See my name is rahul and my mobile number is [protected] .I have done an online recharge through paytm on 2/11/2015 which was suceessfull recharged, but i didn't get any benefits, so i called to aircel customer care where it takes such a long time to speak with customer care and they don't even respond in a proper way.And at last, they said that they will credit cash back to my account within 2 days and after that when i called them they are not even responsible in online payment which was done through paytm.When i complained on paytm they had replied me that i am not ekigible for cash back.They are the customer service which aircel is maintaining and they dont even know how to respond to service or a complain.I am totally fed up with the service they have given me.Now who is responsile for this and from where my amount will be recredited .See iam now complaining not at all for the money but the worst service given by the customer service.For that service they almost took 3 weeks.

    I sent a sms from [protected] on november 17th 2015, 84.40 rupees was deducted from my balance for this sms, I called the customer care but I could not reach them, toll free number of AIRCEL says that "all the lines are busy", I want AIRCEL to return my balance of 84 rupees that it "cheated" and got from me, I request AIRCEL not to cheat customers in this cheap manner,

      I am using an air cell post paid no at Delhi three or for month the have send me the actual bill which i paid on time .In October billing they send me the access billing for which i have maid a complaint for it complaint no[protected].i have requested them for send me the rectified bill . after a week they disconnected my no without intimation to me . If service condition remain the same than user can't afford the same.. thanks

        My No.is [protected]. I didn't ask for the Jodhissastra service. Without my permission they are going on reducing an amount of Rs. 35 from my account every month. When i try to contact i am not getting the proper channel to register my complaint. Stop this service immediately.

          Why balance cut pleace back my balance

            Hi this is Sajith Gowda. Im using Aircel from almost 6-7yrs. Recently I went to an Aircel outlet to change my micro sim into nano. I submitted documents, photo & paid 100rupess but its more than a week my nano sim is not activated. If i contact the outlet person hz saying it has to be activated by Aircel main branch & Im trying to call costumer care but no one is responding. Apart from that without my permission they have activated few services and cutting of my currency. MY AIRCEL N0 : [protected]. I think its better to PORT to other Network for hassele free service and there is no proper network out of bangalore.

              My Aircel No-- [protected] SK AFSAR ALI Dear Sir, The Aircel deducted an amount of Rs 50.00 from my main balance without my permission on dt- 14/11/15. When I complained the customer care, I was assured that I'll be refunded the amount within 24 hrs. But unfortunately 24 hrs 48 hrs have passed and I have not got my balance. For the second time when I contacted the customer care...I found myself cheated by the customer care executives. I was denied for the refund of my deducted balance. The company customer cares are just cheating with the poor customers. Please look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest...

              We have verified your account details and found that on dated 16th Nov 2015 a content service "VPACK" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 100 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs 100 which will be credited to your account within next 24hrs.

                    Respected Sir, My name is Veeresh Kumar & I am a defence personnel. Due to the nature of job I am being transffered from Jammu to new place. At Jammu I got an Aircel number [protected] which was initially prepaid but converted to Postpaid. For this I paid Rs. 200/- as security deposit & I was promised that this money will be paid by cheque once the number is deactivated. I requested the same in May 2013 and the number was deactivated. Since then I am waiting for my Rs 200/ which is not paid by the company till now. I think the company is making fool the customers by giving assurance that the money will be paid by cheque. If the company do this type with 10000 customers all over INDIA it will make a profit of Rs 20 Lacs. Please look into the matter. My contact number is [protected]. Thanks

                      Dear Team, I have a AIRCEL prepaid connection and my number is [protected]. My SIM card was broken and is not fitting in normal SIM slot, so a few months back i visited AIRCEL stores in Hosur, Tamilnadu for replacing a new SIM for the same. A girl executive (Name- Priya/[protected]) attended the request and i paid the amount for the new SIM and submitted the requested document and photo for the same. No acknowledgement was provided for the same. Due to some software issue the new SIM was not activated at that time. The executive gave her contact number and told it will be activated in some time or reach her on mobile if it is not done. After few follow up also it was not activated. Again i visited the same AIRCEL stores, a girl executive (Bhavani) told to pay for another new SIM as it is not getting activated. Please answer the below queries. So that i can go for the new SIM. 1. Why i have to pay for another SIM as i already paid and got the new SIM. 2. If i pay for new SIM again, Whether it can confirmed that it will be surely activated with an another new SIM. 3.                         I have recharged Rs-68/- through online recharge on 22 nd October, according to which I would have get full talk time of 68, 5 min A-A call for one day. But instead of that, I have received only 100 sms, neither full talk time nor 5 min A-A call. Several times I talked with customer care executives and told them about my issue. Each time they told me that my balance will credited with in 48 hours or 72 hours. Till now I do not get any balance credited in my account. Customer care executives unethically misguide me by telling lie to me each and every time. I want they should take a quick decision on this matter to solve my issue to return my money back as soon as possible.

                          Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Raj Kumar Mosha, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], on 12/11/2015 at my Aircel Balance was 08.69, after few minutes it become 0.92, hence Aircel Deducted Rs. 8. I am facing this problem from last 4 months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. If call to aircel customer care but no response from Aircel representative. As Such Your Honour is Requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest. An early action in this regret highly appreciated. Thanking You.

                            Sir, I Pranav Bhowmik today received message regarding activation of STORE 99, which I never subscribed. It is going to charge me 99 from my account balance as soon as I recharge. And there is another incident I recharged Rs 175 on 10th Nov 2015 gives me GB data for 26 days. Hardly I could use any data as after recharge It flashed no network connection on my screen but on cheching data balance it showed I have 1 GB on my data account. On 14th Nov it showed that I have no data balance. I could not call customer care services as I did not have balance in my main account. I prevent myself from recharging main account balance as they cut unnecessary charges for various services which gets activated automatically. I request you to look into the matter.                               Sir, i have bought a 3g prepaid simcard only for 3g internet in a nearby shop and i used it on my data card huawei e-8231 .Its speed was ok for a week but for the past two days it because dead slow like even the webpages are not loading i became very wexed and it is very inconvenient for my job and even the customer cares are not responding please resolve the problem sir my aircel number is [protected].

                                Whenever i recharge my balance in my aircel number [protected], .. In one or two days, , the balance are automatically cutted. its happen again and again and many times, , whenever i recharge and it cutted 20rs. or more than 20 rs... i just tired of that...                                   I am having a aircel number. I have already activated DND service. on 14 nov 2015 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv and social book 7 and deducted Rs15 from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv and social book 75 subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected] Complaint

                                    A pack of sms 9₹ is activated .Again and again the pack is getting activated without my permission.If this continues i would be forced to discontinue the use of the sim card .I hope that you see to my complaint and refund my balance as soon as possible.

                                      Sir I'm a aircel prepaid costumer My number is [protected] I had recharged for rs.225 Post 3g data is not browsing at all and it downloads at 1kbps Please make sure it downloads atleast at 64kbps My 2 previous complaints are not sorted yet take necessary action
