Whenever I visit a site which have lots of ads Whenever an aircel ad is shown That VAS gets automatically activated even if I don't click on subscribe button. It sends me sms saying click here to confirm subscription. Even if I don't click on that link It gets activated. I have lost around rs70-80 because of these annoying incidents. I want my Money back. And you should be more careful towards these annoying deductions and automatic activations.. Else a lot people around me are going to port to some other operator.     Hello sir, since last 18 month i have using Aricel postpaid connection ([protected]) but in the starting of this month we want to change my no. from postpaid to prepaid connection. i have submit a written application and necessary documents in aircel office 12th of nov. to convert my sim into prepaid connection. i already have deposit my full due amount of postpaid sim. also i have paid some advance amount. after that i have facing many problems from aircel company. company executive not giving me any proper response and not active my no. . i have complete my verification and my FRC both still 29 nov. 15 my no. is not activate. its very very bed behave Aricel company. i suggest all customers please don't use this company no. because its service is totally nil. very bad customer services.       I got a call today from a pakistan number[protected] he said that i won 25 lakh from aircel lucky draw and he give me a number [protected] and said me to call above number but i do not call that number because he was lying so please take action against these type of call because any poor people can be trap from these type of call

        The benefits have been removed from the wrong number and credited to correct mobile number, the validity of RC255 is till 11/1/2016 and you can check the data balance using the USSD code *122*011# & *111*MRP#.

          30 Nov. 15 Automatic active 9 rupees data pack.then I called your customer care for given information but she not talked politely. I said my call transfer on your senior but she not did it's and call disconnected. Also please you check it's and don't so it's again. Otherwise I'll broke your aim card and never join any air cell product. If I wants to talk to r customers cate next time a day but not possible so please check the line AGENT NAME:- PRIYANKA

            Dear sir, i have an aircel prepaid mobile phone connection since many months. But now, they have disconnect my number without any reason. I have already call to customer care and visited to aircel customer care outlet rajiv nagar gurgaon many times and submitted id, address proof and photo with re-fill up their form. I also sent so many emails to aircel cc office delhi, but neither they are not resolving my problem and nor replying of my email. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem a.S.A.P.                 Hello aircel, I recharged 198 rupees for 1GB Mobile data valid 21 days on nov 11 2015, But data cost detected from main account i raised complaint on 13 nov they said with 4 hrs it will sloved, But it was not solved . I contacted daily aircel customer care 121, they will say 4 hrs or 8 hrs it wil slove, or they will say connecting to technical team and call put on hold for more than 30 mins and disconnect it, this is the way the customer will be treated .                   Hello.. on this number [protected], about 7 rupees was deducted for surfing the internet. On Sunday, 22th Nov, I had recharged with 39 rupees, which was said to give extra credits of 170 mb for 2 more days . The regular pack offers 180mb for 5 days. Now, I had received the extra credit but only 150 mb that is 20 mb less than the amount to be accredited. How could this happen? I have left only 6 paise in the main account because of this. Refund the amount that was deducted for surfing the internet. *I have all the messages stored* Your Recharge of PI 39 is successful, Benefit : 180 MB 3G/2G for 5Days Thanks for recharging with PI 39. You have got extra 150 MB DATA to your account. Dial *143*0# to check balance.

                  In the message containing the offer says the market offer offers 150mb . Last time when I had checked through USSD, the PI pack offered 180mb with a validity of 5 days.

                    Dear Sir / Madam I already register complaint in aircel against aircel call center collection executive for bad talking. So I stopped the payment. For this issue mail also sent to aircel. But last one week I got call from [protected] this number and saying sorry for all Above mentioned issue and asking the payment Rs.1400 balance amount I will give waiver. So two days before I made payment Rs.1400. And informed to aircel executive, they told me I will mail you the closing letter for your connection. But till now I did not receive any mail, and I call him, they not answering. Main thing is my connection did no close still it in live. Kindly register complaint against aircel There after I never Barre any bill. Note : I have evidence for all (mail, voice record and person at aircel store)

                      25 Nov.2015 In morning approximate time 5:00am I get started access my 3g data that I activated by ussd code approximately at4:00 am and I got 40 mb 3g data.after update a one app approximate 11 mb and another uses of 2.9mb and 1.8mb my remain data should was be approximate 25 mb, but the company deducted my main account balance 70.20 rs. in the name of session cost 45220kb and first time when I saw checked my remaining balance after deduction it was 0.4 paise, but after sometime I was checked my balance it was showing 0.14 pause.so please should be given my main account balance and data balance return by the company.please check my complaint.

                          Sir, This is to inform you that I Surajit paul and have unfortunately got a aircel sim card, number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 110 in which I got the TT 110 dated on 22.11.2015 and txn no KOR[protected]. But next morning when I checked the balance I found that my balance was Rs. 45. The amount 65 was spent by your system. Because I didn’t spent a penny in this time period. After calling the customer care grievance department I got amount Rs. 15. Now the balance is comes to 60 from 45, But the amount should be Rs. 110. Today (24.11.2015) several times I again tried to contact the number of grievance department but getting no response. Now again another issue, i recharged Rs. 175 for 1 gb 3g data last week. But now the data connection has been closed. I also complained few days ago but don't get any reply from aircel. please look into this matter. Surajit paul

This is continuing for no reasons no packs nothing.I have complained about it to the customer care but they cut the phone after listening to the query.Don't know what to do..It's getting frustrating now.                             There has been deduction daily over past week meanwhile the latest one is for today 27th November at around 6:00 am when I checked.
                            There was no message sent to me post deduction. There has been no message ever.

                            We have checked & found Rs 5 deducted daily for the rental charge for 5 PI pack after that you already get 25 MB data, As it's a recharge amount can't be refundable . Now auto renewal mode deactivate sucessfully.

                              This is Anand from Chennai, I am using aircel network for past 12 years. The number is [protected]. Last November 9 ‘2015 I recharged data pack Rs198 plan and Rs.20 EC for main balance account. I used my accounts balance only two r three days. When I using the facilities every time I check my balance for both data and main balance frequently. On 12th November night I would not able connect the internet and then I check my balance it will show nil balance that means 0(zero) for both data pack (0-zero MB) and Main balance (0-zero). Morning I immediately contact customer care and explain my quires.The customer care executive told you have data and main balance is there, due to server down it will deduct automatically in your account, we will credit same within 48 hrs into your account and also i register my complaint ref.no: 1) 1-[protected] and 2) 1-[protected]. But 15th November I get SMS from aircel, In that your reference no has been resolved. Immediately I called customer care and said without sort-out my problem I have message from you like this and the executive told me your reference no is not closed it still on process due to heavy rain network problem not cleared .I waited for three days, but there is no response from the aircel network side. Again I called on 19 November to customer care, they connect my call to higher official I speak to Ms. Maha from Pondicherry circle (my call not connected to Chennai circle). She reputedly same thing due to server down your request is on process we will surely credit your data and main balance within 24 hrs pleas wait. In between I check my balance it will show zero balance I did not connect the net as well as my outgoing calls. After two days again I called customer care on 22/11/15 with my reference no, I said my problem was not sort-out, but the customer care executive told you have not register any complaints till day, tell your problem now we register your complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. I am quarrel with them, they connect my call to higher official Mr.Vignesh. He also told samething you have not register any complaint again this, I told him my complaint no to him, he say simply its take by wrongly reference number again I quarrel with them and he say sorry for the mistake happen that now we can take new complaint no: 1-[protected] and also forwarded to our technical item they will revert to you by 24/11/15. I can received same SMS last time received your reference no:1-[protected] is resolved dated 23/11/15. Again I called when I received SMS like this to customer care they told me please wait till today night it will credit you sir. So I waited one night, but it will not happen and I checked my balance its also Zero. Next day that means 24th November I called and say my account was not credited still, they reply me we did not deduct any necessary amount or data or balance from your account sir. Whatever amount deducted from your account it will only usage for you used it. I am totally disappointment when they said like this and I ask him to give details of my usage, they told please hold on line we will contact you to our higher official they will give sir, I waited on line 20 mins but not to connect higher official and the call also cut. I know very well about my balance. They are totally cheated me, I am so depressed from aircel for worst service.                                 Hi myself Raj I am really frustrated response from c.c. agents .I called up 198 and reached a live representative I spoke with Mr.kumar I am explained my balance got deducted Rs15.00 without my knowledge .He responded me saying details not updated for ur deduction call back tomorrow I request him to transfer my call to ur supervisor he responded me back saying that my supervisor was busy and he is also going to provide the same information what I have provided and he placed my call in hold without any response. worst training given and can see that uneducated people were placed in customer care.care . You people no need to re back my deducted money all we need proper response and correct reason for the deduction..My numbers:[protected] .And I am going to port out from aircell and I will file a complain in consumer cort..

                                  person say your sim card is not registered in your name .
                                  i was shocking.

                                  also im going to customer care malad-west services center .this person say your sim card not register on your name.

                                  Buy Sim card and After 3month sim card not working and simcard register on another user how its possible ???

                                    My self pooja yadav...my aircel mobile no. is [protected]. on 23.11.2015 while doing online recharge of Rs. 98 on my this no. but by mistake i have entered incorrect mobile number.but recharge was unsuccessful. balance was deducted from my bank account but recharge was failed. I got text massages at times that if any amount is deducted from your bank account will be credited back within 5 working days. Please check and credit the money to my HDFC bank account back.

                                      Very worst experience I am facing with my aircel prepaid account. Keep balance is detected for activation of some services. Nowhere I had requested for activation. Last month called customer care and enquirer about this. They told it activated thru tele caller. He said that the service will be deactivated and the amount will be credited back. But still didn't get.

                                      Now roaming service automatically got activated. The worst thing is that I am already in some roaming plan (recharged 135).

                                      Fast 3 days I am trying to reach Aircel Bangalore customer care (around 9AM, 10AM, 12AM, 4PM, 9PM). Unable to connect to customer care. It says, will be transfer to customer service representative. But after sometime it says experiencing too heavy traffic and all our customer service representatives are busy. And then the call will be disconnected.

                                      Almost 6 service activated without any notice and request.

                                      I request some should seriously look into this issue.

                                      Many of illiterate people are loosing their money and they don't even notice this.

                                      Too many times I sent "HELP" to 121 as required, no response.

                                      This is history of VAS I found in aircel app. I gave complaint regarding the service shown in image long back. Services are deactivated from Aircel customer care. But amount not credited.

                                      Regarding the recent one (26 for Romming back), I got SMS, I had deleted it.

                                        Hi, I have recently ported my number from Karnataka circle Tata Docomo to Maharashtra circle aircel no (+91 [protected]). I have done with a succesfull tele verification from aircel, post which i got a msg about welcoming to aircel network. But since then, i am unable to make any incoming / outgoing calls from aircel. I even tried to call the customer care multiple times, but none of them are bothered to receive the call.
