Sir, As per last few days unexpectedly activated 2 packs(Customer care said. But am not activate any Packs). I call for customer care and ask why like this means they said you activate via WAP. Activate services without my permission and deduct money from balance

Balance is deducted twice

My issue is yesterday i was call aircel customer care number and spoke to one of the executive regarding my balance deducted he was told me one of service is activated on your number he told we deactivated your service from our site and you got the balance within 24 hour but today again my balance deducted for that services and again i call customer care service...

Wrong adjustment of voice balance against data charges

I had ported my above number from Airtel service to Aircel service in the hope of a better customer experience. Although I am happy with the call service, I was greatly disappointed in one aspect. I have noted that Aircel adjusts call balance towards data charges should there be insufficient balance in the data balance. This is not a fair practice since most of the time we are not aware of our data balance as there is no alert from Aircel...

Aircel 149 recharge done but no balance/benefit

From paytm i recharged rs149 (Which shows rs175 talk time).
After i recharge got the messge that tt=0 inr

"txn: apr[protected] to recharge mrp149 is successfull. Tt=0 inr, new balance 1.15inr pf 130.13 inr, s.Tax 18.87 inr."

After calling customercare they are simply saying server not working and not helpfull.

Please assist to resolve the issue....

Auto activation of service

Issue of billing and charging

Recharge balance issue

As details given on the portal I should be getting 50 rs. for this recharge but only recieved 46rs. Even I received the recharge message for 50 only. I complaint for it and was told that within 48 hours the issue will get resolved.

Deduction of main balance for using internet though i have data pack
