Why balance cut pleace back my balance

I can also call 2 time, I no wrong key press & no active VAS service.., but AIRCEL every time deducted THE MONEY but I not clear other amount deducted which reason. Again deduction

Your company again deducted my 15 rs balance by activating VAS service on my no. approx in 1 month you had deducted 48 rs from my account without any cause..this is the last complaint from my side. either you resolve or i will take the decision which i have to take. my no [protected]. you have 1 week time.. refund my all money you deducted....

Nano sim

Hi this is Sajith Gowda. Im using Aircel from almost 6-7yrs. Recently I went to an Aircel outlet to change my micro sim into nano. I submitted documents, photo & paid 100rupess but its more than a week my nano sim is not activated. If i contact the outlet person hz saying it has to be activated by Aircel main branch & Im trying to call costumer care but no one is responding. Apart from that without my permission they have activated few services...

Deduction of balance without my permission

My Aircel No-- [protected] SK AFSAR ALI Dear Sir, The Aircel deducted an amount of Rs 50.00 from my main balance without my permission on dt- 14/11/15. When I complained the customer care, I was assured that I'll be refunded the amount within 24 hrs. But unfortunately 24 hrs 48 hrs have passed and I have not got my balance. For the second time when I contacted the customer care...I found myself cheated by the customer care executives....

Process for changing the SIM for existing number

I have recharged Rs-68/- through online recharge on 22 nd October, according to which I would have get full talk time of 68, 5 min A-A call for one day. But instead of that, I have received only 100 sms, neither full talk time nor 5 min A-A call. Several times I talked with customer care executives and told them about my issue. Dead slow speed of 3g service

Cutting of Balance

Activation of pack without my permission

Aircel night data pack disconnecting again and again
