My name is saran my mobile number is [protected] last Tuesday I recharged 56 rs for all India aircel to aircel 10 paise but from last 2 days its not work they deducted more money from my account per min they took 1 rs so I try to call a customer care I called more than 100 times but not connecting to customer care when they said please wait to speak a customer care afterr 10 sec they said they said thanks for calling and they disconnected my calls .which very upset my mind .I need help urgently reply fast

We would like to inform you that we have Checked and found there is no recharge found for Rs.56/- (All India A2A calls at 10p/min even while roaming). Instead of that you has done the recharge of Rs.57/ -(Only 2G - Unlimited 500 MB for 10 Days) on 27/10/2015. Hence you was not getting All India A2A calls at 10p/min.

    Hi, I'm registering this complaint via e-mail under reference to the complaint number 1-[protected] that I got from a customer support woman. With no intimation my call balance was deducted both from main and special account. I need a refund, because there was no intimation made to me while my data balance was expired. And I have been a customer for Aircel more than 8 years and I'm facing few issue regularly in the recent times. I was using postpaid connection few years and that was pathetic so I changed to prepaid which is more worst now. I really need a refund that is the only cause of mine to take these actions. First caller said I'll receive a call back in 24 hours but I never received. Also few of the callers from customer service were unfit to handle a customer, they cut their call without providing me any resolution(Note: I have call timings if you need to take recordings). I had a conversation with a caller on 01.11.2015 who just blindly said I'll get my refund back just to hang up my call. When I called again and spoke with an other person from customer service they said I have no possibility of getting the refund back. So my question is, why do they provide fake information to a customer. Do they get paid or they working as a slave.

    Excuse me! Sir/madam,
    I really feel unsatisfied with the lethargic way of answer you have provided even after these many days. The type of reply you have given is what the same I received by any of your unfit customer service employees.
    I didn't raise up for deduction on data usage. My query was why you guys never bothered to send any notification on my data expiration. Moreover why where your customer care service employees are treating the customers like a poop. The reason I raised up again today is because two days ago again a balance of Rs.25(randomly) has been deducted from my account for data usage. FYI I have re charged my account with 198 pack by second week of February and the same got expired with in couple of months. I wanted to register here that I use a WiFi connection at home and I most of the time stay at home. Moreover I never able to use 3G in my phone only after changing my simcard to prepaid. if I switch to 3G my mobile network goes off(I use iPhone4S). Despite using 2G alone I'm really confused how a 1GB data pack can be expired. As per "Right to Ask" i want to know what all the data did I use and why was I charged excess.

      Yesturday I was recharge 53 rs net plan active but my balance was deducted but plan not active and I was active net on my mobile and my balance also be deduct & I have cal custmar care bt not solve my problem.         I have made two online recharge one one 16/10/2015 of Rs. 50/- for top-up and on 02/11/2015 of Rs. 199/- for 2G service in my mobile no. [protected]. The BillDesk TransactionID is ESMP[protected] and ESMP [protected]. Both the transaction shown success in Recharge status. But till date the above amount has neither been credited to my mobile number nor the amount reverse to my bank accouts. Necessary action may please be taken for the same.

          My aircel prepaid no is [protected] debiting [protected]@Rs.2/ without my concent from 17/10/2015 .The company sending a msg " Dear customer, you have renewed for NYASA Astrology at Rs.2.0 for 1 day. To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223." From my point of view I never responded this type of SMS . As per companies guidlines I did SMS to 155223 to unsubcribe but still to day my account debiting @ Rs 2/

            Hi, I don't like Aircel service nowdays cause they are deducting recharged balance for any VAS, though I am not interested any type of VAS .I am trying for custmer care contact but not succeeded.I also mailed on companys 2 mail id 2 times but not get any rply. I stopped recharging from a week, if I get refund my deducted bal, then I'll think this service again.so pls do the needful. Vidya Kakad [protected]

                Sir/Maam, I recharged ₹50 on 27 or 28th october. They have deducted ₹3 before recharge So, I dialled 155223, it was not working. So, i called customer care they told that they didnt get the update. Again, I tried after 4 hours they told the same thing I thought its ₹3, lets not worry about that Then i used for internet & it was then ₹42 & recharged ₹5 net pack. So my balance was ₹37. Today I checked my balance. It is only₹2.13. I called customer care again They told that you are charged for xyz, which I dont know They told that there are 2 deduction ₹24 & ₹10. I can get the refund ₹10. But I cant get ₹24 I purchased your sim. You deducted money, in the other hand the customer care(she) told me to cut the line & one time cut the line from their side I tried various time before they usually always give the same reason that they didnt get the update And no sms for deduction came to me. So, Why I will worry & check my balance as i have ₹50. If they atleast gave me notification, i could check at the time How it is justice? And 155223 still not working from my sim Please refund asap

                        I am Sudip Naskar, I have done a Rs 60 recharge for the prepaid no [protected] on 29.10.2015 ( Txn No. KOR[protected] to Recharge MRP 60 is successful . TT= 59 INR, New Balance 73.92 INR, P.F 0 INR, Service.Tax 7.37 INR.) but on 30.10.2015 amount has been deducted, & now current balance is Rs. 24.91 . I can also call 4 time, I no wrong key press & no active VAS service.., but AIRCEL every time deducted THE MONEY but I not clear other amount deducted which reason.                               I, Prasenjit Dey, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], on 29/10/2015 at my Aircel Balance was 19.70, after few minutes it become 4.70, hence Aircel Deducted Rs. 15. I am facing this problem last few months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. If call to aircel customer care but no response from Aircel representative.                                       Respected sir my name is nagendra singh and my aircel no. Is [protected]. Last day i got a message from aircel that you have offer if you recharge with rs 395 you will get 7, 95 gb 3g data with 15day valadity. Upto 500 mb the speed was good. But after that it was only 2 or 3kb/s. Then i contact to customare care he said that per day you will get only 500 mb. After 500 mb you can not get good speed. But the terms and conditions are not written on that sms. Kindly do something on that. Otherwise no one can trust on such fake offers. Thanking you

                                        I recharged my aircel no [protected] on 25th November 2015 with a recharge of Rs.155 at a shop here in Sambalpur odisha. The shopkeeper showed the message to me in his mobile that the transaction has been done and payment successfully.but I didn't receive any message.but the shopkeeper told that I will soon receive it.so I paid the money and went home. But I didn't receive any message or any balance.I talked to a customer care executive.he told that, company has received the payment and I will be getting the message soon., but I didn't receive one. I talked to two more executives and they told me the same thing. It has been 2 days since then, and I haven't received anything.
