On 10th of October in the evening i recharged my Phone : [protected] with internet pack (3G) Rs 198 and within 12 th October early morning my net balance of 1.2GB is gone, including 30 Rs from my main balance. I checked my phone's data usage and saw i used no more than 400 MB of data since my internet recharge. Anyways since i did not have any money in my main balance i recharged my phone with Rs 30 around 10.30am and by the time i reached office that balance was gone aswell. This is a complete ripoff from Aircel and i want a complete detail of how much data i hav actually used in 2 days and why they cut balance off my main account. I have decided to quit Aircel as my data and telecom provider.

Post system check it has been found that your balance Rs. 75.60 /- got deducted on 10/10/2015 due to data usage of 30.1269 MB of Data after consumption of the free data. Hence, you are not eligible for refund.

      Dear Aircel I am facing worst experience with aircel service after converting from Airtel to Aircel the number is [protected]. I am not getting Incoming calls and able to call out going .The same Sim card i inserted in another handset still no use any other sim cards are working fine in my handset. If my problem is not going to resolve ASAP i will use out going as much as i can but i am not going to pay single paisa. Alternate number :-[protected]

        I have not used any internet data usage on Aircel network but still they are not reverting back me the money. I have shared the photo of my cellular data usage which showing as 0 KB data usage. Same time I asked provide some relevant evidence so that I can believe them. Now this year sep 26 came to Hyderabad from that day onwards they often send msg that all incoming call free and outgoing call only will be charged at 60 pause per minute and local SMS and other 25 and38 pause per SMS but they deducted 1.rupees per call and incoming calls are deducted with out informed manner please kindly resolve this problem

            My mobile number 09/October/2015 by the message of the notice given 60 days at 26 rupees to recharge the call 25/p rate will pay for all local mobile number and the expiration date of 11 / Oct / 2015 when I mentioned 10/Oct / 2015 I got charged for 14 days but I have the advantage!

                Sir, this is to complain you about my main account balance cut unnecessarily from your side on 5 th of Oct. 2015. The balance cut amounted to 36 rupees which was only the amount remaining at that particular time. I was annoyed to see that I have been charged for modal video club, which in due course I haven't opted for. My Complaint no is[protected].And my contact no. Is [protected] . I hv also got a message in which I was informed that my case has been resolved on 6th Oct and money shall be reverted till 8th of Oct 2015. Bt I am sorry to say that aircel did nt refund. Just a fake message. Many a times I had conversations with executives. Bt frustratingly they did not satisfy me. At last what all I can do is just migrate to another better choice over aircel, if the refund is not done. Ridiculous!

                    I m using AIRCEL POSTPAID. My number is [protected]. To day I have got message saying that you have been charged ₹99 for game club. I did not click anything. When I go for aircel show room they simply saying that we have to pay money. Why you people are charging us indirectly. This is the 5th month I have been charged like this. Nobody is there to help me out. I m paying unnecessary for every month and I am stopping everything but still its getting activated, I M Planning to block my postpaid number

                        Today i received a message on my aircel no-[protected] stating that if i did a recharge of 50 i would receive 50TT+ some benefits but on recharging(TXN N0-KAR[protected] i received only 40.86TT without any benefits. when i tried complaining the customer care representative told that i should have confirmed before recharging and disconnected the call.

                            Hi, On 5-10-15, I got a call from aircel customer, I just pick the call, my 30 rupees balance deducted, and I received a msg as thanks for subscribing joke pack. I have not activated any pack, for picking the call my 30 rupees deducted, 3 times I called to customer care, they told within 24 hours amount will be refunded, but till today[protected], I have not received my deducted amount.                               My phone no is [protected] and my balance was ₹11 today morning. I complained about unnecessary balance cuts from Aircel last week. That complaint got resolved but this week they started there old method of cutting my balance. This time Aircel has service like honeymoon destinations on my no [protected] on 10/10/2015. I am a student why I want a pack like honeymoon destinations. I even don't know such a pack exits. Please stop this unnecessary activation of facts and refund my balance.

                                I am having a aircel number above 5 years. I have already activated DND service. 10 october 2015woihout my knowledge the company activated fun tv. Since I never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account.                                   Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Raj Kumar Mosha, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], Aircel further Deducted Rs. 5. On 10.10.2015 when I am checking balance then saw my Rs 5 balance has been deducted. I am facing this problem from last 3 months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. If call to aircel customer care but no response from Aircel representative. As Such Your Honour is Requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest. An early action in this regret highly appreciated. Thanking You.

                                    I have been using Aircel Sim card for my 3G ZTE dongle for more than a year. But recently I have observed that the connection gets disconnected after every 15 to 20 MB of download / upload. Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest else I would be compelled to escalate the matter to higher forums. I usually recharge for the 693 3 recharge vouchers available online.                                       Sir my name is raju kumar 5 days before my 100 rs deduct without any reason i called 5 times in call center excutive always said to me server is not working so i m unable to see ur dducted money sir i didnt activate any services i dont know why my money was deduct my number is [protected] so plzzzz sir resolve my problem no body help me today also i called to costomer care but number is not conected

                                        Its very bad to tell that Aircel do not provide the best to their customers as compared to other networks. I've been using aircel network for a year and suddenly by outgoing call have been barred and unable to call any other number except customer care. I tried calling on 121 and got no positive or helpful response. They had a raised a compalint regarding the issue and sent a message like the problem get resolve in 4 days. What??? 4 Days. Are those aircel guys freaking mad??? They want me to wait for 4 days...The complaint number is [protected]...Need a take a action...
