Was deducted 29 ₹ from my a/c on 27/09/2015 I was calling to customer care they are unable to help me they say call after 4 hours, then after I will call on evening ur representative ensure me toh refund my balance with in 24 hours but I don't get any refund till now, I will call again customer care they say call after 4 hours, still they not able to help me, and one more problem here there is no services from you on 3g network, I will recharge for 3g but its not working so if you cant provided services then why don't you close your company, why you people make chutiya to your customers, here is a complaint of me plz solve it and refund my balance and reply me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com or my no [protected], if you are still not able to help me then also told me, further I m complaint to TRAI or consumer court if you are not able to help, kindly reply me
