I had recharged my Aircel mobile no. [protected] by dealer on 15 April 2016. And my order id- DLR[protected]. Dealer said recharge is successful, but I did not get any amount to the number. Last 2 days I continue contact customer care number. But firstly customer care executive said technical problem, please call after 4 hours. But now customer care number not connected. SO, please recharge my number....

Invalid balance deductions for vas

Rs 5 has been deducted from my account on[protected] for pocket store fortnightly but i did not activate any vas added service, after that i send a sms to 155223 to stop this service and received a confirmation massage. But again today[protected] rs 25 deduct from my no for renewal of pocket store fortnightly. How they renewed a service which one i had already deactivated. So i want refund my balance and stop these...

Did not get the benefits promised by aircel

Dear sir,

I did the special recharge on my number aircel no. [protected] through paytm of amount rs. 31 having plan of local +std a2a is 1p/4sec and a2o is 1p/2sec... And the recharge was successful and the same massage i got from aircel. But when i used to call, don't get the benefits / rate cutter in my call.

I talk with customer care executive but did not get any help. Requesting you to please do the needful...

Unauthorized subscription was done

It has been more than 10+ times...whenever i recharge after a day, they started to deduct money for some subscription which i have not subscribed...they are very clever...when i have balance for 100rs they will cut 50rs...if i maintain balance for 50rs they will cut 35 rs...so i started maintain balance 10rs and they are cutting 7 rs..it is so pathetic that such a big company stealing money from people ...my phone number is [protected]...please...

Value added service model paradise

I tried to call aircel customers support most of the time due to application issue they can't log a complaint for this.Totaly i lost rs145 (75+35+35). Account balance deduction

Hi sir am madhu from bangalore am facing rs. 9 and rs. 37 deactivation am everyday calling costemer care tgey r telling same as every day we r taking as complaint we will deactivate within 24 hours.. But that fact is still they didn't do anything.. Am losing daily rs.9 and weakly rs.37 past 10 days. I dont know y they r doing like this.. Pls take this as complaint and help me.....
