This is the most frustrating experience in my lifetime related to mobile services. I got a new aircel sim and wanted to reach aircel customer care for issues regarding 3G coverage. I have tried continously for 3days trying to reach custimer care but in vain. Please take up this complaint with necessary authorities....

I recharged my Aircel number [protected] with RS.150 topup and received the normal Rs. 160 in my balance at 9 AM on 14th March, 2015. At 11 AM the balance in my account was ZERO. After having contacted customer care numerous times, all I have received is excuses like Call after 4 hours, call after 24 hours, or Server is down. Sir My balance was deducted in two step. I have lodge complaint at service customer care for automatically deduction of balance. Later on i come to know that your customer care executive registerd only one deduction complaint. My deducted balance was Rs 25 and Rs 50. Sir pls look in this matter and refund my unwillingly deducted balance. It will help me to continue have faith in aircel service...

balance charged without any reason

Decreasing Main account balance

Aircel is cutting my main account balance in past 1 month continously.when i call 198 then customer representative saying that i have hungama service active and i have used pocket internet. Out going call and internet blocked

My prepaid balance debited by aircel illegally

I moumita dey want to inform you that whenever i filled my top up balance to my mobile number [protected] then aircel deducted rs.20;rs.30;rs.10 by their own system and illegal practise. This is illegal and not desired by me. Try to refund all deducted amount to my balance. This is very unfair and very irritating case to me. If you do not understand my problem i throw my sim to garbage. Aircel is sucking and eating my prepaid filling balance....

Deducting money

My mother is using aircel no [protected] on a nokia basic ph, she dont know any operations on phone other than answering and making calls. Balance was kept on deducting many times though recharged minutes pack. When we call customer care they are saying like sports subscription is active. when I argue with them how come these subscription become active without subscribing and also how can they deduct money even from minutes pack customer care...

i am p.srinivas recently taken your sim & taken more than 10 days to activate. after activation of 2nd or 3rd day i recieved your customer care no. & cancelled. immedietely after few minutes a message came that thanks for subscribing music connect at rs. 30 for 25 days. amount 30 rs duducted from my account when i not selected any option or request. immedietly i called for call centre & reported the same on 05/03/2015. on 08/03/2015...
