I am not request any aircel services but automatically aircel activated some services and debited my account Balance. And I couldn't reach the customer care in this time customer care under out of service. Just now they debited 35₹ for renewal but I am not request the renewal. Aircel makes me over hurt. I need my cash back in my account.

    Sir, in my mobile no. [protected], my balance has been deducted for the services not used by me. the total amount of balance deducted is about rs. 70, 58, 50, 20 i never accept any type of services. still balance has been deduct rs, 50 has been deducted on 8/10/2015 for unknown reason please solve the issue and revert my amount into my balance... When I call a customer care representative they told me that they have no update every time and their behaviour is very faltu

        Hello sir, My aircel number is [protected], And I have just recharged today for rs 209 = full talk + 209mb data, Transaction No. CHR[protected], I have got the data in my balance but the talk time gone to special account balance which is only for thirty days validity also I can't use that amount to get internet data through ussd code except to make any calls before thirty days, I can only call when I need to call someone, I can not make calls for Aircel's set time period, It's foolishness, And I have called the customer care but they refused to help me, I want my balance to be transferred into my main account, Aircel haven't explained clearly in their website about this recharge, It simply said that 209rs full talk time + 209 mb data, No one will recharge for 209rs for the validity of only thirty days, Aircel cleverly cheating in this vise, They proving that they are also robbers like Reliance who deducts money and internet data without any consumption by the customers... So please someone who are in authority help and take action against this cheaters and robbers.

          My no is [protected]. For GLAMOUR ZONE 35.my 35rs were deducted for 7 days. For VIDEO TALKIES 3 15rs wer deducted for 15days. I didn't subscribe for any of these. My balance prior to deduction was 104rs.Which became 54 after d deduction. kindly check into d matter n unsubscribe me n refund d amount.

          As per your complaint Rs 50/- already refunded on 10th Oct'15 towards deduction on 9th Oct'15 post which closing balance was Rs 97.27/- and deactivated the VAS services as well.

            Just few hours back i complained and again the same thing happened just now. My Aircel mobile number is [protected]. Aircel today (8/10/2015) during the day time deducted 75 rupees from my balance in the excuse of Mobile Academy Monthly service. Now in the evening Aircel again deduct 14 rupees of my remaining balance in the excuse of Comedy King service. Both of the subscription made without my permission and knowledge. I just recharged yesterday. And now my balance is zero. Aircel are you kidding me? Is this a prank? Seriously very disappointed with your service. You dont respect the sentiments of common people. Our hard earned money is your source of fraud income. Shame on you aircel. You lost yourself a loyal customer. Thumbs down.

            We would like to inform you that an amount of Rs.75/- was deducted on 08/10/2015 for MOBAC30 from TECHZONE with CG23102151008164723791084, again on the same day an amount of Rs.14/- was deducted due to activation of COMEDYK from TECHZONE with CG ID CG 1172151006181622118587, the services were activated after getting confirmation from your end. However we have processed for waiver of amount Rs.89/- and the same will reflect in your account with 48 hours. Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable, to stop this type of charging.

              It has been 3rd time was that my balance was deducted .now it is enough thats why im complaining.today 8.10.15 at 7:32 am a msg came to my phone .thank you for chosing model video club at 9.0.you have been charged INR 9.0 for 3.at that time i was sleeping .i want my deducted balance other wise i will appeal in court against aircel .or i will change the the network.dont test my patience please take some action

                        My number is [protected]..am using 2gb net 3g data..while browsing there are some ads..or webpages which when accidentally touched..they are deducting from main balance even without my confirmation...this is really cheating...i had undergone this more than 20 times..if i call customer care they ll refund..if i go unnoticed..loss is on my side...who are you to take amount from my balance without my confirmation...if it occurs like this one more time..i ll surely port to someothet network...stop cheating people like this..learn to earn in proper way..cheaters..

                            This mobile network provider should be shut down by the government right now. They charge money as and when they feel like as if we are here to pay there expenses since they are already a flop company. They create problems and solve at a rate we all can well see in the consumer forum. My problem is same as the others. 35 rs being deducted from balance for some service. I am thinking of going up and revealing with screenshots about this mobile network providing on the social networking site so that people are not fooled anymore.
                            And the behaviour of there staff (So called customer care executive) god knows who gave them a job who don't even know how to behave with the customers. Some of them use slangs in different languages when they are unable to solve the problem. Aircel it's time you shut down the services. Sim discarded!!!

                            Aircel is becoming the worst. There is no way to contact a customer care person. Only unwanted options they keep playing. Its so irritation contacting them. They dont give a option to talk to them.

                            For every call they first play their ad voice over .. Think of the situation when its emergency. Recently a call came to my phone from [protected]. And i lost a balance over Rs 200. Whom to complaint? AIRCEL: are you listening atleast?

                              Hi this is S.Ajaz Ali, And from a period of time I'm complaining about the network provider charging amount for unnecessary things, while browsing it shows some nude pics and takes to their own website always, there is no need of seeing such website, when cancel the web site they Send and to click link given, I just deleted the link by myself and moved to some other stuff, but still they charge 35 rs for some astrology subscription. Please take the complaint in serious and take action.

                                Hi, Need to disconnect aircel postpaid connection. Not in a condition to visit the Aircel store in Bangalore.                                   Sir, I am fed up with the aircel they charging for unknown apps they activated frequently. They were not refunding too. I have registered in not to receive any calls from business sites. They were frequently taking charges without intimation. during searching in mobile browser some ad were shown below. if we didn't want that add to they activated without any message that whether you were liking to subscribe or not. without my permission they activated and deduct my balance. This is most frequent to me. The didn't compliant about service. But how they activate without getting confirm from us. In online if we search for top up whether they activate without getting conformation very annoying. I have lost several hundred rupees i have complained lots of time why activating i dont want any such application. But they keep on deducting money. What right they have to deduct without my permission

                                    Hello, I am venkat, I have charged 30 rupee every week for VAS service without my permission. When I called customer care representative say iI clicked chergable link when I browse which I never faced while using Airtel or docomo. Til now was charged 150rupee from my main balance without my confirmation.

                                      I'm Monabbar Hossain, living at Itahar, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
                                      I use a Aircel connection having mobile number [protected].But Aircel
                                      make my life miserable, by deducting my bal balance unreasonaly many times.
                                      It had been good for last three month.But on 05/10/15 they again deduct
                                      rs 63.15.On 05/10/15 around 9pm I have rs 4.27 bal, then I recharged rs 60 and instantlyreceived a messege ;" Your Rechare of rs 60 is sucessful and talktime rs 59 has beencredited. Your current bal is rs 63.27". But after 5 mins, when I checked my bal, it is only rs 0.12 while in meantime I didnt use anything. Then immediately i call 198 around 9.15 pm to 10 pm, but they responded that
                                      your transaction is not updated to the system and asked me to call after 2hrs. Then I didnot call that night anymore.On the next day(i.e. yesterday)
                                      I again called 198, but after press all the option when the call is about to connect to the customer care executive, I hear the a voice from system:

                                      "We are transferring your call to our cutomer care respresntatives.
                                      this call may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
                                      Sorry you are experiancing a heavy traffic. please call later" and immediately the call is dropped.

                                      Then I have tried more than 40 times between 12 noon to 11.30 pm, of which I recorded more than 30 times. But every time in the same my call is disconnected. Finally I am unable to contact the custpmer care executives.

                                      This happens to me several times before also. Once in the past, they deducted my balance. After 5 hrs continuous try, I was able to connect the customer care executive. When I mentioned this her(the representative),
                                      she replied that you are very lucky, some cannot connect us for week.
                                      I was totally schocked. What kind of arrogant behaviour.

                                      What kind of service these telephone operator provides us.
                                      Please help me. I'm a student and do not have money to sue them.
                                      Do our government have any responsibility for their citizen and protect us from these thugs. Is TRAI sleeping ?
