Sir I do not want to this promo balance. Kindly transfer this promo balance in my main account balance. Because i do not know any step to transfer this promo balance into main account balance. Sir I do not want this promo balance.Because i cant able to make any calls and any sms with that balance.and while iam checking my balance it shows main balance:null, promobalance1 : null, promobalance2 :120. . My name is Divya .I would like to complain about one of the on line Recharging site i.e Freecharge. I recharged to my Aircel mobile with the one of the they mentioned in their portal like 109 and the pack details will be like 109 full talk time.But after reharge I didnt get the ful talk time the main balance its showing is 0.0.My question is how accurately the Application is working properly.I neeed a clarification from the support team.

Cell no [protected] .v have recharged Data pack of Rs.495 on 31.12.2016.as per this pack 1 GB data every month to b credited for six months, (nothing was mentioned about night plan).but my account has been credited with 1gb night pack which can b used between 12 am to 6 am..

We want this to b converted to a regular pack immediately.we have made so many calls and sent msgs but no action has been taken so far.

For the past one week we have been following with ur team but no proper response.

We want the pack to b changed to regular one so that v can use it in day time.pls do the needful asap.

After reading the upper comments, I find that there are so many people who are finding the same problem of their full talk time or recharged amount being getting converted to promo balance and even after posting here they are being replied to use the PF balance same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet..although every customer who got this reply could nt understand what does this mean as they themselves have already tried making normal voice call and were disappointed that it didnt work...
So basically I am also one of those customers who did rechrarge aircel number with FreeCharge.com and the Full talk time of Rs 75 got converted into PF balance...
I would like you to make it more clear that how to use the PF balance same as the main balance. Kindly make it more clear with your words.

You cannot activate any service from Promo balance like caller tune etc.
But just like normal balance, you can make calls and even use internet from it.

    I have number of Aircel mobile i.e.[protected]. On 2nd of April at 5.00 in the evening I recd. an SMS for Rs. 30/- mein Rs. 30/- ka talk time & Rs. 8/- for Tariff. I have paid Rs. 38/- to my nearest shop for rechargin my number Rs. 8/- 4 tariff & Rs. 30/- for talk time. But this company given me only Rs. 23.70 (207 Txn No. DLR[protected]. On complaint at 6, 30PM on 198 He promised me to give me the rest of amount within half an hour but did'n't. A message also come to me that ( Dear Subscriber. you have been renewed for IPLAY Iwin at Rs. 15.0 for 5 days. To unsubscribed SMS Stop to 155223 & Rs. 15/- deducted from my amount immediately when I dont know what is IPLAY. Inspite of that I have sent an SMS 4 unsubscribed. Why these company's are harrasing to the consumer. Is it a JUNGLE RAAJ. There is no Law & Order in this country or after this complaint I have to move to the Higher authority.

      i have been using aircel net work for the past 8 years. for network concern it is some what good but concerned to mobile inter net it is annoying us with vas activation without our consent while surfing in net even though i have internet balance of nearly 2GB.even today .ie. 03/04/2015 i lost Rs.100/-.while surfing on internet. so please look into this problem and resolve it as possible as early. my name is leela prasad s and my mobile no. is [protected].

          I am using Aircel for 5 to 6 months it is the worst network that I am using till now Aircel 3g is slower than tortoise the pages hardly open it takes 2 hours to open one single page calls gets dropping once i recharge 36 and more than 400 mb but still not able to open any page for whole day my aircel no [protected]
          i am using aircel for 6 months.i check my offer 104 rate cutter A to A 10p/min other local 30p/min.but every day first 90 sec normal call charge 1.9p/sec.

          Aircel Network very worst.don't pay any postpaid and prepaid connection.

          I had purchased the Aircel no. just because of affordable call rates and Net recharge, but it was my biggest mistake of my life to buy it, It really doesn't have any network even in C.P, and sometimes in crisis i could not make even a call due to network problems. all internet data get waste because no network receives, so i will request you to return my money which i have wasted in doing such fake & fraud aircel offer recharges.

            Aircel Customer care, This is R. Vasantha with great regret I am sending this email. For changing my number “[protected]” postpaid to prepaid I went to the Aircel office which is in Velachery. Aircel Customer care Velachery is a very slow customer services only two counters are active. If any one of your customer stepped in they want to wait at least one hour to meet the executive. But I am not going to talk about this. For changing my number “[protected]” postpaid to prepaid I went to the Aircel office Velachery after an hour I meet the executive and ask for the procedure to the process. In next couple of days (on 05.March.2015) I went back with the address proof photo etc. after an hour patient the executive get my details pan card copy, passport size photo and I paid the amount RS: 372 for my postpaid outstanding bill and other charges. He said in 7 days my postpaid connection will be disconnected and in another 2 days your prepaid number will be in live. But I received a SMS on 10th March that “Post to prepaid rejected due to sign mismatch visit aircel velachery” I went there to enquire about this they said give me the another set of id proof and passport size photo so next day I took the required document and went there, after submitting they said in next 5 days your number will activated. Nothing happened after the fifth day. Again I visited they said in another 2 days your number will activated again nothing happened. Again I went to Aircel office Velachery on 2.April.2015 they said today your number will get activated nothing happened still now. So please inform me it can be done or not, if not I can throw out this number and move to the other good service provider, you are wasting my time energy fuel etc. Thank you.               took aircel prepaid [protected] before 2 months. Without any request or message company has been deducting unwanted service charges viz miss call aler astrology and many others. Complaints are not heard by customer care officer. daily balance is cut without any querry or question to astrology. No one should take new aircel connection as the service is dirty.

                  I have a strict complain for the customer care executives of Aircel service provider. I had recharged of about 60 rs top up but in the same day i found the 50% deduction in my account. The same thing had happened prior and i complained both time to return my money and deactivate the unwanted services. Without my permission they do register some plans in my number and therefore i feel disturbed from this unwanted deductions.

                      my aircel number is [protected]. aircel company deducted unnecessrly iam not subscribed for music. they just sent sms and deducted. and close all the customer care gate ways to speak. it is very cunning company and it is playing with the patience of the customer

                          my number is [protected]. aircel had deducted 30 rupees on march 27 from my account by sending an sms as video talkies 30 subscription.i had send sms to 155223 and deactivated it by sending a reply on march 28 as i had received a sms that i had not used any value added service. it will be helpful if 30 rupees is refunded.

[protected]. in the morning of 29-Mar-2015 at 10:03:16 around 359.55 rs balance got deducted from my account for accessing internet. But 25 mb internet balance was available in my account when I access internet. Previously once again 200 rs balance got deducted but I was not got the money. When I call the customer care once of your agent rude behaved with me. Is this my fault that the internet balance is low that's notification was not come to me. Please call me [protected].This is a very big amount I want to refund my money back.

                              I am Nishant Singh using mobile number [protected] facing network problem in city every day from 9 pm to 9am hence we face no network 12 hrs every day. i complain to aircel bt there is no assurence. please solve the prblm as soon as possible. we found big corruption in tower mantaining because tower incharge doesnot maintain DG set so that there is no network every after 9 pm. Now suddenly on 29-March-2015, they discontinued my services, without giving me any reason. When i mailed to there customer service, they said that you have to visit nearest customer care center with the documents. Sir fault is from the company side, they are asking me for the documents again after 4 years. They have not informed me about this.Due to this I have incurred huge loss. Please tell me what to do.

                                    hii This is sonal Yesterday i spoke to customer care service on 198 i told my complain but then too the person was not able to help me and also not transferring the call to Senior Person.. he advised me to call on 121 but then is spoke to sm1 he was unable to help transfered my call to the senior by no response kept my call on hold till 25 mins no response received... vry pathetic and poor service from aircel. my problm was i m only using my Internet at night no surfing and all only using whats app and moring till evening i only used wifi and my data is for 1 month which expires on 6th of april i was having my benefit of data without any high usage they disconnected my data plan and said i have no data avaible this is totally unfair without any usage how can u guys cut our data plan nd cannot guide us Requesting you to kindly return my data avaible with me and hope soo will take action on this nd revert me soon. Please solve my issues immediately by today evening itself and plss Return my data Thank you.
