    Sir my phone number is [protected] and I'm an aircel prepaid costumer aircel has not yet credited rs.30 in my main account on recharging as said by them And today they have even deducted rs.100 from my main balance unnecessary without my knowledge this is not the first time they are doing this please take steps to resolve the above mentioned

    aircel had sent me a message stating if I recharge for 99rupees I'll get 115rupees I recharged twice after confirmation only but they haven't. Credited 30rupees untill now

      Sir my mobile number is [protected] I've recharged for 99rupees twice I should have got 230rupees as said by the message sent to me but I got only 198rupees And now they have deducted 100rupees from my account unknowingly please take serious action to refund my 130rupees

        Sir, I want to say that my balance has been deducted unnecessarily without any information from my account. My Aircel no. Is [protected]. I was surfing some website. Then suddenly message came "Thank you for choosing this service. Now download unlimited videos for Rs30 for 20 days". Without any prior information and confirmation. Please refund my 30 Rs. I don't want such service.

            Hello team, My number is [protected]. On 10th of Sept and 23rd of Sept 2015 the AIRCEL service has deducted 25+25=50/- worth of balance from my account with a message saying some STORE 25 pack has been activated which I never activated in the first place. Looking at other complaints I understood that I'm not the only one they did this to. The service provider AIRCEL is going around with this scam and deducting balance on account of activating some worthless service packs without our knowledge. Please do something and get us back our money. The lady at the customer care kept on repeating one line : " We understand your problem but the money deducted cannot be given back. " Now, I'm really scared to use aircel. Like they would just go ahead and deduct my money activating anything they want without my approval. Do something to stop this, please. Samyukta Basu

              Dear Sir, I have made a recharge of 63 Rs. on my Aircel no [protected] yesterday around 4 PM but till now it has not activated, after talking to customer care yesterday as well as today regarding the same, they are not providing correct information and divert every time from the point and cut the phone without providing the solution to the problem. Firstly they said that firstly deactivate ypur already activated massage plan and after make the same but no resolve of the problem is there, one said due to technical problem the plan activate after 00.00 hour but no activation is there, even today they said massage pack will activate after 2.00 PM, I request to you please refund my spent amount which spent after the massage pack activation. Why customer be responsible if there is companies fault or technical issue. I hope my problem will resolve as early as possible. Thanks & Regards Mob [protected]

                Aircel is charging for roaming on 3g. They said that I am roaming on vodafone network. The ground situation is that any mobile phone or data card in the world is configured to connect to the best available network. If Aircel does not provide 3g with vodafone, why do they allow to register on the network. Also, there is no warning or information sent to the customer that they should specifically set such things. On their website, they advertise that they provide free roaming on 3g, but later bill you for that. Total case of looting from them. [protected]

                      Dear Sir/Mam, My Aircel No. is [protected] Which Was Lost Then i called to customer care and i request to close my number. After then i went to Aircel office on 12/09/2015 for SIM replacement and i get the new SIM card but that was not activated on time provided by them. Then i again went to Aircel Office and then they said that i should call customer care. When i call on 198 by my other number they told me for wait 24 hours but still my SIM card is not activated. When i call customer care again they cut the call and blocked my No. Now i can't call to Customer Care. So Please Help me . My alternate No. is [protected]. Regards Ankit Agraj

                          Hi, Aircel m a big named in mobile market, deducting amount from current balance from VAS services without requested by customer, i have seen so many times, company deducting amount without noticing the customer . and it is very bad for the customer how they can get back there amount .

                              I was using Aircel 3g internet services on my no. [protected]. on 6th September 2015 i recharged for 3g services but on 10th of September 2015 my internet services stopped without telling me the reason for it. on contacting customer care they did not give satisfactory response and later i lodged a complaint with customer care regarding the same they gave me service reference no. 1-[protected] and was promised that my problem will be resolved upto 21-09-15 and aircel will revert me back on the same day but nothing happened. on night of 21st september on contacting aircel they said my problem will be solved within 4 hours but again nothing happened. on 22nd september 2015 when i again contacted the aircel the representative Mr. Javed starts telling me stories like your complain has not been lodged, you have used your data, our server is slow and so on, and upon contacting the senior Mr. Naseer he admitted that my problem was already registered and i have 3g data balance on my account. but my problem lies still, nothing has been done for the solution of my problem instead gave another service reference no. 1-[protected] but not the solution.

                                  I'm Janhvi Mohanty. My grievance is that I never voluntarily activated the " Masti mall " package on my number and now today that I recharged my numer, Aircel has deducted Rs. 35 for 7 days from my number without prior permission . I demand a refund and a deactivation of the package .

                                  We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 17th Sep 2015 a content service "MASTIMALL" has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 5 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges then on Dt 22-Sep-15 Rs 35 deducted for rental charge for this service . However as per your request the service has been deactivated from your number to avoid further renewal of the service. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.

[protected] ( without any value added service) but your aircel system unfortunately on 22nd September 2015 at about 10.30 am 50% of my balance amount totally wiped out from my account without consumption any service or value added service . As the disappointing technical aircel customer care(198) response on 2nd September 2015 Txn No...ASR[protected]..an amount of Rs.120.00 was recharged in my aircel mobile no. [protected] ( without any value added service) but your aircel system unfortunately on 22nd September 2015 at about 10.30 am 50% of my balance amount totally wiped out from my account without consumption any service or value added service .                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Aircel number [protected] around eight years ago with Life Time Validity when you launched Aircel in Punjab and i am using that number from last 8 years, and for some business reason i was out of country for 3-4 Months and when i returned yesterday and put sim in my cell phone it was showing unregistered, now when i called on my number the person is picking the phone and saying that he has bought this number 25 days ago on Postpaid and asking money to sell back my number to me. Can you Explain this to me how can you just deactivate the number with life time validity and sold to another client? while calling to customer care they told me that number deactivated after 3 months if switched off. but i found on lots of websites that number deactivated after 6 months and even the owner has rights to activate the SIM by paying some fees to reactivate his/her number. So please try to figure out my problem because it is my primary business number and i am loosing money/business for that, otherwise if you can not resolve my issue i will goto Consumer Courts. I hope you will reply me with satisfactory reply.

                                        I had a Aircel Postpaid Connection.
                                        My numer was [protected].
                                        I took this connection when I was in Chennai. I have opted for 199 Rs
                                        plan, with Unlimited 2G and 500 mb 3G internet. For first two months,
                                        I have paid Rs. 223 each (rs. 199 + Tax) which was fine. After that I
                                        moved to Kerala (After april 22, 2014). For the Third month, My mobile bill charged around
                                        500 rs. I didn't get why the Bill amount increased and I have
                                        assumed it is because of Roaming (I have got few incoming calls). I
                                        have contacted customer care for prepaid conversion, but they told it
                                        is possible only after 90 days. So I thought to change to prepaid
                                        after May. made very few calls from aircel number
                                        because of network issues. Till may 26, BIL due was only rs.480. But suddenly itbecame Rs. 5400. I haven't used aircel after that. I tried to contact the customer care but no response. I have around 500 rs as pending amount, but in few days The bill amount become 10 th times of it.

                                        I mailed Aircel Many times regarding this pending amount. But I got no response.

                                        I got a legal demand notice from Aircel on August 26, for this pending Amount. I contacted the number provided in the notice ( [protected] ). The person took the calls told me he is working in Aircel Legal Recovery Department. I explained the situation to him. After some discussions, He told me he will discuss with aircel people and return back. After that, He called and Tell that he spoke with Aircel guys and If I pay Rs. 2000 in August 26 itself they will Issue a NON-DUE certificate. I agreed to the deal only because I dont want to run behind the issues. I paid Rs. 1800 through Aircel Online ( Receipt No:[protected] and as he insisted I sent the receipt number to his mobile number.
                                        He assured me I will receive NO-DUE certificate within 2 working days. But Till now I haven't receive any thing. He is not answering my calls now. Yesterday I again Got a Legal notice From Aircel . I want to know following things from Aircel.

                                        1. Why I got Rs. 5400 as the PostPaid Bill. Can you people give me detail bill statement. (I even had Unlimited 2G plan and I made only few calls.)

                                        2. When I can Expect NO-DUE certificate and billng statements as Ensured by the Aircel Representative.

                                        3. Why your customer care sections are too irresponsive to customer queries.?

                                        How the Bill amount Jumps Suddenly From 500 to 5400 in all of sudden (In two days). There were no proper explanation from aircel regarding. I have mailed your customer Care multiple times . But no reply. I didn't get any message or intimation about sudden increase in bill amount. Also, In kerala there were no Network for Aircel, so that I used Aircel very rarely. I agree that I have used Aircel till June . ( I have paid 450 as billing amount for April.) My connection is not active and I dont even using Aircel now. Still you guys are charging billing amount?

                                        Also, I paid Rs. 1800 through Aircel Online ( Receipt No:[protected] on August 26, as suggested by your Aircel Legal Recovery Representative. ( His Numbe is : [protected] ) . He said I will get NO-DUE certificate within 2 days of payment, But Till now I didnt get it. What's Aircel's Explanation For this? I called Aircel Representative multiple times and No one is giving proper anwsers to me. Is this the way Aircel treats its Customers?
                                        My Monthly plan Rs 199 and . I have used the 2G connection only and which was very slow. Then
                                        how this huge amount came as bill? I periodically checked the Bill
                                        amount and within 2 days time-frame it increased from 500 to 5000.
