          Paid march bill. Received today a reminder that i have exceeded90% of my credit limit.& out going services will be barred soon. As this cannot happen, i have made only limited calls, & there is no chance of my exceeding my credit limit . The bill amount quoted is very high, & unlikely. I would like you to take immediate action, relieve my of my tension.

            I had recharged my Aircel mobile no. [protected] by dealer on 15 April 2016. And my order id- DLR[protected]. Dealer said recharge is successful, but I did not get any amount to the number. Last 2 days I continue contact customer care number. But firstly customer care executive said technical problem, please call after 4 hours. But now customer care number not connected. SO, please recharge my number.

With due respect i have the honour to inform you that mobile prepaid sim issued by aircel office are being used extensively for abusive and threatening calls in balasore, odisha circle. It is also worth mentioning that agents are supplying these sim to unknown person without obtaining id documents.

              2. Since last three months my father (Mobile no — is receiving numerous abusive call from the sim number [protected], [protected] and [protected] which are issued by aircel service provider.
              3. You are requested to provide me the name and address of these mobile number for further legal implication. You are also requested to provide me the procedure of obtaining name and address of such unsocial person.

Rs 5 has been deducted from my account on[protected] for pocket store fortnightly but i did not activate any vas added service, after that i send a sms to 155223 to stop this service and received a confirmation massage. But again today[protected] rs 25 deduct from my no for renewal of pocket store fortnightly. How they renewed a service which one i had already deactivated. So i want refund my balance and stop these invalid deductions...

And the recharge was successful and the same massage i got from aircel. But when i used to call, don't get the benefits / rate cutter in my call.

                    Dear Sir, jz for this rate cutter recharge Of Rs. 31 you people are still working as a research as if you are going to land on MARS...from last 7 days it can't be resolved... Its is totally abyss.. Whatever I should comments on this will be less for it.. But I think there is not any effect of it on you people.

                    My money from the main account is deducting 1.5 P/ 1sec for each and every calls... What about the money I am getting extra charge for calls from the day of recharge... How you people is going to return it.

                    Please return the extra money spent for each call from the day of recharge of rate cutter.

                      Hi Sir/ Madam
                      This is my second complaint to Aircel for the above same subject i.e deduction of Rs 75 on Date 12 April 2016 from my balance withoutnotifying me for Glamour Zone of my number [protected]. I have complaint for the same reason of Glamour Zone on 10 March 2016. Why do the Aircel company has to deducted the amount from my balance without any consent of the customer. The Aircel used to send a massage ("Thank You for choosing Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 75.0 .You have been charged Rs 75 for 15 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 ". ) I want to put notice to this Aircel, why do you have to charge the amount without subscribe by the customer. Without consent of the subscriber you deducted the amount from the balance. is this lawful .
                      I want my full many back to my balance account of my number. And don't let me write the third complaint to you, so don't ever deduct the amount from my balance without any consent by the customer.

                      As per system validation it was found that you were charged Rs. 75 as subscription fee for SGZO75 from SRRS activated through WAP on 12/04/2016 at 00:23:25 and Consent ID: CG23302160412002130511573 has been generated on 12/04/2016 at 00:23:25.
                      The same has been deactivated on 15/04/2016 at 00:42:09.
                      As you have called beyond 24hrs of balance deduction waiver could not be processed .

                      Call charge to call 121 is 50p/3min.
                      Kindly send L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 VAS deduction or call 155223 (toll free) to know the active VAS on your Aircel number..

                        I have net balance money of pl 28. But when I use my aircel net then my main account balance is dedied. Aircel customer care can not provide me a good solution, and can not give any information. . Plz give me solution to use my account balance fulfillment in feature.
                        Most of the time there will be no signal available in my area .
                        if call connects also there will be interruptions.
                        even if the signal strength is full GPRS will not work.
                        neither at office nor at home i am getting proper network coverage.

                            I have been aircel customer from a long time. Recently, i have been charged an unnecessary subscription "namma namita". When i contact customer service, i am being told that i might have clicked on an advertisement on some website which automatically subscribed me for these services. Even today, i have been subscribed to "namma namitha". I have no intention o[censored]sing this nor am i interested in such subscriptions. This subscription deducted money from my account two time 35 rs each time. Please deactivate this service and refund my balance. My no. Is [protected].

                              It has been more than 10+ times...whenever i recharge after a day, they started to deduct money for some subscription which i have not subscribed...they are very clever...when i have balance for 100rs they will cut 50rs...if i maintain balance for 50rs they will cut 35 rs...so i started maintain balance 10rs and they are cutting 7 rs..it is so pathetic that such a big company stealing money from people ...my phone number is [protected]...please refund my deducted money and pls block all unwanted subscriptions ...if it is going to continue means ..i am planning to use number portability and change network once and for all.

                              We would like to inform you that we verified your account and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 3/4/2016 & 9/4/2016. The packs are NDSL45 & NAMKN35. Hence amount of Rs.21 & 20 has been charged for same. Hence charges are authentic.

                              First of all you should inform the customer before deducting the money not after...can u just block my number from all vas from future as well..I used to browse in phone..and lots of ad opening.. From there u guys are activating vas ..once again I am tell you ..block my number from all vas..I don't need any vas at all in future... If one more time u guys deducted my money for any vas...I will change my network.. And will make family members as well...

                                Without my permission simply they are deducted money from my account. This is not first time third time this is happening. I tried to call aircel customers support most of the time due to application issue they can't log a complaint for this.Totaly i lost rs145 (75+35+35). So i'm requesting deducted money refund to back my account asap

                                  Mere balance per day cut raha hai hm customer care se baat v kiya but WO koyi solution nhi bata rahe hai rs 1 ka call rate kam krne Wala Maine activate kiya tha or hm deactivate v kiya or likh raha hai already deactivated pher v paisa cut raha hai per day or complaint no. Mere phone se lag hi nhi raha hai koyi received hi nhi kr raha hai so please help me.

                                        I had already complained about my balance deduction but no action was taken .again this time i have to face the same problem .my balance rs 24 got deducted from my account .today i had recharged with 30rs .i talked to customer care two times - first one said - it will be refunded .and when i didnot get the money back i called them once again this time they said it will not be refunded .
