My mobile no is [protected] & my name is niranjan malu. I am always face problem about balance deduction without any reason. I have recharge 177 which is 1 gb 3g net pack on 04.10.15. On 14.10.15 my rs 200/- main balance deducted suddenly. When i contact costumer care, they told u have used internet so rs 200/- has deducted. Wrongly charged for 3G even though I have net pack

I was charged with 91 rupees for using 3G when I have net pack with 735Mb fast 3G still unused. This has happened to me several times and I am really disappointed with them for not looking into it. Please refund me all the money and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else....

Fake online recharge

I recharged Rs. 135 on my aircel number [protected] at 6.54 PM from net. My Txn No. is WBR[protected] .The aircel website showed me that I would receive it as my talktime. But the message I received on my mobile says that I received MRP 135 and P.F. Balance is 118.42 INR. I wonder if any worse incident of cheating a customer can happen. I was not told before recharge that i would receive it in PF Balance. I want to know what is PF Balance?...

Regular deduction of balance by 3 rupees

When I give a complain, you say that some wap download on your mobile so balance deducted and I will stop this service now. Your customer representative is not listening for this problem. Wrongly charging for data usage
