My Aircel account Balance Deducted - Dear sir, I have very very Bad Experience for using of Aircel company prepaid sim card ([protected]), aircel company is cheater.they have deducted, 6 times 50 ×30×50×50 rupees (approx 150). i have no applied any services or request but aircel automatically deducted 150 rupees deducted from my account on 6 times.i had complaint against same to customer care. they are every time repeated answer or attending call ... your account balance credited 48 Hr.but till date i have no any balance credited my account.

    Sir………………………… My Mobile no is [protected] (Aircel Karnataka) i had 110 rs balance in my account i recharged 64 rs night 1gb 3g pack at 12.10 am through ussd code Present balance was 46 After conformation i started browsing from 12.20 am But i lost my 46 rs as data charge I complained regarding this to aircel coustomer care but they din't took it forward So plz cashback my lost balance of 46rs

      I using aircel sim([protected]) since june 2015, last september Rs 30 automatically deduct from my sim, I called customer care executive but neither he replied nor my balance return bak, then yesterday 02.10.2015 again Rs 30 deduct( subscribing to IPlay), then today 03.10.2015 repeatedly deduct Rs 30 ( subscription of missed call alert) when I have choose not any option then how deduct my balnce, I called customer care executive she (Sweta) replied call after four hours, I am a member of Paramilitary force, and no more time to check balance regularly .Now I want to return back my balance ie Rs 30×3= Rs90/- and if no more this type of activities repeat in future then I using Aircel..

        COMPLAINT Respected sir, Subject: Data balance not came Sir, My name is Md Azeez pasha I am taken Aircel Dongle With SIM no.[protected] (mobile no.[protected]), I am purchased Rs.2000 amout dongle with sim 10 GB Data offer (1st month 5 GB and 2nd, 3rd 4th 5th 6th months each month one GB Data) But I am received 1st month 5 GB Data and 2nd Month 1 GB Data only 3rd month to I am not getting any Data, i am more suffered with the product, here I am warangal aircel care office persons are not given correct answer just said we done mail, company not responded.i request to you please Compensation from the company.

            I purchased a new Aircel sim no. [protected] on 11.08.2015 from a local retailer at IA Market Salt Lake Kolkata. On 15.08.2015 at 10:30 AM I contacted on 59059 for verification. I read out all my information from document ( Voter Card) I submitted. But due to data entry mistake at COMPANY's end I was told that my information was mismatched with their system. I told them to match with the hard copy of document submitted by me. But Company's personnel did not do so & told me that my sim has been blocked: though I am not responsible in any way for the situation. Further they did not return my documents ( copy of Voter Card & Photo) till date & I am afraid that those things may be used for procuring sim in my name.                 I had worked for your centre NIIT Pathanamthitta Centre from September-2013 to August-2014. I would like to bring to your notice. That I was not paid for the last month I had worked (August 30 2014) in that centre. In spite of contacting the branch office through various means. I have not received the requested payment. I therefore would like to inform you that I will be filing a case against NIIT and requesting my payment in addition a compensation for the one year delay.

                  Aircel is not having a tower in ur area, companies like aircel should check for signal issues, can i tell you one thing aircel, just stop taking ads with ms dhoni and concentrate on signal issues...im in chennai, the metropolitan nd i have no signal for aircel here...shame on you!! If this continues we will surely change ur network provider to vodafone or airtel...mind it...

                            I received a message that i have been subscribed to aircel joys deals pack and charged with rs 30 and my balance got debited. i haven't subscribed to any such pack, then why this amount has been charged. and now when i am contacting aircel they are not picking my phone from 2 days, the day when i complained for similiar such deduction of rs 35. The people at aircel gone mad.I just want my balance back in my account as quickly as possible, otherwise i will take further action.Aircel has done it so many times and it is enough.                               On 22.07.2015 I have registered a complain about call drop but there is no solution from their side. My complain number is [protected]. I have raise the issue again and again but no response.Finally when I have dropped a mail then they call me for once and after listening the problem they told that they look up the problem but after that no response. It take near about 75 days I have faced the problem but no solution.

                                Dated[protected],[protected],[protected] my aircel prepaid number [protected] got charged for VAS services. Neither had i requested for the sevices nor did i receive any confirmation call from any aircel customer care centres. Is this a new way of revenue generation by aircel? How is the system designed that before renewing a VAS service, any confirmation is not asked for from customer. Post the balance deduction the customer has been informed that their account has been already been charged!!! Can the company support with data that how it got started? I never made a call, received a call or made requests online for any services that i have been charged for. Moreover the customer care executives are so incapable to handling a customer request. They do not want to escallate the call. They are rude. I spoke to Diptimay Sahoo from Bhubaneswar call centre, and she was absolutely unable to address my concern. Absolutely disappointed with the service.

However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service.                                   Aircel company is becoming an fraudulent Aircel deducting my account balance without my knowledge On 28th sept2015 Aircel fraud activated video talkies without my knowledge when I call to customer care they said you only activated while browsing but the fact is AIRCEL fraud automatically activate pack and deducted amount without subscriber knowledge and they saying amount will be credited to your account but after 2 days they deducted amount with AIRCEL popcorn TV pack that too without my knowledge Why AIRCEL taking this type of business if you chance to meet AIRCEL CEO tell him to get begging in front of any temples and clean shoes to get money Please don't get money by activating AIRCEL pack without our knowledge

                                    When I have recharge prepaid card through online bank amount was debited. But in prepaid card amount was not credited. If I contact AIRCEL he lold amount will be refund within 7 working day. But my problem is, still amount credit I cannot able to speak. Final task is I want to speak. Response also poor.

                                        Dear sir, My name is ganesh. My aircel num is [protected]. After topup my number, Unwanted and not requested vas service activated by aircel and the charge is deducted from my balance. There is no clue how they activate the service. I cant able to speak to customer care also. After activation of video talkies service (amt deducted 30 Rs) I went to aircel service centre to deactivate it. In the same day night time, They activated another service called pocket store (amt ded 25 Rs) i dont have any clue how they r activating these schemes one by one. Its a complete fraud activity. Please read this issue and help.
