Aircel is not having a tower in ur area, companies like aircel should check for signal issues, can i tell you one thing aircel, just stop taking ads with ms dhoni and concentrate on signal issues...im in chennai, the metropolitan nd i have no signal for aircel here...shame on you!! I have recharged my aircel number (+91 [protected]) with data packe of Rs. 193 on 24/09/2015. Money debited from my account. No recharge was done and No notification on recharge status sent to mobile or mobile. When I called Customer service, They are not even responding to me with proper details....

On 22.07.2015 I have registered a complain about call drop but there is no solution from their side. My complain number is [protected]. I have raise the issue again and again but no response.Finally when I have dropped a mail then they call me for once and after listening the problem they told that they look up the problem but after that no response. Aircel company is becoming an fraudulent Aircel deducting my account balance without my knowledge On 28th sept2015 Aircel fraud activated video talkies without my knowledge when I call to customer care they said you only activated while browsing but the fact is AIRCEL fraud automatically activate pack and deducted amount without subscriber knowledge and they saying amount will be credited to your account but after 2 days they deducted amount...

When I have recharge prepaid card through online bank amount was debited. But in prepaid card amount was not credited. If I contact AIRCEL he lold amount will be refund within 7 working day.
