIA will grow sure I expect and respect . PM or CM or CJ can not step in for assistance.

                                I did a recharge of 116 to get 1gb 3g data as advertised by aircel india but they gave only 500mb data although they displayed 1gb before recharge .. my mobile number is [protected] pls help me get the remaining 500mb too .. fraud company aircel

                                  It has been almost 2months i have no network, i called the costumer care they said there is a problem of network its will be solved soon
                                  No response form the company no compensation for their problem
                                  And they were asking me to just keep on paying the bill without using their services does the company think we are fools...
                                  And nw they have blocked my outgoing
                                  I'm goin to post a serious complain in TRAI

                                    Dear Team,

                                    My affected aircel number is [protected].I have recharge with Rs.387 pack of Aircel internet pack in the month of march 1st.on 31st march the remaining free balance was 18mb as i have checked at morning time with USSD code *122*011#.but in night at about 8:00Pm I have browse internet for some time & my balance became 15mb & nearly at 2:00 AM night again i have browse internet at that time same amount was there. First time i have browse something &balance became 13mb when i have disconnect the internet. After that i have just browse my gmail id & disconnect the internet suddenly i have find my rest internet balance is 11mb &Rs.8.91 was deducted from my main balance. Again i have check my internet balance again it was showing 11mb left but when i have checked my main balance it was showing Rs.76.75 i.e.Rs.8.91 was deducted. In this way Aircel Company make money. When they are getting more balance in a account without deducting the last free internet balance they are deducting money from main balance. So many times they have done this type of activity in this number. Why it’s happening again & again. When I have called the customer care he told that on 31st morning I have 10 mb balance left which is totally false it’s 18MB was left. I have bought this Aircel sim from that day onward I have suffered by this type of activity again & again. If I have free internet balance left then why they are deducting my money from the main balance. on 1st april I have got my 1024MB free internet as usual as per the Internet Pack of Rs.387 but I have lost my Rs.8.91.Again on the same day I have tried the internet for a while & disconnect the internet suddenly I have got message that I have used 21kb data & Rs.0.45 has deducted from my account main balance. Again I have checked the internet balance there it showing 1023MB left but balance was deducted from my main account balance as well as 1 MB I have lost from my internet free balance.
                                    I have got call from aircel on 6th april they have told they have not find any deduction from my main balance due to internet usage.I have the the screenshot also with me as proof. Total Rs.9.36 was deducted from my number in that two time internet use as i have mentioned previously wven sufficient internet balance was there.I have not browse any vendor ad also if you want you can check from aircel site.I want my refund otherwise I will put the screenshots in social media & show everyone how aircel is cheating with customers. Even they have no proper software to track the internet deduction details from the main account balance.I will wait for further last 24hour to get resolution from your side.After that I will take action as per my wish.It is not the issue of only Rs.9.36.It is the issue that nobody properly check their main balance aircel cheating this way from his customer & give service of Rs.9.00 unlimited internet to a customer.If it was my fault then i will stay quite but tgis is the technical issue from the aircel site & they are now not agree with their fault they provide me solution if in future this deduction again happen then they will check they will not refund my Rs.9.36 of last deduction. This fraudulent activity everyone should know who want to buy aircel sim for internet or those are using aircel internet.I want my money back within 24hour after that i will put this complain with proof in social media.

                                      I am using aircel since 2-3 years. But now since few months i am facing slow speed issue with my 3g data plan. I am using 3g in lda colony, & hazratganj also. But in both the places same problem persists.
                                      So now i am moving to some other operator for the data plans, really i am fed up with aircel data pack.

                                        I got an sms mentioning that :
                                        'thank you for subscribing to dazzling queens . You have been charged rs 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges.' i never subscribed for this and still my balance got deducted. Kindly look into the matter and make necessary rectifications in the matter at the earliest as such things are unsolicited.
