Sir, on date 5th april 2015 i recharge my no. [protected] with 120 aircel topup and then i dailed *121*88# which is the code to subscribe 3g internet pack for 3 days which is "1gb" but insted i get "78mb" only ...what in the world a mobile service provider tricked a consumer like that.im so frustrated and angry at the same time!i hope aircel pays me back or i'll sue any judgement i can get in any ways!so please clear my trouble as fast as possible.Thank you

    My name is Babita.

    On 26 Mar 2016, my aircel balance (Rs.18/-) automatically got deducted. Upon scrutiny, I found out that the callertune had been subscribed on its own. I had never ever subscribed for the same.
    And, just a while ago, another Rs.30 deduction for something that I never subscribed. I came to know about the deduction upon receiving the message. Similar deductions have happened in the past many times but I never really paid attention. But today was seriously frustrating.
    I want the refund for both the times (mentioned above) that my balance was deducted. I hope this is rectified asap.

        My name is Surendra Sharma. I recharged my aircel number [protected] of rs. 29 through task bucks application on 1 April. I got recharge confirmation from aircel but net balance was not credited to my number. When i tried to contact consumer care but they did not attend call. I want company credit my net balance.
        I am trying to contact consumer care since last month but every time my calls are rejected. This is a big problem of aircel.
        Once in last two month i recharge my account with rs 40 talk time, company immediatly cut rs 37 saying that services were subscribed. I asked consumer care for details of service activated just before recharging number and there were no service activated even after i lost my rs 37 talk time. This is limit.

            I have recharged my aircel number on 16th march, 2016 at 5.01 pm. It has unlimited 2g high speed internet facility with 1.25 gb high speed data with 28 days validity . After successful recharge i am still not able to access or check my data balance using *122*011# . After 10 - 12times calling to aircel they are ignoring and told that their server down call me after 2 hours every day and every time. Please solve my matter i am not able to access internet . Still 10 days plus validity left.

                      I was offered that for rs.101 a data of 1gb (3g/2g) with 28 validity on 01/04/2016.So i recharged it through my windows aircel app at the same night.I received 1 gb data as per the offer but 2 days validity.I was disappointed for the my money i paid.I thought that the processing would be late and later i called the customer care but i had no options to complaint about this issue.I need a refund or extended validity for the given offer.I have attached two photos in which aircel 06 refers to my number"[protected]".

                        When i got call from Aircel executive to port to aircel postpaid connection, he told me different benefits of plan and now wrong bill amount has been generated for my mobile number [protected] and raised request 3-4 times in Customer care but i didn't get any call from there side. Now my number is in suspended state and i am not able to check my bill amount or call customer care.

                        We would like to inform that the bill of Rs668 has generated on 19th March 2016 under invoice no[protected]. Rs330.96 charged in bill for which he has used in Roaming from 20/02/2016 to 14/03/2016 latched on another network (Vodafone, Tata, and Idea) in UP West, Haryana. The charges are found correct hence No adjustment is applicable for the same.

                        Today i got a call from your aircel executive and she told me that now one month rental charges also been added to bill amount.

                        Despite the fact that my sim is in suspended state and i have complain regarding bill amount then how can next bill cycle can be added till the time complaint gets resolved

                        And every time i called customer care ask to transfer the call to their senior they said they are not available, check your system i made a request three times to call me but i never got a single call. Today also the se happened.

                        At the time when your executive called me first time and ask me to port my number to aircel postpaid, he told me that in 195 rs plan i will be getting 750 local + std minutes (it was confirmed two times with two different executives) and when i got the bill i asked at customer care they told that 500 aircel to aircel local minutes and 250 aircel to other local minutes are provided in this plan. Just to convice to port to aircel postpaid they cheated me by telling different plan benefits. Even i asked them to mail me the details of plan but they didn't.

                        I will lodge complaint regarding this in consumer court forum and will make sure that i provide genuine feedback of aircel on social media and your feedback platform

                          Receiving anonymous calls since 1 month.like calls from international numbers, sometimes from Pakistan and today received a call and female having some cheap talks ( I haven't shared my number anywhere except for online shopping). Tried 3-4 times at aircel service desk but my call is just kept on hold and no executive came on line. Even didn't found any option as other complaints in automated message.

                              My self ASHOK, I recharged Rs 60 to my another AIRCEL number date of 25.3.16.I should have Rs 58 balance in my account, but I had Rs 52 only.I complaint via complete help line 198 date of 26.3.16.your representative give guarantee for create the balance Rs 6 after 48 hours but I not having, again I called, he also asked 48 hours.but still now I don't have that amount.I try to contact custumer representative, but I unable to contact because of representatives busy.so pls take immediate action to settle my balance amount, Thank you.

                                My balance was deducted twice and i called customer service. They refunded for 1 charge of rs 35 and refused to refund for the service which i never subscribed for. They didn't refund me for rs 50. I ask them to connect to superviosr and then this happened. Supervisor is an bad person and his name is balamurugan. He just blocked my number and my sim stating that i asked to block my sim. Then again another supervisor named srinivasan did the same. This is for chennai facility,. I again called the customer service from my friend number and spoke to one of the representative and he assured me that the number will be unblocked within 4hrs. It has been 10hrs and im not able to make calls and receive calls. What action you're going to take?

                                We verified your account and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 16/3 & 31/3/2016. The packs is VTALKIES. Amount of Rs.50 *2 charged for the same. The pack are deactivated as per the request. Deduction charges are authentic. Since the same had consent ID.

                                  The worst service ever seen deducts your balance and customer care doesn't even respond to you infact they put your number on blockode where u don't get connected to them, my number is [protected] I was charged with rupees 35 on 29th march around 8.50am one customer care lady picked and after that I'm not even getting connected to aircel also and not even my money is getting refunded

                                    Dear sir, madam,
                                    I have recharge for rs 283 . with talk time and data, before that my main balance have more than 500 rs . after that recharge am browsed in my mobile . when browsing pop up window opened asked activate this service click here rs 75 per month charge . pop message done by aircel. am closed that . immediately message came ur main balance deducted rs 75 . even-though am not click, just am closed that window only. am contacted customer care they are saying u clicked there . am told am not baby am know what i did . even though they not accepted. am going to porting my number to another network. why they are sending these kind of pop up window . am registered in DND also even though they sending message and popup windows . if they want charge means they can increase rate cutter rates .AIRCEL not obeying TRAI guide lines... am very much frustrated..

                                    pblm not resolved. they neither mailed me nor called me.. what my question . am not activated even though you are deducted . am don't need to tell lie ok va, u cheaters repeatedly deducting money. on apr 17 again u deducted rs75/.. am received one message like " Thank you for your request subscribe ouiz factory weekly . to complete your subscription please click on """ link..." am not clicked on that link, with just ya second another message came . Thank you for choosing you have been charged 75 for 15 days .to unsubscribe SMS STOP TO 155223. what the nonsense going on am cannot understand. MY question is already am registered to DND even though why that cheaters sending message . next one even though am not clicked on that link they charging.. am requesting you consumer complaints team if am unable solve this problem here kindly quide me how file register complaint in High court...                                         Last sunday i.E 27/03/2016 i have recharged my aircel no with full talk time and also i have recharged a special balance for std/local calls at 35 paise/minute. But this was not working and also my balance was decreasing day by day without making any call and maximum time a message comes that your activation is renewed, but i never activate any offer before. That's why i called on 198 for getting information from aircel customer care but there was not any single response. Even from last 7 days i continuously tried for talking to any customer care but all time same reply comes our customer care is busy in another call and after some time my call was cancelled from that side. How irresponsible are aircel customer care.Please consider my problem and help me in refunding my money.
