Hello Sir, I had convert my number ([protected]) from Aircel postpaid to Aircel prepaid on the date of 10 nov 2015. i had complete my number vitrification successfully on 25 nov 2015. but still my number is not activated by aircel company. when i call customer care, they were not given proper response. they told me that my no. is already activate but i have not get any incoming outgoing facility on my no.     I have requesting for migration fro postpaid to prepaid with Complaint/Reference no:1-[protected] dated 04/01/14. Till date nothing has happened. Rockcell, Kailash nagar, Trichy is not accepting the process as prescribed by Aircel Ltd.(Prepaid application form to be duly filled. The following documents to be submitted along with application form: Ø Copy of Address Proof Ø Copy of Photo ID Proof Ø Passport Size Photograph) They just reject the same. What should I do..?!         Since morning, my AIRCEL Sim is unable to get latched up eith the AIRCEL Network even after manually searching for the network and selecting it showing "The SIM cannot connect to this Network". Kindly don't come up this to be a handset issue as the other SIM is connected to its network and working fine. Also, this issue is held with multiple AIRCEL Customers.           Hi I received 2/3 messages on 29.11.2015 by thanking me for subscribing "Juiceup Weekly" @ Rs.5/- per week which I have not done. Again in the same message it has been mentioned that I have been charged Rs.5/- for this VAS. In this regard I want to say that unnecessarily a VAS has been activated in my mob. no. [protected] under Bangalore Aircel service. On the above said date another VAS, i.e., "Masti Mall" @ Rs.1/- per day has been activated which is also without any instruction from my side. After the above two VASs I had sent two messages mentioning "STOP" to 155223. Unfortunately on 01.12.2015 another two massages were sent to me by mentioning about the activation of "Juiceup Weekly" and "Masti Mall" again. Till this end my entire balance was reduced to nil. In the fear of further deduction I am not recharging any balance. I have already taken a Airtel connection. But I don't want to skip Aircel No. If Aircel behaves like this as per its wish then I must stop using Aircel service. From the above fact you have to understand that how your silly work helps another service provider to be opted. You may be profitable at a certain point of time. But you are loosing long term profitability. It is your choice how to deal this type of issue. I have always another option. Hope you will take positive action. I request to know about your early action to be mailed to my mail id. Thanking you. [protected]

            On 02-11-15 Monday one message came to my mobile No [protected] for Enjoy Unlimited Validity TT with Aircel Rs RC 39 = 50 (Screen shot enclosed) talk time life time validity, I went to retail shop for Rs 39/- easy recharge and amount came for only Rs 44/- and at that time my balance is Rs 46.75. In the next day morning on[protected] Tuesday (Screen shot enclosed) I checked my mobile balance is Rs 0.02 only. Where is the Rs 46.75 Talk Time. I did not make any outgoing calls from 02-11-15 to[protected]Screen shot enclosed). I have enclosed screen shots for Rs 39-50 talk time life time validity & outgoing calling list on 02-11-15 to 03-11-05. And Aircel sim purchased from Aircel Retail shop, he told Rs 20 * 5 for 5 months, Already one month has passed but not credit has been given as per the terms of rs.20/- pm . Please credit Rs 50 + 1.75 + 20 = The grand total remains Rs 71.75. Please credit for the same as soon as possible. I called the customer care several times but received no response from them.               Sir, I am holding a pre-paid aircel mobile no. [protected] in Rajasthan circle on Name of Rabindra Kumar Mohanty. On 26 Nov 15 Aircel company deducted my balance amount Appx Rs. 80/-. When I did contact with customer executive, He told due to server problem your Query will be attended after 1 hr, I contact frequently in every o1 hr gap but dis-satisfied with same reply (server Problem). Now I am trying to contact daily at least more than eight times till 01 Dec 15. customer care executive is not picking up my call by saying "' There is a heavy congestion of traffic in our call centre and our executive is busy with other calls" (with pre recorded voice)' and concluding my call with despair. please suggest me what to do now.

              It is very simple to give the answer like money has been deducted by message and call charges as I didn, t call and SMS on that day for that much duration, in which a huge amount of money could be deducted . But being the customer of last 03 years and al so my mobile no is shared by so many family and friends. In view of that company is also getting undue profit for this. If such type o[censored]n satisfactory answers will be provided in near future I will be compelled to change the service. Thank you.

                Respect fully, Sir/Mam, in last month i have activated one aircel rate cutter voucher of rs.43. For that re activation i was recharge rs.43 again in last day dt.31st december 2015. But aircel has re deduct rs.43 today dt.01-12-15. When i contact to aircel customer care to know the deduction of balance and refund the balance, customer care executives are told me balance can't be refund. Please refund my balance anyway. Please.                   Dear sir/ madam
                  This is Semparithi. My aircel no. [protected]. I have been regularly flooded with messages from aircel saying
                  " Dear Subscriber. you have been subscribed to STORE 99. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service."
                  I didn't willingly choose any subscription to above said pocket internet store. Neither I receive any confirmation regarding the subscription.
                  Hence I called your no. 155223 to deactivate any service that's been activated. I received a voice recording saying that No services are active on your number. Hence I just ignored the STORE 99 mesaages.
                  Today (01/12/15) when I done a recharge of 30 rs. I have received a message saying "Dear Subscriber, you have been charged Rs. 20.0 for 5 days subscription of Pocket Store. You have got free credits in your account to download full songs, wallpaper, videos etc. of your choice. To Start logon to http://store.pocketinternet.in"
                  I was really annoyed. I didn't expect such a unethical bussiness practice from Aircel.
                  Please take remedial measures as earliest as possible to clear the grievance.

                    My Mobile number is [protected], It has been in use for 8+ years, My sim was blocked in October due to Zero Minute Usage but i was guided by the customer care to submit documents at and take the sim. However the Customer care center at Rethibowli took the documents and Rs 250/- charges but did not issue the sim stating some problems. They have been asking for Rs 15, 000/- to reissue my number to me stating that it is a Golden Number and they wont issue it without that payment. Also when i emailed to the Customer Care they don't respond. Please help me as that number is very important as it is linked to my work and my personal ID.

                        From my number 30 rs balance deducted on 19 and 21 for vas service which is not activated by me. When I call customer care on 25 th told it will be reversed within 48 hours but not reversed so I again called on 27 th they told me not possible to return the deducted balace complain number is 1-[protected]. will stop using this number. this thing happend repeteadly. i also send mail to "Kolkata - Care (E)", "Kolkata - Appellate (E)", nodalofficer.[protected]@aircel.co.in But no response. This number used by my mother suddenly 0 balance put her in trouble for emergency condition.

                          While I am in roaming I am not getting network on my roaming aircel no.([protected]) but getting network on my local aircel no.([protected]). I have complaint many times but even after repeated calling and complaining to customer care they neither reacted not given any response. They just activated some service in my no. without letting me know about it and started deducting money continuously from my account and not returned even after informing them and continuously deducting the same every month.

                          Not even getting any signal,
                          I was in the city of Giridih in Jharkhand, near court road and I was not getting any network in my karnataka sim for almost 20 days but getting full network on my jharkhand aircel sim ([protected]). I have tried to configure network manually but it shows me a message failed to register and your care don't even taken this issue seriously and have not done anything.

                            For the past 3 years aircel getting more worst. They are charging hidden in their consumers main balance. Just saying your activated Unlimited videos. But we are not confirmed your subscription from our point. Meanwhile aircel charged me more than Rs.500 for the past 1 year. Even I'm the user of aircel since last 10 years. Last week they deduced Rs.75 without any acknowledgement or confirmation of subscription. They said your activated an WAP packs. So users please aware of these guys. Don't ever choose MNP as aircel as your new network. 1. My Aircel Complaint ref no: 1-[protected] Even i made more complaints through mail and customer care. They are not response. It's frustrating me. My mob no : 9X42265XXX Balance before deduce: Rs.350 After charged: Rs. 275 So try to refund my balance as soon as possible

                              Today I recharged (2G plan) for my prepaid mobile ([protected]) with Rs 148. As soon as I recharged my account balance went down to Rs 62! Aircel is notorious in swallowing money in your account for no reason! I demand no less than an immediate resolution of the matter. Thanks Prabhu Patil

They are giving various reasons regarding deduction. 1st day I was told its bcze dialer tunes, later on they told it was due to video download and now they are telling it was due to animations downloaded.

                                  Sir, From Last 2 months A Service of Rs229 Is Being Automatically Activated On My Mobile No. When I Complained About It In First Month To 121 Customer Care, They Refunded My Balance But This Month They Told That The Service Is Activated From Your Side And When I Replied That Their Is No USSD Code To Activate The Rs229 Pack Then They Replied That We Dont Know The Activation Method But The Pack Is Activated From Ur Side. I Disagree But I Have No Option, I Then Warned Them To Stop The Service From Being Automatically Activating From The Next Month. Now Again The Problem Is That, Today A rs997 pack Is Automatically Activated On my Number, When I Called Them, No Proper Response Is Taken From 121 Customer Care. They Not Even Agree To Think About My Problem, Their Reply is Same Always That We Cant Refund Ur Balance. So Kindly Tell Me That Is A Customer Is Allowed to Have Main Balance Or Not. As The Services Are Activating Automatically.                                         We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 30th Nov 2015 a content service "JUL7" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.35/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service.
