Complaints are not heard by customer care officer. daily balance is cut without any querry or question to astrology. No one should take new aircel connection as the service is dirty....

I have a strict complain for the customer care executives of Aircel service provider. I had recharged of about 60 rs top up but in the same day i found the 50% deduction in my account. The same thing had happened prior and i complained both time to return my money and deactivate the unwanted services. Without my permission they do register some plans in my number and therefore i feel disturbed from this unwanted deductions....

my number is [protected]. aircel had deducted 30 rupees on march 27 from my account by sending an sms as video talkies 30 subscription.i had send sms to 155223 and deactivated it by sending a reply on march 28 as i had received a sms that i had not used any value added service. it will be helpful if 30 rupees is refunded....
