Dear team,
My affected aircel number is [protected].I have recharge with rs.387 pack of aircel internet pack in the month of march 1st.On 31st march the remaining free balance was 18mb as i have checked at morning time with ussd code *122*011#.But in night at about 8:00pm i have browse internet for some time & my balance became 15mb & nearly at 2:00 am night again i have browse internet at that time same amount was there. First time i have browse something &balance became 13mb when i have disconnect the internet. After that i have just browse my gmail id & disconnect the internet suddenly i have find my rest internet balance is 11mb &rs.8.91 was deducted from my main balance. Again i have check my internet balance again it was showing 11mb left but when i have checked my main balance it was showing rs.76.75 i.E.Rs.8.91 was deducted. In this way aircel company make money. When they are getting more balance in a account without deducting the last free internet balance they are deducting money from main balance. So many times they have done this type of activity in this number. Why it’s happening again & again. When i have called the customer care he told that on 31st morning i have 10 mb balance left which is totally false it’s 18mb was left. I have bought this aircel sim from that day onward i have suffered by this type of activity again & again. If i have free internet balance left then why they are deducting my money from the main balance. Today on 1st april i have got my 1024mb free internet as usual as per the internet pack of rs.387 but i have lost my rs.8.91.Again on the same day i have tried the internet for a while & disconnect the internet suddenly i have got message that i have used 21kb data & rs.0.45 has deducted from my account main balance. Again i have checked the internet balance there it showing 1023mb left but balance was deducted from my main account balance as well as 1 mb i have lost from my internet free balance. Till now i am unable to do internet with my aircel number [protected] as i have not get get any confirmation from their side. Only i have got a message yesterday that my issue has resolved the complaint number i have got [protected] also they have raised another ticket for the same issue i.E 1-[protected] which i have got in message that the issue is resolved but how they have resolved the issue still i can’t understand because i have not get back my balance even after 36 hour passed. When i am trying to call the customer care in the number 198 there is no response all time it’s saying all the represented are busy.Even yesterday i have called them & phone was disconnected but i have not get any call back so no more i am going to follow up for the same issue. Within 48 hour if i will not get my money back of rs.9.36 i will highlight this issue over social media & raise consumer complaint over this with screen shot i have the proof that how the company earn money by doing this type of fraud activity. Such a disgusting service & low quality software they are using which not able to track the internet balance deduction also. . I want return back my deducted money of rs.9.36. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      I am nagarjuna, i took the aircel mobile number from the agent.
      Mobile no =[protected]
      Imsi no = [protected]
      Sim no =[protected]

      Alternate no = [protected]

      When i take the sim they said it will be activated in 24 hours.
      But after 24 hours the sim is not activated and when i called the customer service, they are saying the agent is not submitted the proofs.
      But when i called the customer care they have my alternate mobile number and my name details. Without submitted the application and proofs how the customer care agent has my details ?
      It is too bad the aircel is treating the customers.

        Sir iam am shocked when i see my bill is 52020 i have activate data pack 0n 6 march 198 after that i deactivate 13 march then i again i have activate 399 om 16 march i have receved msg ur pack is sucefully activate after that i check my unbill on 25 march is 747 only 26 and 27 march only two days aircel charged me 51278
        Then i call customer but i am not satisfy he said i forward ur number thn i call u back after 24 hours but he donot call me
        So plz solve this proble

          Recently I have recharged RC39 based on 198 and 121 customer call Adv. They mentioned clearly this offer on 60 days for any call 30 paise. But within 10 days this rate cutter has gone. While i called them, they told me this offer only for segment user. I could not understand if this offer only for segment user, why they should announced the adv in public customer service and they didn't send the message for expiry date also after i put the rate cutter.

I call for customer care and ask why like this means they said you activate via WAP. It is not possible and i know how to browse & how to use internet. The company Service is not Satisfied.                 Sir, I am using Aircel sim 6 months. sim number [protected] .The company deduct money from my balance many times by activating any services without my permission .I called them and solved problem 2 more times and they promised me never activate any services without my permission but now they will again activate a service and deducted my balance.                 We verified your number and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 2/4/2016. The pack is SPPA5 and amount of Rs.3 + Rs.1 was deducted for the same. The same had consent ID. Hence charged deducted are authentic. The mentioned pack was deactivated.

                        My issue is yesterday i was call aircel customer care number and spoke to one of the executive regarding my balance deducted he was told me one of service is activated on your number he told we deactivated your service from our site and you got the balance within 24 hour but today again my balance deducted for that services and again i call customer care service number from their other executive told me your service is still activated and he told me the same solution and he told me you got the message after cut the call regarding the refund but we not got any message after cut the call that means i thought my service is still activated so i want to close that service as soon as and i want my balance refund which deducted twise.

                          16-March'16: I was charged Rs. 50 towards Video Talkies. Follow-up.

                          23-March'16: Received a message that the service is stopped.

                          24-March'16: Since this day, I've been following with you for the refund of Rs.50 as only the service is stopped although you were notified on 16th itself the day I was initially charged.

                          29-March'16: Received a message that Video Talkies has been auto-renewed and again lost Rs.50 from my account.

                          Attaching all proofs for your understanding.

                          How do I ensure that the service has been stopped?
                          How to ensure that the auto-renewal doesn't happen anymore?
                          When can i expect the refund of Rs.100 back to my account?

                          Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Your query if answered will be a welcome solution for many. This is becoming a common problem with aircel. They are just robbing of the mobile balance by activating these subscriptions without the knowledge of the consumer. I too was charged Rs. 50 for videotalkies twice and for game club once. The problem is, even after complaining to the customer care, actions are not taken. The customer care executive with whom i explained this problem heard all the complaints, put me on hold and said he will see what he can do and asked me to wait. He then disconnected the call after 5 minutes. Unprofessional behaviours like this is not fair.

                            I had ported my above number from Airtel service to Aircel service in the hope of a better customer experience. Although I am happy with the call service, I was greatly disappointed in one aspect. I have noted that Aircel adjusts call balance towards data charges should there be insufficient balance in the data balance. This is not a fair practice since most of the time we are not aware of our data balance as there is no alert from Aircel warning us of insufficient balance. During this month, my voice balance totalling to more than Rs. 100/- was adjusted towards data charges without any intimation/alert to me. If there was insufficient balance in my data account then Aircel should have simply not allowed me to access the internet by not recharging my data balance from my voice balance.

                            I request you to kindly address this serious issue at the earliest in the interest of good customer service.

                              From paytm i recharged rs149 (Which shows rs175 talk time).
                              After i recharge got the messge that tt=0 inr

                              "txn: apr[protected] to recharge mrp149 is successfull. Tt=0 inr, new balance 1.15inr pf 130.13 inr, s.Tax 18.87 inr."

                              After calling customercare they are simply saying server not working and not helpfull.

                              Please assist to resolve the issue.

                                      Im using 2numbers in aircel Every month i do recharge in my account nd i call to customer care to act the IP pack but past 3month u guys says we cant act tht pack nd guys u wil act after long speach, in an hrs if i speak after u guys act the pAck but diz month u guys took complaint for deact the IP447 pack but i called to act the pack nt for deact the pack because already pack as deact den how can deact again, , DIZ IS COMPLAINT NO FOR DEACT( 1-[protected] ), , nd i nt able act thru dealer also if i do recharge 196 i loos tht amount nd u guys tld dont recharge den how i can access my data nw even i recharge ur backend wil deact my pack again i called to customer care again i spoked and dey closed my compliant ...first ask customer query clearly tel to ur ( CSR )...Itz forn traner give trianing correctly for CSR.dont repeat same for other Customer...kindly check nd do needful other customer...thank...
