I am r.rakesh mobile no is ([protected]) yesterday I call to customer care executive (198 tool free no) about the data is not connecting they told me that I am booking complaint ( I booked complaint) I told them to send me complaint number the kept in hold for 10 minute's to book complaint (noc) is there is need to keep in hold . I did a call again I asked them why u kept my call in hold last time who lift my phone give there id I will book complaint on them he told I will transfer to my manager and kept on hold Actualy in aircel they are not training good for costumer care executives I fried has went to job the is now in under graduation they are giving the calls without pre ft training they are working as they wish so I fell bad by talking with them

    Hi sir, I bought a new aircel sim 3 months back and i have lost that the next day i bought it, so i was not able to activate the sim. I have informed the customer care executives regarding the lost of sim through mails and calls.Without any address comformation they have activate the sim and started billing. After three monts they have booked complain in consumer forum so i was helpless and i paid the bill with fine . so how can i file a case aganist aircel company for activating and billing without any notice. Thing you,

      it’s really shame to say that it’s been past three months by balance is deducting automatically, whenever I am complaining all customer care executive are saying I have activated some or other services. But I never have done activated anything but this month is seriously a high time for me.i have done the recharge on 22march 2015 of rs220 and my balance was 240 and 80 rs was deducted by aircel on 24.03.2015 when I spoke to customer care they said its deducted due to some cricbuzz services activated as I have not activated anything and later on 25.03.2015 again my another 160rs was deducted and when I asked customer they said we don’t have any update on this and they spoke to me in a very unprofessional and unethical way. and also saying we done have any idea what you will do this non of our business. Is this the way to speak to a customer and just wanted to ask you that is aicel service is to benefit the customer or to create problem for customer??? Remember every customer is important to you and also one single customer can de-motivate other customer not use aircel. Even after this case also am not ever gone use aircel.

        On 23rd March 2015 I bought a sim having number [protected]..In that packet its written that Pkd on: Mar 2015 valid till May 2015..I submitted my document to the shopkeeper..He told me after 1-2 days your sim will be active..Yesterday night I called to 59059 and verified my details..Then they he told me your sim will be activated after 2 hours..Today morning I tried to check my balance but it showed me your USSD is not active, Kindly contact to our customer care..I called 5-6 times but all the time it says busy..After some time i am able to check my balance..Its showing "Your prepaid account balance is Rs.0.00 expiring on 2015/03/25"..What the hell is this can you please tell me??Today the sim is activated and today is the last date???????That shopkeeper mentioned that you will get Rs.60 after activation..But not a single rupee!!! Solve this issue as soon as possible or else I will take further action against your AIRCEL COMPANY..

          My mobile number is +[protected]. I have recharged rc34 twice since the first recharge not worked 1p/2sec even got recharged. When I try to find the *128#, it is showing that this rc34 is valid till 15th Mar'2015 as I activated this 2 days back. But it is not working and charging around 2p/1sec as normal call charge. So please rectify this problem asap.

            My name is Riyaz. 2 days back i called on customer are number for help regarding Call charges on my number. The executive told me it will be resolve Within 24hrs Same commitment i got 4 Days back also. After the call ended With previous executive i am unable to get connected to customer care throDid u have call tab option on whatsapp its free calling to other contacts on whatsapp from my number [protected]. I know what that executive did from his end. My data charges are still charging the same and i got a message that my query is been resolve want to know what is this giving fake promisses to the customer not 1nce i got twice and also the executive cut the phone after attending the call from his end.

            I am still waiting for a resolution or a response regarding my conplaint.
            Dear Riyaz,

            Tried calling to you but did not got any response however please note that customer had taken new sim replacement against lost case post which he requested to resume the services. we had resumed the services and tried calling but didn't got any response. with regards to Data charges customer has been charged correctly hence no issue found.
            i did not got any call from your side and if you cacant fix the issue atleast dont lie. Keep ur service with you

After 24 hrs problem has not solved.I want my money back otherwise i will change my Aircel network to another network

              Hi Shahul,

              We have investigated your issue and found that you have done a recharge of RS.64/- through USSD code on 24/3/2015 and the
              benefits of the RC64 are "All local mobiles @ 35p/min" with validity for 28 days.
              i dont want this RC64. I want my money back.It is useless for me. I tried to put *121*63# night internet packs.

                Hi Bpmu,

                Post system validation it was found that the subscriber was charged for activation of STORE25 from content provider hungama on[protected]:39:29 and the concent ID CG10502150317125050368950 was also generated for the same and the activation had happened through WAP. Kindly note these links through which the subscription had happened are 3rd party campaigns that are embedded in the Web Pages that you had visited and had clicked on such links, hence charged a subscription fee for the content. We advice you to take caution while browsing as to avoid clicking on such links to avoid unwanted deductions in the future. As service gesture a onetime refund of Rs.25 will be credited back to his account within the next 24 working hrs.

                  Sir, this is regarding my Aircel mobile no [protected].I received a message asking me to click the link to subscribe for a service.2 minutes later i receive another message which says balance had been deducted for activating a service. This is not an isolated incident but has happened two times before also. It also happens with my another Aircel number. Please look into the matter so that it may be resolved. Thank you.

                  To deactivate any VAS service you can just type STOP send to 155223 OR you can call on our toll free number 155223 for deactivation

                  hi, this is tamal patra from haldia east midnapur.my mob. no. is [protected]. yesterday i didnot subscribe any plan or any vas pack. but automatically 25 rs deducted from my main balance. i called customer care at 6 pm. that tiime executive told me " plz call after 2hrs. our system is not working." again i called 8pm. again he told me, plz call after 2 hrs. at this moment i am unemployed person. i know the value of money.kindly do the needfull to revert my balance.

                      I have aircel gsm sim of mumbai circle my number is [protected]. since[protected] multiple VAS services like missed call alerts have been activated on my number by aircel without my request and taotal of Rs10 have been deducted.please look into the matter i want amount debited from balance back as i have never make any request any VAS from airtel, all these packs are activated ramdomly on my number without my request

                        Respected, Sir/Madam I am new cutomer to aircel gsm sim of hyderabad circle my number is [protected].@ 1:38:03(Pm) afternoon. I got the sms saying Cricket alerts pack have been activated on my number and they charge me Rs.30/-. However i have never requested for any of such service. Without my acceptance of offer they activated this pack on my number and debited my balance.Please look into the details and make my amount to be debited to balance back as, at previous times also they had charged of Rs 7/- without the my acknowledgment, i have never make any request for cricket alert pack or any other pack to aircel... hope be waiting for ur (AIRCEL) honest reply...

                          It is really frustrating. My Aircel Prepaid No is [protected]. My account balance has been deducted subsequently 04 times for subscribing a value added service and that also without my permission. Among the 04 times 02 (two) times will refunded but another 02 (two) times was not refunded. Last amount deducted on 22.03.2015, When I complained about this to the customer care executive I was told that the service has been discontinued and my balance will be added within 72 hours. But more or less 90 hours has passed without any result for my earlier deduction and few time is left for 72 hours for present deduction (which deducted on 22.03.2015). My balance has not been returned. Please do the needful.

                          Every week Aircel is deducting 25 Rs. from main balance. After complaining they don't solve the problem & told that balances are deducting for clicking some internet link. But I m nt using internet of Aircel. Such a helpless customer care it is ever i've seen & once receiving the call from customer they don't attend the call for 2nd time.

As i given a complaint on customer care several times and sent many email about the same but of no use still the same problem i am facing the same issue .As they said we are working on it but still no changes from 1 year.                               Respected Sir/Mam my aircel number which is [protected] steal some days ago.when I call customer care for block this number they said me the number will blocked within 4 hrs but still the number is blocked.my transaction id is [protected] which is provide by customer care.please block my sim number as soon as possible.                                 Sir, I am Ravi having Aircel number since 4 years +91-[protected] report a complain regarding wrong deduction of balance[protected]. The aircel customer care executive said that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs. But after 72 hrs the problem was not solved and I got harassment when I call aircel customercare nd saying dat they are not registred my any complaint.he is not responsable for any auto activated service...

                                  I have aircel gsm sim of mumbai circle my number is [protected] .yesterday morning i got the sms saying miss call alerts pack have been activated on my number and they charge me Rs.5. However i have never requested for any of such service. without my request they activated this pack on my number and debited my balance .please look into the matter i want amount debited from balance back as i have never make any request for missed call alert pack or any other pack to aircel.

                                    Hii My name is farooq and iam having aircel mobile connection with mobile number [protected] I had registered for NDND on 12/03/15 they stated that all promotional calls and sms will stop by 19/03/15 but till today iam getting daily 1000 sms back to back even though iam unable to sleep at night After repeted complaints to aircel company and visiting 10-15 times to there store it is effort less I hope you will help me at this situation...

                                      Without my permission you deduct . You have no rights to activate without any permission. my price deduct for masti mall on my mobile no.[protected]. 1st day deduct Rs.5 on 21/03/2015, 2nd day deduct Rs.5 on 22/03/2015, 3rd day got message for deduction Rs.20 on 22/03/2015. This is not once .It has happened many times. so that you bound to switch over other network or do consumer case. just like cheating. Sometimes masti mall, Sometimes music world, or Sometimes comedy king. This is totally unfair deduct. Every aircel deduct my price by taking anyone issue. on [protected].

                                      We have verified you account details and found that, on dated 16th mar & 21st mar content service " MASTIMALL, HUNGAMA, CCTCHG " has been subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and an amount of Rs 30.50 was deducted from your account towards service subscription charges. However as per your request the service has been deactivated from his number to avoid further renewal of the service. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard as it's a renewal & download charge.

                                        Last week had filed a complaint"http://www.consumercomplaints.in/aircel-pack-activation-without-custom... againt aircel for activating missed call activation pack without my request and debedting my balance after which they refunded my deducted balance. but again today i got same sms saying missed call alert pack activated on my number and changed my RS5. i had never requested for such missed call alert or any other service. Kindly look into the matter this has happed twice within 5 days now i want my deducted amount back. my number is [protected].ivate al kindly deactivate all VAS services and make sure in future you dont activate these service without customer request.I want balance deducted from my account back
