Aircel not refund my previous balance on duplicate sim and

Hello i am Nishant .i am prepaid custmoer of aircel in himachal pradesh . my aircel no. is [protected]. i lost my aircel sim card in september 2015. i went to aircel store and there i buy of the same no.( [protected] ) duplicate sim in 50 rs . but after activation and verrification aircel did not refund my previous balance of rs. 205 and retailer also said to FRC on this no. and she did 85 rs FRC on it i call many time in custmoer care...

What is the problem with this aircel company??? they themselves activate any service and deduct balance for no reason, aircel deducted 15 rupees few days back but i ignored it but yesterday when i again recharged they again deducted my 10 rupees, i want my each and every penny back to my balance. i wont let you eat my single rupee. give me my money back anyhow or i will not use any o[censored]r services or sim ever. by i dont wana say anything...

Fraud by aircel - balance deducted without any reason
