Sir/Maam, I recharged ₹50 on 27 or 28th october.
They have deducted ₹3 before recharge
So, I dialled 155223, it was not working. So, i called customer care they told that they didnt get the update.
Again, I tried after 4 hours they told the same thing
I thought its ₹3, lets not worry about that
Then i used for internet & it was then ₹42 & recharged ₹5 net pack. So my balance was ₹37.
Today I checked my balance. It is only₹2.13.
I called customer care again
They told that you are charged for xyz, which I dont know
They told that there are 2 deduction ₹24 & ₹10. I can get the refund ₹10.
But I cant get ₹24
I purchased your sim. You deducted money, in the other hand the customer care(she) told me to cut the line & one time cut the line from their side
I tried various time before they usually always give the same reason that they didnt get the update
And no sms for deduction came to me.
So, Why I will worry & check my balance as i have ₹50.
If they atleast gave me notification, i could check at the time
How it is justice?
And 155223 still not working from my sim
Please refund asap
