My mobile no [protected]. i have recharged my no. on 10/28/2015 with Rs16 rate cutter with my mobile balance . my balance is duducted but pack is not activated. i have complained on that date but told me to wait for 4 hours it will be activated but it wasn't .today also i have compalined for the same issue but same answer in 4 hours. i said to let me speak with your senoir but told me that they all went outside. the customer service agent is VIKASH. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I have a balance deduction of 20/- rupees on 27/10/2015 . After that I call to customer care to complaint about this . They have registered a complaint and told that your money will be refund in 24 hours but now that i have not returned a money . I call many times to customer care but no one can attends my call . I m feeling that they have deducted my money without my permission

      AIRCEL deducted Rs. 99 on my number [protected] without my knowledge on 27 October for Masti club which I have never requested. On top of that Customer Care Executives like Mr. Mohit says balance will neither be refunded nor he will connect me to any senior on this issue.. Definitely the worst service I have seen so far.

      I received a msg saying i have been subscribed with namm nammitha..i dont know wat is dat..pls unsubscribe frm dat and my money back..my no. Is [protected].

      It is not correct.. I have never subscribed to this service.. even i dont know about this service.. It is completely unfair deduction, if I will subscribe why would i ask you to unsubscribe immediately.. You guys are deducting balance unnecessarily.. From now on I will insist everyone not to go for AIRCEL, I am thinking for portability.. AS ITS NOT THE RIGHT WAY OF MAKING MONEY !!

        I m using 26 numbers of aircel company on the name of my firm K.d enterprises jodhpur...I have been charged more than my uses ...the more amount charged is on the name of v.a.s services...in my last two bill they have charged 1500 .on my 5 numbers...no. are as follows..( [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] )...as the services r nt used by the customer. ...I requested to representative to waiver the amount at the time only but they said that amount will be waivered in ur next bill...still they have nt waiver the amount and my all 26 connections have been disconnected and servicea have been barred ...while the payment of some no. have been already done my me...plz look into the matter and get my numbers activated... kuldeep choudhary proprietor K.d enterprises jodhpur contact no.           Respected Sir/Madam, My Aircel Mobile No. [protected]. I recharge on Monday for Rs. 100 and got TT value of Rs. 100. I did only 2 or 3 calls by tuesday night and the balance left over was about Rs. 88.00 but while i'm checking balance today morning i shocked my balance shows only Rs. 33.00. Rs. 55.00 was deducted without any reason. I request the concern team to check and refund the amount as immediately as possible. Regards, T. Kumar Rao

            Firstly their letter come from the united telecom services company through the grampanchayat according to that we are send the detail of our land, (land info.which is on the name of the alka gujar) to them after receiving info they again send us a letter in which they written that they give a 9000 per month with 5% increment per year, 5 lakh advance accoding to that they are ready to agreement with us n after that they give us a account no [protected] which is on the name of sudhakar singh we transfer the 12, 500 on their account after that they said that their member visited to our land with lawyer in next 2-3 days bt now they are not receive our calls and no one can come to see our land.

                Hello sir am not satisfactory about ur aircel service, there is no proper responce from customer care services also, my problem is- 10 days back am recharge aircel 20 Rs/- prepaid card, the msg is came recharge is successfully so and so transanction no**********but in my account amount is showing. out going calls also not going, then am talking ur customer service executive he told serer is not updated try 2, 3 hours after, am also listen his problem again am calling to C S E she is also told same am taking ur feedback definitely solve ur problem. After 2 days am speaking ur customer care executive he told ur money come back to ur account and he tell same matter, what is this i cant understand what is the problem in my account, still date my problem is not solved.from that date am not recharge also under stand customer problem also...

                  Few days, on wards they are activating unwanted services to m obile, and deduct the balance, few are refunded, few are same, and 27th oct i put my sim on not working mobile, there is no any other apps, even fb also not login, but they deducted 32 rs as internet charge, eventhough backroung run also which services, am sure after 6onwards i never use facebook by that sim, but they deducted money at around 8pm, without using

                      At 2.08AM I got the message from(59061) Aircel, that from my main balance whole 110/- been deducted which today evening only i recharged through online. Without any reason my balance deducted, this is my 7th or 8th complaints and non of been solved. around 1300/- aircel been deducted without any reason, within this 3 to 4 months. need to solved it.

                        My aircel numbers outgoing is barred from today afternoon, when I tried calling customer care number I get a blunt response as high usage, but I have 12000 RS credit limit, After informing that am having 12000 credit limit I was informed to go to any aircel showroom, is this the response I should get at this time? My nearest aircel showrrom is 1.30 hrs travel from my place, and also the showroom will be closed by this time, what should I do in case of emergency???? I cant reach any aircel office until tomorrow morning 11, what should I do without outgoing in ma mobile??? Check my credibility and the bill payments that I have made priorly, am not gonna leave this matter as such, am gonna file a complaint against aircel in Consumer court and TRAI.

                              My phone nb is [protected]. i'm trying since 3 days to deactivate my 22 Rs tariff plan and to activate 89 Rs plan. customer cares are just providing me fake consolation about my problem. though i have my complaint nb 1-[protected]. but still there is no progress. first i want to say that aircel provides wrong description on 121, as you see i did 22 Rs tariff just because of hearing from 121 that aircel to aircel std calls are now became 10 paise/min. but its not happened. it took the same charge 15 paise/min as shown in aircel.com. i am not claiming for my 22 Rs investment, i just want to deactivate that 22 Rs plan.                                 Sir my aircel no [protected]. I don't know how this store 99 activated to my number. I never subscribed for any add on services. Still my account has been deducted like this. Pl refund the amount 99 already deducted which i have not opted for. Earlier in 2nd october 2015 video talkies were activated automatically and deducted rs15/- from my account. I use the option ' stop' to 155223 and that was deactivated. Now this was a huge amount. Pl ask the service provider to return back the amount which i was not opted for. Even i don't know what this store 99 meant for and what value added services it provided me. I am entitled the refund for neither i asked nor any service provided to me. Pl solve my complaint and yet i have not deactivated the store 99.

For doing this .they said that I am using chargeable site. This is totally illegal reasons. They cheated me. I am suffered from this company .

                                    My phone no is [protected]. I had a balance of Rs 70+ in my DA accaunt still 25-10-15 morning. But when I checked the balance today[protected]morning 10 am) it showed just 5paisa left in my accaunt.how is this possible? I have a net pack and also have a call cutter pack.so there is no chance to deduct Rs 70 by net surfing as still now I have net balance.. When I call ur customer care the executive behaved like I cut his pocket .u cut my mony so I have the right to know how u cut it but that executive couldn't tell anything .. Back my 70 rupees in my DA accaunt..or I will take further steps

                                    Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 68.85 /- got deducted on 25/10/2015 due to data usage of 7.4500 MB of Data after consumption of the free data. Hence, not eligible for refund.

                                    How is this possible ? I have a net pack of 16 ruppes in my accaunt.. How u cut my money. And the money is in DA accaunt means it just only be used for phone calls .okkk? I know that and u not know? Very funny.
                                    And I also have a net pack how u deducted money.i[censored] don't credited the money on my accaunt I will take step as my uncle in police.. I just take the screenshot o[censored]r commnt.it just cannt never ever happen what u say as I was my DA accaunt.and same time I have internet balance
                                    So find a solution
                                    I rechrged Rs 16 yesterday 25-10-15 and the data balance is still today morning.I didn't consume 100mb yesterday.dnt say false thng.i had 38mb data today 26-10-15 morning so don't say false thing
                                    The talktime I got by recharge of 69 which can be seen by dialling *143*09# also called DA money as it uses for only calling not for sms or net ..

                                      Dear sir/mam, readers i want to inform you about my last main balance deduction from my aircel nob without any info.As i had recharged my nob with rs69 comany credited me rs69 of main balance+databalance of 69mb.But after 3days all my balance had been taken away without any information i called customer care service but they told me that by using net it collapsed there is no question of data usage as per i was having 69mb and that to i am using 2g data in symbian phone.sorry to say my main balance of about rs70 has been taken away without any notice.Though i have activated DND service in my prepaid nob so there is no question of company poping msgs or calling at me.I will be very happy and thankfull to you if there could be further refund process or action could be taken against it.THANKyou

                                        On 23 Oct 15 some service has been activated automatically, I didn't subscribe those and which resulted in deduction of rs 50/ from my balance. So sir it is requested to refund my balance. In the past many times aircel has been deducted my balance which I have not subscribed. When I rang up to 198(aircel complaint no) aircel is not attending my phone as it has put my no. On hold. With regards. Ram Kishan MOBILE. No [protected].

                                        As per our system records VAS Pack VTALKIES50 has been activated through WAP on 22/10/2015. The pack has been deactivated the next day within 24hrs. As a service gesture, an amount of Rs.50/- will be credited to your account within 48hrs as approval has been received for crediting the same.
