It is regret to inform that Aircel having worst customer care, they never bother about customer complain and customer will never able to connect customer care. I have recharge with Rs. 36 A-A 15p but it is not charging the same, they have charged Rs.1/min. its worst service provider in india, i dont know why TRI gave the permission to operate. Eeve Call drop is more in this Aircel network, TRI should charge for call drop.

Thank you Aircel customer care, we always looking a good customer service from Aircel.
Still the issue in not resolve for my mobile#[protected], I have recharge on 20/11/15 of Rs.36 for A-A 15 Paisa but still the call rate is high, Kindly correct this on High priority.

PS: what is the use of Rs.36/- still i am not able to use and causing call costing more.

            Sir/Madam,
            my complaint is - they cheated me by not giving what they had offered me.

            In my aircel prepaid phone number-[protected], when I checked special offers 4 u option under *121#, there is a offer that on 105 rs recharge, I'll get 115 rs talk time. I did that recharge on 17/11/2015, Txn No. is ORR[protected]. I received Rs 91.7 as talk time.since I didn't 115 rs talk time, On that day itself I called the customer care on 198, they told me that it will credit in 24hrs. But it is not credited, so I called again after 24 hr on 198, they told me that it will credit in 72hrs. But still it is not credited, so i called again today(21/11/2015) at 5.15pm on 198, now they are saying that there is no such offer available in my phone and they behave to me in a rude way and not giving me a chance to explain about, how i came to know about this offer. They simpling denying it and saying that there is no such offer and they told that they are going to disconnect the call. On hearing that I got angry and used a abusive word. I again contacted them, they are saying the same response. They had cheated me by not giving what they had offered. I taken the snapshot of the pictures showing this offer today. So I humbly request you to take action against them. I always do recharge by seeing special offers 4 u, and done 24rs=25tt 4-5 times even if it shows recharge only thru *150#, because we cant do any talk time recharge through *150#.

              My Mobile Number is [protected] and network provider is Aircel. Netpack is active in this number. While browsing, I received a message saying, "Thanks for using Aircel Service", and when I check my balance, Rs.25 has been deducted from my balance. As of my knowledge, I did not asked them for any service and also they did not tell me what service I have chosen. So, please refund the amount that has been deducted and make sure this doesn't happens again.

                I regret to inform you that amount has been deducted an amounting Rs.35 and 15 respectively total Rs.50.00 from my account my Aircel no.[protected] without my approval. I dint select any service, but they are saying i have activated Caller tunes and DT song service & deducted total Rs 50. Funniest part is, i bought this SIM just before 7 days, my balance was maintained perfectly. POOR CUSTUMER CARE SERVICE, whenever i tried to explain these issues they disconnected my call.                   As per our system records you have been charged Rs.60/- towards VAS charges. A VAS pack TALKNINTY was activated through IVR on 12/10/2015 and auto-renewed on 11/11/2015 and Rs.30/- each was charged.The pack has been deactivated on 21/11/2015. As a service gesture, an amount of Rs.60/- will be credited to your account as soon as possible.

                    My sim card got locked since i entered wrong pin number.. I have consulted Aircel centre to unlock my sim card.. Since it took more than 4 months to consult, sim card got locked permanently.. So i went for applying new sim card, with same mobile number..I have given my proof, got sim card with postpaid plan.. They informed me that my sim will get activated more or less than 1 day.. But its been almost 2 days.. My sim doesn't get activated..When i insert sim card in mobile, it shows the network name but there's no signal to call and activate my sim card...My mobile number is [protected]..

                    Finally my sim got activated by today morning..As usual i tried again for the aircel number for the activation of sim card by morning... Luckily i got signal and connected to the aircel center.. They asked for the verification and sim got activated within 40 minutes..

                      I am one of the tortured customer of Aircel prepaid mobile no.
                      This is one of the company which cheat with customers and earn money. They without the approval / concent of the customer activate meaningless/ unwanted services on innocent customers no. and deduct money from their mobile balance. This is done on regular basis. When frusfrustrated customer call their so called customer care, most of the executives don't answer and do nothing to show any care for customer.
                      They all are lier and they only looting customers and making money.
                      This is my advice to all those who are using Aircel to stop using this bastared company services.
                      They are cheaters and only making money by cheating with customers.

                              I am using AIRCEL for the past couple of months. I have 306 rupees in my main balance on 9th Nov 2015. Suddenly main balance became 0 without any usage. I am calling their consumer complaint number 198 since then. Out of continuous calls, Only very few times I can talk to their customer support executive by luck. I am just getting re-directed to a voice advertisement instead of connecting to a customer support executive most of the time. It is really frustrating to call their consumer complaint number 198. Below are the replies I got for my complaint each time I connected to a support executive by luck. 1st time - Problem happened because of network issue. Your account will be credited with the amount before that day evening. I waited but nothing happened. 2nd time - Amount will be credited in your account within 24 hours. I waited but nothing happened. 3rd time - They registered my concern with reference number 1 - [protected] on 15th Nov and told me that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours. On 17th Nov my service request was resolved and closed without any intimation to me. My account balance was still 0. I am not sure how they are closing a service request without providing any resolution to the customer. 4th time - On 18th Nov they again told me that my amount will be credited back within that day evening. Today is 19th Nov, still my main balance is 0. This is the worst customer service I ever had. I couldn't even make an outgoing call for the past 10 days. I am writing this complaint out of great disappointment and depression with aircel service.

                                BREACH OF INFO DISPLAYED ON AIRCEL WEBSITE: I have made a recharge of rs 135 about 10 days ago and my balance got recharged into Dedicated Account which is not mentioned on Aircel website at all. Also, the same recharge was made the previous month and I got the balance in my main Account. LOSS CAUSED: Although I got the balance in DA Account, I am having my Main account getting debited for Incominag as well as Outgoing calls as I am on Roaming thus I am bearing the complete loss of the recharge being made. ACTIONS: AIRCEL says that they cant help me out and the customer care has misunbderstood the issue with an incorrect answer being provided.

                                Please do resolve the problem. Even if you wont, Consumer Forum complaint or Public grievance complaint might resolve the same.
                                Moreover, I donot expect any solution from AIRCEl as I am known to the capalbilities and the desire to take any problem seriously. Hence, I am thinking of getting my Number ported to some other telecom and request others to do the same so that they don't face these sort of mental harassment as I had to face and also I dont hesitate to call Aircel a 420 company.
                                This anger on AIRCE, I hope, might let you understand the sort of treatment you are proviing to the customers.

                                Then I suppose to get disconnected with Aircel and port my number as according to my knowledge, Aircel doesnt have towers in bangalore. Thereby using Aircel Sim and getting it recharged from Aircel website or Aircel Sim is of no use.

                                  There is a deduction of balance and when i call the customer care they don't even reply positively. I had called many times but many times the call does not connect and they have common reason that the system is down for some reason. I am not getting remedy against this and fed off the services of aircel. The services are really ridiculous.

Since from 3 days im unable to make calls. I have raise a complaint to call center. But no body was responding. I never seen this type of response in any network.                                     What An Awesome Reply!!! Please don't blame customer for your worst service. I had recharged mrp 175/- on 16/11/2015 on 5:11p.m. Balance confirmation message was received. But from the next minute we are unable to make a single call. I am calling call center daily 2 to 3 times to solve my problem. But u people without giving a solution simply blaming a customer. U can track n verify my outgoing calls from 16/11/2015. For ur kind information i check in my mobile by using *121*1#. i received the message {main bal1:0.00 Exp: 24/11/2015 A2A Mobile Sec: 53326 Exp: 13/12/2015. Local Sec: 44417 EXP:12/13/2015}.Please check reply by evening.

                                      Hi every one, I am from Chennai, I was already drum a band against this coy. But now they are deducted amount in account and foolish are not available any info regarding this till from last friday i.e 13 Nov 2015, i was have in Rs 169/- around bal in my acct. Till i have just Rs 50/- around, i want clarify this from this coy the rep was not answer properly the same problem also i was faced in few months ago. I want to clarify this. This is fraud when your data date is till last, or your expiry is today then you will not use next day. then why they will deduct costumer payment and when you ask this they told WAIT FOR FOUR to FIVE HOURS or call next day, costumer money is not money why why why please response.

                                        I have place on Mobile order 21.10.2015, but in website they are stating that 3 to 4 days more than 4 days he is not delivery the product after a long war i got mobile on 28.10.2015 evening. at the time of placing order they said free power bank for your order. Now nearly one month i have not received free gift ( power bank ). I am asking so many times proper response not available. they are asking Invoice copy from my side. is it correct manner ? I think syberplace.com is playing with customers. yes. prompt delivery & chatting response is very very worst. Friends please read my review about this website.Thanks.
