Was deducted 29 ₹ from my a/c on 27/09/2015 I was calling to customer care they are unable to help me they say call after 4 hours, then after I will call on evening ur representative ensure me toh refund my balance with in 24 hours but I don't get any refund till now, I will call again customer care they say call after 4 hours, still they not able to help me, and one more problem here there is no services from you on 3g network, I will recharge for 3g but its not working so if you cant provided services then why don't you close your company, why you people make chutiya to your customers, here is a complaint of me plz solve it and refund my balance and reply me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com or my no [protected], if you are still not able to help me then also told me, further I m complaint to TRAI or consumer court if you are not able to help, kindly reply me

    Dear sir Non stop music service is automatically activated on my number of Aircel [protected] and deducted my balance of 22 rupees .when i try to call Customer Care it not get connected. please refund my balance. I am very angree on your service.

      Sir I am Mayuresh Gupta. My Aircel Mob No. is [protected]. Aircel company unnecessary and without any subscribtion deduct balance from my Mobile. After lots of call in customer care of aircell & enormous ignorance of them makes my hand to break this bloody sim card but after some one's reference i am complaining in this website. In the month of may or june they cut my bal. 25*3=75 and they said that there is a service activated in my mobile. & I even dont get any messages by company that i activated this service. And again now they cut my balance on 21 sept. and today i.e. 29 sept. rs. 25 & 15 respectively. I see when i recharge with higher amount like Rs.60 they start to cut my balance. I just want refund my unnecessary deducted balance.

            Hi Aircel Owner & Management Team, Complaint # 1-[protected] complaint # 1-[protected] Complaint # 1-[protected] This is a new complaint against call centre's irresponsible behaviour. There are couple of complaints raised by me on 31/08/2015 mentioned above which were are yet not been resolved. I have been following up with call center since last one month for resolution. My bill dated 27/08/15 went wrong due to a person in call centre called Pankaj. After that I continuously followed up on 121 for 26 times and talked to almost all call handling executives and 3 seniors named Ravi, Simran & Deepak; all of these assured me that complaint will get resolved in 24, 36, 36 hours after 7 days SLA lapsed, but nothing happened and my next bill dated 27/09/15 also went wrong. Since last one month my incoming and outgoing are stopped and now my call on 121 is not being responded. A frustrated Aircel Customer waiting for bill correction resumption of services Sunil

              My Mobile#[protected]; Today (09/28/15) i have received a SMS where Rs.10 Charged for Pocket Internet. How this possible where I am using Nokia 105. This is not happen with me, its happen with some of my other friends. They are making money with Unauthorized amount deducting from customer main balance. I request to Aircel do the true and fair business, don't feel your pocket with black money.

                    We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 26th Sep 2015 a content service "CRBT" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs.30/- was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. I had cancelled it in the month of May, 2015 paying all the dues as full & final and now i got to know that i have received a legal notice for not paying monthly bills after the cancellation. Now i'm in Dubai working from couple of months and looking for an advise how to deal with this issue. Now i even do not have any documents of cancellation of that number. Really disappointed with the bad service of Aircel and on top of that though i cancelled the Sim i got this legal notice and now i'm looking for help in dealing with this. kindly take this complaint and resolve this issue.                               As you claims to have given post to pre migration request around May but was not processed but has received bills for the same and now receiving legal calls.You have received bills for Rs.546/- towards non usage rental and LPC’s in the bills dated 26/6 & 26/7. Approval has been received to post the reversals manually to nullify the outstanding.

                                My aircel no. is [protected]. I am based in Maud Tea Estate, P.O. Chabua, District Dibrugarh, Assam. The problem is the Aircel network is very erratic. One moment there is full network and in an instant there is no network. Call drops are also very frquent. Calls to company representative has not yielded result.

                                    Sir, I have been using Aircel for a long time now. I felt their internet rates are very competitive and ported another number from Reliance to Aircel mainly for high speed internet usage. All was good for a few months until Sep 2015, where in my balance has been deducted 2 times already for no apparent reason. On both instances, i have called their VAS portal 155223 beforehand and confirmed there is no VAS service active. On calling the Customer Care, i am told that apparently, there is a VAS service activated on my phone somehow which may be caused due to internet usage. (I am pretty sure i use the internet the same way i have always used and no one else uses it except me). Also, i never receive an sms about anything unusal and i found it by manually checking my balance. Aircel had been kind enough to address my concern and refund it last time. This time i was told that if the service is renewed again, i would not get a refund and i need to stop it using the VAS portal. How the hell am i supposed to stop something which isn't there? The deduction of 30rs is not the issue of concern here. I feel cheated and find this a harassment of my time, mind and value of money. I know this is intentional looting of money through whatever scheme they are playing and i would very much like this to stop once and for all. I am considering porting back to some reputed mobile service provider if this issue arises again. I am attaching the screen shot of my service requests. Please do the needful of registering my complaint and getting this issue sorted out. Thank you! P.S the internet speed is pathetic too. It took me numerous tries on 3g to get this msg out. Even 2g on Airtel or Vodafone is faster than Aircel 3g these days. Regards, Sahil Gyan
