My no. is [protected]. Unnecessaryly one service is activated in my aircel no. I am calling customer care but not responding. Regularly 3 repuees are getting deducted from my no. So please deactivate this service and refund my amount. It is around 40 rupees.And aircel is not giving full value of its offers though it was showing on special offer for you option.

    I have recharge my aircel sim no [protected] with Rs 32 two times first on 05 Dec2015 at 1:16 AM and second on 06 Dec2015 at 11:20 AM sms came to approve balance but the STD pack could not activated, . as on recharge of 32 there is STD pack of A to A 10 paise per call. This pack has not been activated despite of doing recharge two times nor i have got any balance.. Earlier also Aircel deducted my 36 rupees and activate game without my choice.. i have ignored that time.. but it is too much.. un bearable..

      My self tejesh recharged my prepaid aircel sim [protected] for Rs 14/- dated 2/12/15 having benefit of free whatsapp and FB unlimited for 14 days, however on 2nd & 3rd Dec '15 by main balance got deducted by around Rs 40/- for surfing whatsapp and FB. Hence kindly reverse by balance back on my account which is deducted from by main balance else i will complaint in consumer court.

          Hello i am Nishant .i am prepaid custmoer of aircel in himachal pradesh . my aircel no. is [protected]. i lost my aircel sim card in september 2015. i went to aircel store and there i buy of the same no.( [protected] ) duplicate sim in 50 rs . but after activation and verrification aircel did not refund my previous balance of rs. 205 and retailer also said to FRC on this no. and she did 85 rs FRC on it i call many time in custmoer care but they denied to refund my previous balance they said we dont refund and it is rule of our company my total loss of 340 rs. here i am frustrate because other operator refund previous balance on duplicate sim they only charge 25 to 50 rs. with copy id proof for it but aircel is cheating here with me Nishant Acharya VPO Vashishat Teh.             On 4th Dec my account have 42 rs but on 5th Dec morning I got a message that thanks for activating jyotish shastra pack., and rs 35 is deducted from my account without my permission.and when I want to log complain in customer care, then I know that my customer care services is blocked.please solve my problem immediately.

              What is the problem with this aircel company??? they themselves activate any service and deduct balance for no reason, aircel deducted 15 rupees few days back but i ignored it but yesterday when i again recharged they again deducted my 10 rupees, i want my each and every penny back to my balance. i wont let you eat my single rupee. give me my money back anyhow or i will not use any o[censored]r services or sim ever. by i dont wana say anything else please my number is [protected] please sir try to understand our problems too.

                I have purchased a 3G data sim card no.[protected] with mob. no.[protected] on 04/12/2015 which is not working as 3G. Last time also I had purchased another 3G data sim no.[protected], mob. no.[protected] in which due to bad 3G net I was not able to utilised the full data & period was expired.this kind of services are there than how long I can remain with Aircell .

                        I recharged yesterday for 197 instead for 198. That 197 rupees is not credited to main balance or net balance. messagei got is given below, Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge MRP 197 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 6.46 INR, P.F 172.05 INR, S.Tax 24.95 INR. so, please check tell how shall I use that money.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a new Aircel SIM(through MNP from Airtel connection to Aircel) at tamilnadu and I have called 59059 meant for verification and activation of my SIM for more than 100 times in last 48 hours, but not a single customer care executive responded to my call.                               Around Rs 368 is deducted from my Aircel prepaid number [protected] today (03/12/2015) without any reason. Customer Care is also unable to explain the reason behind it and putting my phone on hold. I had written mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in [protected]@aircel.co.in [protected]@aircel.co.in appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in But none of them bother to reply.

My query regarding an amount of rs.75 has been deducted from my aircel no.[protected], msg showing that Glamour zone has been activated on my aircel sim without my knowledge. First time Rs.75 was deducted on[protected] & Second time again Rs.75 deducted on[protected], I got a msg stating that Glamour zone has been autorenewed...Totally an amount of Rs.150 deducted without my knowledge. First time Rs.75 was deducted on 12.02.2016 & Second time again Rs.75 deducted on 13.02.2016, & Third time again Rs.75 deducted on 14.02.2016 & Fourth time again Rs.75 deducted on 16.02.2016 & Fifth time again Rs.75 deducted on 23.02.2016 I got a msg stating that Glamour zone has been autorenewed...Totally an amount of Rs.150 deducted without my knowledge. It shown in my no. that at Rs.27 480 Mb is present for 15 days ( special offer ) but giving me 180 Mb of Rs.27 for 5 days ( normal offer ) ... After asking aircel company is telling that my recharge of Rs. 27 got into my normal offer but still now Rs. 27 offer is showing but they are not giving me that special offer ...                                         I Alip Saha, my aircel number is [protected]. Yesterday(02.12.2015) morning i recharged rs 27 after i saw special offer to get 480mb 2g data by rs 27 for 15 days. But i received only 180mb 2g data. I have not received the rest 300mb data till now. All day the Aircel executives are busy always. I think they are knowingly avoiding customers. Aircel people never keep their commitments. Are the offer messages they send are fake? Please revert my balance. So kindly consider my complain. Waiting for quick response.
