I using aircel sim([protected]) since june 2015, last september Rs 30 automatically deduct from my sim, I called customer care executive but neither he replied nor my balance return bak, then yesterday 02.10.2015 again Rs 30 deduct( subscribing to IPlay), then today 03.10.2015 repeatedly deduct Rs 30 ( subscription of missed call alert) when I have choose not any option then how deduct my balnce, I called customer care executive she (Sweta) replied call after four hours, I am a member of Paramilitary force, and no more time to check balance regularly .Now I want to return back my balance ie Rs 30×3= Rs90/- and if no more this type of activities repeat in future then I using Aircel..
