I have recharged my aircel number on 16th march, 2016 at 5.01 pm. It has unlimited 2g high speed internet facility with 1.25 gb high speed data with 28 days validity . After successful recharge i am still not able to access or check my data balance using *122*011# . After 10 - 12times calling to aircel they are ignoring and told that their server down call me after 2 hours every day and every time. Please solve my matter i am not able to...

After verbal complaint only msg receiving assuring service but no result. 2/3 times it has happened. Only service is restored after complaint by e-mail. Now since 01/04/2016 very morning no data connection i.e.no link in my mobile. My balance data will be lost which is valid till today. This may be treated as grievance for redressal...

When i got call from Aircel executive to port to aircel postpaid connection, he told me different benefits of plan and now wrong bill amount has been generated for my mobile number [protected] and raised request 3-4 times in Customer care but i didn't get any call from there side. Receiving anonymous calls since 1 month.like calls from international numbers, sometimes from Pakistan and today received a call and female having some cheap talks ( I haven't shared my number anywhere except for online shopping). Tried 3-4 times at aircel service desk but my call is just kept on hold and no executive came on line. Even didn't found any option as other complaints in automated message....

My balance was deducted twice and i called customer service. They refunded for 1 charge of rs 35 and refused to refund for the service which i never subscribed for. They didn't refund me for rs 50. I ask them to connect to superviosr and then this happened. Supervisor is an bad person and his name is balamurugan. He just blocked my number and my sim stating that i asked to block my sim. Last sunday i.E 27/03/2016 i have recharged my aircel no with full talk time and also i have recharged a special balance for std/local calls at 35 paise/minute. But this was not working and also my balance was decreasing day by day without making any call and maximum time a message comes that your activation is renewed, but i never activate any offer before. That's why i called on 198 for getting information from aircel customer care...
