Respected Sir, I am satya kama sahoo, a Aircel telecommunation user-no-[protected], today morning i had check my balance the balance is 16.48 rupes and i make a call to my friend no-[protected] i have talk him 6.2second my balance deduct 1.84paise, actuly call charge is 91.00paise, at last i receive a sms your rest amount is 12.98rupes, my questine is rest ammount is where go. please give me the proper calculation. --Reagards, Satya kama sahoo mo-[protected]

    I was using whatsapp only in my mobile by using my internet data..and suddenly a message came on my screen that you don't have enough prepaid account balance to use this session and only 0.10 rs. was left in my account instead of rs.135. after that i call the customer care executive and i told them my problem..and then they said that because o[censored]sing internet we deducted your balance... i said i only use whatsapp by using my mobile data and nothing. they told me that you have opened some heavy pages thats why it happened and they also said some of kb has been also left in your account. so how can it be possible to deduct the balance if the internet data is left. and they hanged up the call.

      Sir, 1. Over last few days ie from 14 to 18 oct 15 about rs 1000 have been educted from my prepaid mobile account number [protected] 2. On checking from the helpline 198 on 18th oct at 2000hrs no satisfactory answer could be given. 3. Kindly look into the matter and get my money refunded at the earliest.

      We would like to inform you that an amount of Rs.15/- was deducted on 17/10/2015 for ANIMATION download from TECHZONE, please note during 14th to 18th Oct'15 there has been no other deductions found on your number. However we have processed for waiver of amount Rs.15 and the same will reflect in your account with 48 hours. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable, to stop this type of charging.

          On 12Oct15 I got message about benefit of 196 recharge on my aircel number [protected] registered on my name GAGANDEEP, I recharged with 196 and got the message of successful recharge but after using internet I got my balance deducted then i logged a complain in customer care on 198 and they told me that i have been not given all recharge benefits so they are taking my complain and it will be solved in another 24 hrs, next day when i got my balance again deducting for internet use after 24 hours, I again complained they again asked for another 24 hour and they told me that i can use internet after 24 hours .on 15Oct when my problem was still existing i called customer care on 198 but after attempting 6 to 7 times i got customer care busy then I took one of my friend's phone and called customer care on 198, surprisingly that busiest customer care became free they took my call in few rings i told all my problems and asked her to transfer call to any senior because I found them fail in solving my problems.Then i was connected to team leader miss Fouzia, i told her all my problems and she made me believe in her that all my problems will be solved in another 24 hours and all my deducted balance will be returned.After 24 hours on 16 Oct I got my problem still remaining, when i called customer care from my number they were busy, when I called from my friend's number from which I called on 15 Oct customer care was again too busy, and when I called from a third number again surprisingly the busiest customer care became free, they received in few rings i again told my all story of last 4 days he told me that he has logged my complain and it will be solved in another 24 hour I asked him to connect to his team leader, then team leader Mr Salman came on line I told him all my problems they checked my recharge and balance history and agreed with my complain and told me very smartly that I have to change my phone settings as per their instructions I did change in settings now they told me to switch off my phone and turn it on after few minutes .I believed on him and told me to return my deducted balance, he told me that this problem occured due to failure in my part I tried to convince him that this was not my fault but he was not ready to accept their fault.Further I thanked him for solving my problem and cut the call.after some minutes I switched on my phone and used internet, I found that despite the help of a technically smart team leader like Mr Salman sir, my balance was still deducting I again called customer care and told him to connect to his team leader Mr Salman he took my call on hold and after few minutes told me that Salman sir went for dinner and no team leader present there then i told all my problems to the person and asked for any solution he told me that he will log my complain, after few minutes conversation he told me that he is connecting me to team leader Mr Salman, the ring started after few minutes my call was received but he was not speaking anything, I was able to hear some sound from that side but nobody spoke anything, I was holding that call for approx 20 minutes, they didn't respond, but they were very professional about disconnecting call, I had to disconnect the call.Now they are too busy for taking my call from all three used phones, AIRCEL HAVE CHEATED ME, I LOST MY approx 290 rupees, AND HARASSING ME FROM 12 OCT TILL NOW. NOW I WANT COMPENSATION FROM AIRCEL FOR MAKING ME FOOL AND HARASSING ME MENTALLY

            I, [protected], have actvated DND on 06.10.2015 and aircel confirmed a message that neither any promotional call nor any commercial message shall be send after seven days but in field I received various messages ie DD-658001, BV-656700, VK-LANMARK, DD-AIRCEL (15.10.15);DD[protected].10.15);DD-654321, BV-655121, DD-AIRCEL(17.10.15).Now how I faith Aircel and why??? Previous Complaint:- I using aircel sim([protected]) since june 2015, last september Rs 30 automatically deduct from my sim, I called customer care executive but neither he replied nor my balance return bak, then yesterday 02.10.2015 again Rs 30 deduct( subscribing to IPlay), then today 03.10.2015 repeatedly deduct Rs 30 ( subscription of missed call alert) when I have choose not any option then how deduct my balnce, I called customer care executive she (Sweta) replied call after four hours, I am a member of Paramilitary force, and no more time to check balance regularly .Now I want to return back my balance ie Rs 30×3= Rs90/- and if no more this type of activities repeat in future then I using Aircel..

              My Aircel number is [protected], I recharged this number on 1-oct-15 with 693 for 6GB 3G data. From 13oct onwards the speed was droped to 2G (50kbps), when I checked it was showing that there is no data balance available for 3G. But I am sure that we have not used more than 3GB I usually get alert from aircel once 60%, 80% is consumed, but I didn't received such message this time. When I contact customer service, they keep saying that as per thier system I have consumed 6Gb. and not even ready to check whether their system has fault or not. Just get out of these companies, and get some other valuable broadbrands instead of mobile data.

My ₹30 balance is deducted without any VAS service and when i talk to the customer care they said that you may have clicked on some internet link which led to the deduction of your credit. But i want my credit back so please help me because its not my fault it theirs

                    Last 4 months the Aircel kolkata wrongly deducted my balance frequently.. When i called to customer care complain no (198)..they keep telling me and arguing with me. I try to understand them I m not using any kind of their VAS services and Internet game access for which they deducted the balance but they are not convince.. Sometime they refunded the deducted balance sometime not...they harassed me like anythng... And their customer service people are rude and not helpful at all...they are not ready to take my complain also... Please help me for this and do the needful.                     As post system check we have found a deduction of Rs.5/- on date 17/10/2015 for the activation of VAS "JUMPGAMES" through WAP and same amount has already been credited in your account as per reference of Sr. 1-[protected]. Further we would like to inform you that these links through which the download had happened are 3rd party campaigns that are embedded in the Web Pages that then you had visited and had clicked on such links, hence charged a one time download fee for the content. We advise you to take caution while browsing as to avoid clicking on such links to avoid unwanted deductions in the future.

Still I am facing the same problem because agin Rs35 has been deducted from my account for no reason at all for seduction of some random pack.                           Dear Aircel. Mobile no :- [protected] I bought the sim from Bhubaneswar (baramunda, ruchika market), while buying the sim I took my original documents xerox but as per the shopkeeper there was no need for documents and gave me the sim( I was amazed to see that he was giving a sim without documents). Nevertheless I have been using the sim since 2013. I was using the sim in my Nokia 701 with IMei no :- [protected]. Now due to inactivity for last few months the incoming call facility has been stopped and also no sms are incoming. Moreover the main problem that I'm facing is that my Employer has registered my UAN (EPFO) no by using this mobile no. Now I need the no to be active so that I can login to my UAN account and change it to some other no. But since this no is inactive I'm not able to receive any sms that are being sent by EPFO. I'm facing a huge problem as I'm not able to login to my pf account. I request you to please take my original documents scan copy and reactivate my no asap. Please consider my request on a priority basis and reactivate my no. Thanks and regards,

                            I am using Aircel for the last few years...but recently...my balace is getting reduced with out any called being made. Sometimes when I use 3G internet some bogus services are being automatically allotted to me, with out any consent of mine...and thus deducting my balance. Yesterday I just refilled my bal with a Rs. 70 recharge. Today my balance is nil...I haven't made a single call. Give back the 70.00 rupee recharge. I am seriously thinging about quitting Aircel.                             Post system check it has been found that your balance of Rs. 10 /- got deducted dated- 15/10/2015, due to Download of VAS - SUPERF- symbiotic through WAP. Credit of10/- has been posted in your A/C from our end dated -20/10/2015 .

                              I've been using Aircel connection for over an year. I had my DND subscribed long back. Yesterday at night I'm receiving a message which says Rs 35.00 for 7 days has been deducted and will be renewed automatically. I DON'T WANT THIS SERVICE THAT YOU WANT TO FORCE UPON ME. AND GIVE BACK MY RS 35.00

                                With out my knowledge fun TV got activated on my phone.and customer care people on call did not give proper inputs on the issue or how to deactivate. Its really mischievous to activate some services on our phone and deducting charges for that.hope I get back my talk time.

                                  My aircel prepaid number is [protected], aircel is deducting 3rupees from my main balance daily since 3 weeks when I contacted costumer care they are not responding and told that I had activating it daily these aircel mad people cant understand please take serious action I had already said this to you 3 days back

                                  We would like to inform you that we have Checked and found balance depleted for CRICKETCL Service and charged Rs.11/-. Service activated through SMS on 42289 . Waiver posted for Rs. 11/- as one time good will gesture. And service deactivated.

                                    In my town all other networks are available(including BSNL & Airtel 3G sirvice) except Aircel . All networks are now start providing 3G service here, but here Aircel yet to lunch its 2G service . So we want a Aircel tower here . I also very much interested to give land for its installation .

                                        Many times aircel deduct the balance automatically, and not transfer the amount even after complaining on the aircel office. It happened 3-4 times in last few months. My advice is that use the aircel very carefully or try to use other telecom operator.
