Sir, From Last 2 months A Service of Rs229 Is Being
Automatically
Activated On My Mobile No.
When I Complained About It In First Month To 121 Customer
Care, They
Refunded My Balance But This Month They Told That The
Service Is
Activated From Your Side And When I Replied That Their Is
No USSD Code
To Activate The Rs229 Pack Then They Replied That We
Dont Know The
Activation Method But The Pack Is Activated From Ur Side.
I Disagree But I Have No Option, I Then Warned Them To
Stop The
Service From Being Automatically Activating From The Next
Month.
Now Again The Problem Is That, Today A rs997 pack Is
Automatically
Activated On my Number,
When I Called Them, No Proper Response Is Taken From
121 Customer Care.
They Not Even Agree To Think About My Problem, Their
Reply is Same
Always That We Cant Refund Ur Balance.
So Kindly Tell Me That Is A Customer Is Allowed to Have
Main Balance
Or Not. As The Services Are Activating Automatically.
