This is Joe. My no. is [protected]. I'm not satisfied with the resolution. This was Aircel's fault. Rs.150 has been deducted from my A/c balance on 06/10/2015 around 12:35am. TRAI is very strict On Activation of VAS Without Subscriber Consent since February 2011. I have used the internet when money was deducted from my no. Pop Up window was automatically generated from Aircel's side. It was their fault(fraudulent). I want my money back. I've been using Aircel for 7+ years. They are not at all loyal to me. For past 5+ years I have lost more than Rs.2000 from Aircel. Such a good operator they are... Hats Off for their valuable service. Finally I want my Rs.150 back within 4 days. Though I have officially complained to ([protected]@aircel.co.in), they haven't resolved my issue. I also asked for Nodal and Appellate officer details, but they didn't provide me.

    I am very close to aircel past 3yersly. I would like to inform that without my knowledge many times deducted my amount regarding this i reported to aircel twice. again today deducted my 35rs. I need my money back otherwise i m going to port the sim soon... Please take immediate action..

      Hi I am Anish and my mobile number [protected] I am a Aircel costumer, Recently I have recieved my bill of 8000 Rs stating that I have used WAP, but I have already recharged with Unlimited 3g data, but without my knowledge the 3G data was removed and data usage was included in WAP and the bill was 8000, I have raised complaints in Aircel but nothing seems to be solved, I have waited for almost 2 months but still the issue is not solved, now my incoming and outgoing calls are barred, I cant use this number as this number is very important for all my business purpose, all my businesses blocked due to this I am facing heavy loss.

        My mobile no is [protected] & my name is Niranjan Malu. I am always face problem about balance deduction without any reason. I have recharge 177 which is 1 gb 3g net pack on 04.10.15. On 14.10.15 My Rs 200/- main balance has deducted suddenly. When I contact costumer care, they told u have used internet so Rs 200/- has deducted. I also ask please tell me about consumption of 1 gb of net pack from 04 to 14 october'2015 but I could not get any satisfactory answer. Another problem is there is no notification about net balance . When I used number *126*6# to know net balance it only show "MMI complete".So kindly solve my matter and return my balance. I never want to stay with aircel.

          Dear Niranjan,

          We have verified your account details and found that the amount was deducted from your account were towards data (GPRS) usage. Since you have used data post consumption of the limited data quota, it was charged as per default tariff plan @10p/10kb and subsequently the amount was deducted from your main account and there was no wrong charging from your account. We regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

              My 79 rs. deducted . i am tried to connect with customer care more then 100 times. but customer care all time all day told me that due to heavy call we r not connect ur call with customer care executive.(something like this) i also send mail to karnatka aircel.. but problem is not solved. aircel no.                 Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They are activating services on basis of my account balance...sometimes 30, 25, 20.. Today I ve only 24 rs in my acc. so they activated 20 Rs services.. See How much They are cheaters.. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. on 2nd oct, I faced issue like Pocket store activation for Rs 25/-.and I called customer care executive. But they didn't pick my call. I waited 1 hour in queue. What should I do? Should I give mercy to myself..because now I am fed up. Pls give me mercy..I can't stay in like world..wer cheaters only..Pls Pls Pls...want to die..due to aircel.. I will suicide due aircel cheatness...

                I didn't get refund at all. Even You guys deducting money like any thing. what the hell.

                  I already complain about deducting the account balance on 10-oct-2015, its reference number is 1-[protected], they said that you will get the amount by 13-oct-2015 but they failed to do so, again called them on 13-oct, they said it will take 24 hours. It is not the end of it again they deduct my amount without any information, One of their executive said that she will transfer my call to another one, but no response from their end. She who said transfer my call is irresponsible and worst executive after that when ever I am trying to call customer care it show busy lines, all executives are busy do not know what they are doing.

                      I was charged with 91 rupees for using 3G when I have net pack with 735Mb fast 3G still unused. This has happened to me several times and I am really disappointed with them for not looking into it. Please refund me all the money and make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

                          I recharged Rs. 135 on my aircel number [protected] at 6.54 PM from net. My Txn No. is WBR[protected] .The aircel website showed me that I would receive it as my talktime. But the message I received on my mobile says that I received MRP 135 and P.F. Balance is 118.42 INR. I wonder if any worse incident of cheating a customer can happen. I was not told before recharge that i would receive it in PF Balance. I want to know what is PF Balance? Is it any different from Main Balance? Why didn't I receive it as Talktime? Is there any short validity of PF Balance, than normal Balance? If so, I want it to be transfered to the main balance at once. Arunava Samajpati

                                  Sir I'm an Aircel prepaid costumer And my balance is daily decreasing 3rupees per day When I complained this to costumer care they talk carelessly and say money won't be deducted from tomorrow but it will be deduced the next day so please inform the concerned authority and refund my 30rupees My number is [protected]

                                  We would like to inform you that we have Checked and found balance depleted for CRICKETCL Service and charged Rs.11/-. Service activated through SMS on 42289 . Waiver posted for Rs. 11/- as one time good will gesture. And service deactivated.

                                    Respected sir, I have bought a new aircel sim card recently but it is still not activated...All the required documents are submitted...ph no is [protected]...and sim no is[protected]... Thank you... (P.S- First when we submitted the documents they said that the no.of sims limit was over...then we submitted my mother's [named Somali Neogi] document for the sim on saturday 10.10.15)

                                      With due respect i would like to state the following few lines. I am an aircel user for past 5-6 years. My current no is [protected]. The company is deducting my main balance consecutively ever since i use the server! And on enquire either one or other vas services are always found activated on my no without any prior notifications or confirmation, via chargeable link and so on! I request the company to kindly stop exploiting the customers! Why is the chargeable links placed everywhere and if so why isn't there any confirmation before activating such useless services on any nos.?? I am fed up of calling 198 where there is no positive responds and action! I want my 15 Rs(main bal) deducted on 12th Oct 2015 to be refund at the earliest and my number to be exempt from all the vas and any other services! Lastly but not the least, there are many other companies who assure to be better than aircel! Thanking you! [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Wow! Such an assuring responds and another deduction even before a couple of days!
                                      Is this how you resolve the complains?? Or is it the way company pays for feedback??Today at around 10:03 pm(13 oct 2015) I received a message stating 'thanks for using aircel service' and later i found my main balance being deducted without even notifying why??
                                      Goodbye Aircel, i am applying for another server(sim) which is in process. I wish i could dump this sim by now but unfortunately i have no choice but to wait for the delivery of the other i have applied! Just few more days to go!

                                      Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs.15/- as download fee for HUNGAMA from HUNGAMA on 12/10/2015 at 19:03:12 downloaded through WAP which is a onetime chargeable downloading content. Since it is a downloaded VAS the same is not required for deactivation.
                                      As service gesture and in our efforts to live up to our customer’s expectations we will be crediting the total amount of the above said charges to your main account within the next 24 working hours.

                                        My Aircel No. [protected]. You are repeatedly deduct my balance automatically. You are not taking any action for this problem. When I give a complain, you say that some wap download on your mobile so balance deducted and I will stop this service now. Your customer representative is not listening for this problem. Hence again I request you to solve my problem & give my balance otherwise I will stop this service.

                                        The balance of my Aircel No.[protected] has been deducted repeatedly. After many of time given complaint, Aircel have not solve my problem. 3 Times you have deducted my balance & credited after given complaints. But below the balance has been deducted but Aircel have no response.

                                        4th time balance debited Rs.50/- (Approx Date.[protected] to[protected]
                                        5th time balance debited Rs.30/-(Approx Date.[protected] to[protected]
                                        6th time balance debited Rs.30/-(Actual Date.[protected]

                                        Above information are on my knowledge. After that I don't check my balance regularly. So, additional balance may be debited which is not on my knowledge.

                                        Hence, you are requested to take necessary action against Airecl.

                                        We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th Oct 2015 a content service "MOC1" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Further considering your request and as a service gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an adjustment of Rs.30/- which will be credited to your account within next 24 hrs.
