Dear Services, I am using aircel no. [protected] for past sometime and have been taken forgranted by the service provider several times. Having informed the appellate authority of the said services in elaborate email correspondences I just got comforting word and no action. I have the proof of the way the service is giving less validity while showing it otherwise in my city. Now recent is the series of balance deductions for never asked services on my number. I wonder why and how such an open fraud is imposed unchecked on customers by a big national telecom company. Porting numbers is an easy task these days but the issue is why should open cheating be allowed to take place. Regards phone no.[protected]

    My Aircel number [protected]. I got my money back after complaining Rs.27, but again Aircel has deducted Rs. 9, from my account and no information was given to me regarding this I even don't know what the hell they have activated, now I am afraid of getting the account recharged and only get it recharged by Rs. 10, so that Aircel could not activate any pack on its own, but they r deducting the balance from the money I got back after complaining here, and had requested to stop that service which they activated without my consent. I can't complaint their consumer help line since its totally useless. Please stop doing this nonsense to me, else I would be forced to break this sim and throw it in a dustbin, and go for some new operator as I m sure no other company could be as disgusting as Aircel. Return all my balance and deactivate all VAS service if activated on my number, and put my number in a category where u could never activate any VAS service. I DON'T WANT ANY OF YOUR USELESS VAS SERVICE EVER.

        I have use aircel network more then 5 years. But from 2 days before i have facing problems unreasonable balance deduction. i have check in VAS deactivation. but no services was in activation status.         No Deduction messages was received.
        after the balance deduction i have check the vas service deactivation. it shows no vas service was activated in your mobile.

          Dear Sir/Madam I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and i use a prepaid number. My no is [protected].on 06-Nov-2015 at 22:05:39 Hrs I initiated online recharge for 3G data for an amount of Rs 749.00 vide AIRCEL Transaction ID UE88960797911446827579260, a confirmation SMS for recharge successful was received but Data has not been credited to my no. till now. Somehow I was able to speak to Customer care executive and, I was allotted a complain no [protected] since then Customer care executives are not even ready to listen to me, Whenever i want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. Kindly help and suggest me further course of action.

            Hi I am Pradeep. Aircel dealer Akhilesh ([protected]) give me postpaid connection no [protected] worth 250 rs security amount & 175 rental (250 minutes, 1 Aircel no unlimited free, 200 SMS, 2G internet unlimited free). After one month they charge 367 rs. When I ask customer care. First 1 month they told me extra charges are because of internet charges.
            After 1 more month my bill come approx 650 (i.e 2 month bill). Now they told me for first month bill extra charges due to activation charges.

            Now my no is deactivated by them.
            They told me to file a case in court on me. What would I do, kindly help me.

              My number is [protected]..I received a message that I had consumed my 100% 3g data and now the speed i will get will be of 2g. within minutes of getting that message i recharge my account with rs 1397/- for 15 gb 3g dtat for 28 days ..and get the confirmation message from aircel that I have recieved 15 gb 3g data ats

              now after that also i was not getting the speed og 3g but it remained of 2g as after finishing of the 100% 3g data., so i registered a complaint with the data department and they gave me a time limit of 24 hours to resolve the problem.

              Busy with my work, I start calling them after 24 hours but there is no proper response from the aircel guys ..one of the wanted me to do some recharge into the main account and i did that too but the problem persisted and is persisting till date . when i called again to get the answers they transfer the call to their seniors and put me on hold, nobody answered, I call again I am put on hold by the senior, I call again this time the senior member took the call and i suppose he placed the receiver down and was not speaking though i was able to hear voices from the other side people shouting laughing everything .the fourth time when i call and threaten them that i m recording the call and will stream it on social media they answer... they tell me that i havn, t got any data balance in my account so my problem is persisting ..so i tell them the transaction number, time of recharge, confirmation message time from aircel, so they take my complaint again. and give me a time of 24 hrs to solve the problem.

              now the issues
              do you dont have the idea how to hire people for ur customer care?
              do you realise that the ur customer care guys on senior desk are utter and have no work ethics?
              did i buy a 3g recharge or i bought this issue out of 1397/-?
              who is going to be liable for the days being lapsed out of validity of 28 days for resolving the issue?

              well i must say that i[censored] could pls avoid aircel because they are thieves, , liars and bunch of arrogant who think that they stand above the consumer.

                    This is Trinadh baring Aircel Mobile number [protected]. On 4th Nov All my Data, Promo Balance and Main Account Balance has been washed away for unknown reason. All my tries for calling customer care are gone in vain. I am calling them since 2 days but still no response. To make it worst I recharged with Rs.10 and that also got deducted. This is not the first time, they did this last month as well. Please help.

                      My mobile no is [protected], My number is got automatically subscribed TO Aircel — POCKET STORE when i visit A specific site THEN AFTER a few seconds I get a message from Aircel that I got subscribed TO Aircel — POCKET STORE . Although I had not clicked any link. I had recharged my mobile with some balance and that balance had been deducted by this nasty service. There should not be such type of fraudulent links by such a great company. Please unsubscribe my number from Aircel — POCKET STORE and refund my money.

                        I am using my phone number from last 7 years and after that i got a new number as a jodi plan 4 years back and from last year i m fred up with aircel feedbacks and aircel services fake commetments from aircel and after commetment they are not able to fullfill them but still i am tollerating the sevices and when i got the 3g plan from aircel with rental of 599 its not working at all for 2 months i havn't use the services of 3g but instead i pay the amount without using 3g and i made several time complaints but all the time they said that we only inform you on billing cycle date and i make my mind for convert my number to prepaid but when i visited to aircel store but the store in faridabad refused that aircel is not converting the phone numbers to prepaid and even i made a complaint for that as well but nothing happend than i made a request for port but i received a phone from air cel and they commet to me that sir we r trying to work ur 3g and we convert your plan in to 299 rental with 1200 minutes and they said that sir because you paid 2 months of rental for 3g without using 3g so sir we give you 3g unlimited for 3 months but these r fake commetments when i call to 1212 aircel and my rental convert in to 299 and i paid altready 1200 rs with 300 advance and after converting in to 299 rental with advance adjusments so the bill was 316 and i have to pay till 4 of november with 299 rental with 2 g free and 50 % discount on rental of 299 but till 28 october my outgoing was bard and my bill generation date was 18 th to 19 th of each month and they said my outstanding was 1200 even the bill of 316 i have to pay till 4 nov and i have 299 rental with 50% off and i have no use of std and even i uses wiffi of mine and i made a request for to knowing how it will be possible that without using my bill reached to 1200 in a week and aircel executive refused to telll me how it reached to 1200 in a week and they said we will able to tell you on 19 th of november of your billing cycle and i am shoked and furstated how it will possible i register a complaint with this no - 1-[protected] and ur executive comment me that sir u surely got a call from aiccel but please pay the amount of 850 to active your outgoing and we revert your amount after knowing your concern and i payed the amount and after 3 days my outgoing again bard and this time credit limit again crossed and in 3 days my outstanding reached 1174 rs again with 299 rental of 50% discount and 2g free still this time i gonna mad about aircel mistakes how much i time i will have to make without using payment in thousands of rupees but this time i make a compaint again and your aircel executive refused that sir we r not able to tell you before 19 november so this time i am completely furstrated and i think i have to go to consumer forum this time for justice

                          I m PRADEEP SINGH from Lucknow. I want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. On November 1 evening I recharged my account with rs. 40 and on 2 November early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and this continued for 3 days when my balance got below rs. 9 and was no further deductible. A total of Rs.27 were deducted 9 per day and I didn't received any benefit of this service that too when I had not given any consent for activation of any service nor have I received any call regarding activation of such service. Please help me return my balance and give a notice to Aircel to stop doing such nuisance again and again to me.Thanking you in anticipation

                          I am srishti agrawal from jalalpur.i want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. On April 16 evening I recharged my account with rs. 50 and on 17 April early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent.again april 19 i recharged my no. With 30 rs. Again my whole balance was detected. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and this continued for 3 days when my balance got below rs. 9 and was no further deductible. A total of Rs45 were deducted 9 per day and I didn't received any benefit of this service that too when I had not given any consent for activation of any service nor have I received any call regarding activation of such service. Please help me return my balance and give a notice to Aircel to stop doing such nuisance again and again to me.Thanking you in anticipation

                                    I got a message on my number [protected] on sunday(1st November 2015) as follows"Thank you for subscribing to Fun TV . You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges" Whereas i have not activated any service. I tried to complaint about this to your customer care and they have raised a Service Request(1-[protected]). But still its not resolved.

                                      Poor service from aircel - frc is not yet done even after 1 month for my aircel sim.

                                      My aircel no. [protected]

                                      I bought this sim on 03/10/2015 from aircel retailer at ameerpet, hyderabad. The retailer explained that this sims gives rs. 110. 00 worth of talk time and 7gb 3g data for 2 months (I. E. 3. 5 gb for every month), all calls at 0. 25 paise for 3 months. So i submitted all documents to them on same day on 10/10/2015 they said the application was rejected because the image was not clear on the submitted document so they request for my pan card copy i submitted them on 10/10/2015.

                                      Till 21/10/2015 even i not get signal on this sim. I got signal on this sim only on 21/10/2015 but i went to chennai to celebrate dussehra festival. (I tried calling from chennai on 21/10/2015 for 59059 to update my details but it is not accepted) so as soon as i returned from chennai i called 59059 and updated my details to them they said that the sim will be activated in 2 hours. From that time onwards i’m checking to use this sim but still today it is not done.

                                      Even after one month aircel not able to do frc on this sim. Not even a single rupee is come to my account.

                                      When i tried calling customer service 121 automated voice responds that there is no sufficient balance in my account so they not able to connect customer service representative.

                                      So, i tried doing recharge by own even it is not accepted.

                                      Please take necessary actions on this and do the need as immediately as possible.

                                        My aircel mobile number is [protected]. On 31st october 2015 morning 1am, I top up Aircel of rs.283 to get internet data and balance. Then I started using internet of which I have 2 GB. Then in that morning 10 am on the same day I recharged ratecutter of rs.374 of the same number. I had a balance of rs.812. But later when I noticed my balance seems to be rs.0. I was shocked and immediately I called customer care about the issue. They told the amount was deducted for internet usage. I replied them that I had 2 GB of internet data and they deducted data balance and amount also. Then they checked and told me that it was their mistake and I talked with team leader, he told that we will file a complaint and if possible they will refund . But there was no proper response from them, till now I didn't get any refund of rs.812. I need my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                        I had enough data balance in my mobile but you people charged my mobile balance instead of data deduction. Thisr is the problem and thats why im complaining here .There is a mistake happened in Aircel.I have data balance of 2 GB but Aircel deducted my money even though I have 2gb net balance.I want this problem to be solved.I am not convinced with your reply. Please check while deducting mobile balance I had data balance then WHO's mistake is this???.
