On 12Oct15 I got message about benefit of 196 recharge on my aircel number [protected] registered on my name GAGANDEEP, I recharged with 196 and got the message of successful recharge but after using internet I got my balance deducted then i logged a complain in customer care on 198 and they told me that i have been not given all recharge benefits so they are taking my complain and it will be solved in another 24 hrs, next day when i got my balance again deducting for internet use after 24 hours, I again complained they again asked for another 24 hour and they told me that i can use internet after 24 hours .on 15Oct when my problem was still existing i called customer care on 198 but after attempting 6 to 7 times i got customer care busy then I took one of my friend's phone and called customer care on 198, surprisingly that busiest customer care became free they took my call in few rings i told all my problems and asked her to transfer call to any senior because I found them fail in solving my problems.Then i was connected to team leader miss Fouzia, i told her all my problems and she made me believe in her that all my problems will be solved in another 24 hours and all my deducted balance will be returned.After 24 hours on 16 Oct I got my problem still remaining, when i called customer care from my number they were busy, when I called from my friend's number from which I called on 15 Oct customer care was again too busy, and when I called from a third number again surprisingly the busiest customer care became free, they received in few rings i again told my all story of last 4 days he told me that he has logged my complain and it will be solved in another 24 hour I asked him to connect to his team leader, then team leader Mr Salman came on line I told him all my problems they checked my recharge and balance history and agreed with my complain and told me very smartly that I have to change my phone settings as per their instructions I did change in settings now they told me to switch off my phone and turn it on after few minutes .I believed on him and told me to return my deducted balance, he told me that this problem occured due to failure in my part I tried to convince him that this was not my fault but he was not ready to accept their fault.Further I thanked him for solving my problem and cut the call.after some minutes I switched on my phone and used internet, I found that despite the help of a technically smart team leader like Mr Salman sir, my balance was still deducting I again called customer care and told him to connect to his team leader Mr Salman he took my call on hold and after few minutes told me that Salman sir went for dinner and no team leader present there then i told all my problems to the person and asked for any solution he told me that he will log my complain, after few minutes conversation he told me that he is connecting me to team leader Mr Salman, the ring started after few minutes my call was received but he was not speaking anything, I was able to hear some sound from that side but nobody spoke anything, I was holding that call for approx 20 minutes, they didn't respond, but they were very professional about disconnecting call, I had to disconnect the call.Now they are too busy for taking my call from all three used phones, AIRCEL HAVE CHEATED ME, I LOST MY approx 290 rupees, AND HARASSING ME FROM 12 OCT TILL NOW. NOW I WANT COMPENSATION FROM AIRCEL FOR MAKING ME FOOL AND HARASSING ME MENTALLY
