On 04/10/2015 i.E sunday the subscriber was deducted from my mobile account balance (mob no : +91 [protected]) rs 49/- (forty nine only). Which one was received via message at 16:21 on the same day. The message was displayed " "" thanks for subscribing to aircel "chroam49", offer benefits will be provided shortly. After i saw the message i was called the toll free no 198 regarding for this deduction. But he (aircel executive) told we are not have any update regarding this you will call after 2 or 4 hours. I was received the message at 18:41 hrs " dear customer your service request number 1-[protected] has been registered with us and will be processed by 06/10/2015. After my above said enquiry my call also barred to ""198"" toll free number i was try to contact the customer care executive the call was not forward and disconnect automatically. On 06/10/2015 evening 05:40:33 pm i was approach the aircel store which was situated in p.H. Road, chennai. I was take the pass and my pass no is ""0250"". After a long wait my turn was come, i was called from the counter no : 2 and the executive name was mr ""manileelan.S"". I explained my problem and my struggles which was i faced & i asked to him why my call barred. He told this is ""trai"" rule if you have a prepaid customer you can't call many times to ""198"", i explained to him i was called only 2 times for the single day another calls are not connected. And then i asked to him where is the guide line for the prepaid customer. If the guideline issued from ""trai"" why you are not informed to the customer this is your responsibility you are not doing your duty. Almost he was tacked "roughly"" i cant help to you and no money refundable to you. Then i told to them ok then i will lodge a complaint against this matter. He told cores of complaints are lodging daily no action taken your complaint. You can go now. Sir this not the method, my money was deducted from my account without my prior permission or intimation and i was struggle, waste of time, irritate, shamed in front of public. """ this is not my rights""" ????????????

    Dear Sir, Sunday morning i have above 200mb data and Rs.99/- in main account. I used net morning just 10 To 15mins. I didnt download and update anything. But i got message used 10mb and balance 0mb and call cost is Rs.97/-. I have deducted my data and amount wrongly. I lost My 200mb 3g data and my account balance Rs.97/- wrongly.       I usually get unnecessary messages of service activation of those services whose names I don't know at all. My number is [protected]. I recharged my account today (05/10/2015) for 10₹ which gave me a balance of ₹7.48 and I lost the complete ammount. I am a customer with Aircel for 2 years now and I still get unnecessary activation and deduction. When I contact the customer care they say that no service are active but when I Recharge the balance is deducted. I request Aircel to stop this and kindly credit my ammount back.

                First of all aircel is like a kutte ki dum(dogs tail) company. It can never go straight. You bang your head but they won't listen. They are cheap liars. Everytime I call someone I get to listen 5 7 seconds offers which I don't want to listen. As simple as that. But they are extending this since month. The internet peace j activated isn't working. But you know when someone sells their shame they don't bother about anything. That's aircel. They don't have any shame customer respect nothing. I'll complain again if issue doesn't get resolved. I don't want to listen to ads after calling anyone. And yes when you talk about this in customer care they'll tell they can't do any thing about the ads. But this is a lie. They've stopped the ads before again they've started . My mobile no is [protected]. Mumbai.

                        Dear Sir, Respectfully say that i recharge on my mobile number [protected] dated 01.10.2015 of 56 rupees for unlimited Aircel to Aircel calls. Recharge successful message is come on my mobile number and 56 rupees also deducted from my bank account . I call on Aircel customer care number on 01.10.2015 but they say that by technical issue we able your aircel to aircel call free after 2 P.M. dated 02.10.2015. but no recharge is done . then i call 03.10.2015 on Aircel your customer support executive they reply that due to technical issue we cant able to process your request of 56 rupees till night. I have all recordings chat with your customer support executive I am sorry to say that i cant found my 56 rupees for unlimited Aircel to Aircel calls and no money refund till date I want to inform you that I have registered Online Complain against that on consumer conexion (Jago Grahak Jago). Two weeks before Videos Talkies service for Rs 30 was activated without my knowledge. This is the cheap way of cheating customer.                               Hi..I hope from here I should get justice. I am using aircel from last 7 months. Phone no:- [protected] My concern is, from last two months I am facing problem like balance deduction without doing anything. They activated services like TINY TV for 30 RS. on regular interval without involving me. When I called to customer care, they told it's our fault..we"ll give you refund.Not am issue. But all time I ve call them and after scolding them they agreed to give refund. on 2nd oct, I faced issue like Pocket store activation for Rs 25/-.and I called customer care executive. But they didn't pick my call. I waited 1 hour in queue. What should I do? Should I give mercy to myself..because now I am fed up.

                                I got msg 1gb net at rs-91.after recharging i got only 500mb net.i call to care to solve my problem they told u call after 24 hour at the time of recharge, i do same.but 2nd time they told there is no such type of offer for u.then i told him if i have no offer like this then how u msg me like this.i tell him if i got msg then u have to do(1gb Net).

                                  I am a aircel customer... i recharge for 64... normally 64 recharge is 1gb 3g night pack... but aircel giving 35/month... the aircel company is fraud company...so don't use this.. (thay are not mention for activate main balance only in 64)... vrry very worst company... fraud company... don't use this...

                                      Sir, I am your regular consumer of Aircel GSM Mob [protected]. On Oct/03 recd msg to dial***to get free Rs 30. Dialed to see what is offer but balance deducted Rs 30. Again received message to dial the offer same amount again deducted. So Rs 60 has been deducted without receiving any service. Kindly refund my balance to continue with Aircel. Thanks.

                                        Hello team, My number is [protected]. Aircel has been going around and deducting all my balance telling me that my network latched onto other service provider while on roaming and that I should avoid that. My network mode is always set on manual and till now from 25th of Sept it has deducted over 85+15+80 rs from my main balance. I am at my wits end. I have always manually selected Aircel for my network and when there's no network it says 'emergency calls only'. My number [protected] has been rc with net pack 275rs and it has no roaming charges. But Aircel cheated me and deducted over 180rs from main balance. Please advise as what I should do. This isn't a joke anymore. They are lying to me constantly. Like the screenshot it always said Aircel, Aircel (Vodafone), Aircel( Reliance). And there were no charges. It kept deducting randomly. Today it deducted over 100rs saying the data charges are this and this. Please help. Samyukta Basu

                                        Post system check it has been found that your balance of Rs.170.40 /- got deducted on 25/9/2015 due to data usage while you was latched to other network in roaming. Hence, not eligible for refund.

                                        Another lie. 170 rs was never deducted on 25th Sept. 85rs was deducted on 25th Sept and 80+15rs was deducted on 3rd of October 2015. How many more lies would you tell?? Stop saying it's a system check up to justify your lies. Aircel is not just a cheat but also a liar. Return my money.

                                        Here is how I know you are lying from the start.

                                        Day : 25th Sept - Blnc deducted Rs85. My remaining bnc was 120+ something. I complained and got the reply from Aircel on 30th Sept saying that their "post system check up" said that rs 85 was deducted while I was latched onto another network which is again a lie since my phone was on manual mode. You think you would use words like "post system check up" and people will be fooled. Here's why we won't since you made the mistake of posting a completely contradicting statement after my 2nd complaint.

                                        Day 3rd Oct : Blnc deducted Rs15+Rs80. This time I was so terrified I kept taking snapshots of my network just to keep the proof that my network did not latch onto any other network. It was always Aircel as I've chosen manually. I posted those pics along with my complaint and got the 2nd response on 7th Oct saying 170rs was deducted on 25th Sept as it latched onto another network.
                                        Hahahahahahahahahahaha.
                                        Seriously? Are you people stupid? Or you just think foolish customers ain't even gonna notice and you would do as you please? I went through all the complaints against aircel in here, on Facebook - aircel India and all of them were the same "money deducted/aircel fraud against customers" sort of messages. People using Aircel warning others again and again not to use this pathetic service not only cuz of their bad service but they are now lying and cheating people too. The customer care never picks up the call and forget getting any solution from them. Stop doing this.
