i am using aircel in tamilnadu circlus my no:[protected] on day 12/3/15 in ur mobile video takies activeded RS:50 i am complined to aircel coustomer care they told take 48 hr but they told now (17/3/2015) till processing so please wait some more days, my complient no is:reference number 1-[protected]

    My Mobile No [protected] on 16/3/15 my mobile 103 rs deducted without my notice, My data pack was active from long back and still balance data 146 MB is there Data proof Attached Below, Look into the matter seriously as i want my money .. Poor customer response wen i called customer care. Look into matter and refund the money as 103rs is not Small Amount for me

      HI This is Ranjit here, I was trying to reach the Aircel Customer care for discussing about some charges and found that they are always providing the wrong information's. Also the sales person called me up and told that, take a new number and your intra-calling will be free, however all the callings has been charged for the new number. When I called the customer care they told me that yes intra-calling free is available, but when I escalate to waive of the charges the complaint team is telling that there is no intra-calling connection is available. So this is really making fool of the customer. Let me know waht can be done in this case. Thanks

        I recharged my aircel number [protected] through online for Rs. 193 on 10.3.15 and also recharge another 193 on 11.3.15 but still it wont recharged in my account.the transaction details are 11-Mar-2015 (11-Mar-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Aircel Recharge AIRCEL_RECHARGE Paym BSBI[protected]IG00SITRT1 TRANSFER TO[protected].00 (10-Mar-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Aircel Recharge AIRCEL_RECHARGE Paym BSBI[protected]IG00SFBHD3 TRANSFER TO[protected].00 kindly do the needful and credit the amount in my account. and i try to complaint several times in 198 and 121 but i am not able to contact your customer care executive.

          Sub: Unwanted service activated and amount deducted from balance on mobile Dear Sir, As per Aircel instruction, I dial on 155223 frequently to know whether any service has been activated on my account or not. Till date[protected], on every time, it has been telling that no service is subscribed. But, since[protected], some amounts have been being deducted from my account daily. I called 198 and there, I was utter surprised to know that some service has been activated. I am aware of this type of activities for long and I therefore, repeatedly requested their customer care “Not to activate any type of service without my request”, as, I only use my mobile for voice call only. Recently, they, on their own, has been calling me to activate various such packs and I, as usual, denied them on all times and being so much annoyed of their such disturbances, I have already blocked some numbers from where they call for this kind of business. Still, they have activated the pack with their superb technology, I don’t know how. Even, the Aircel Customer Care is not ready to listen to my all words also. Neither can they resolve my problem. They only are insisting me to deactivate the pack with some SMS. They are not ready to answer my question: i) why this has been activated without my request, ii) when my deducted amount would be refunded. –And now, they are not even accepting my calls at 198. I also made some e-mails w.e.f. 27-02-15 to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, (copies given below) but they have replied that “refund is not applicable as service has been activated from your end.” It is a big false statement that they also know. If they record all my conversation(s), as they claim, it would not be possible for them to prove it. Question of request through SMS does not arise, as, on this number, I never sent any SMS to them for activating this. Please do the needful to stop this type of disgraceful business for the sake of all Indians and my delicate relation with Aircel for a long period. It is therefore requested to let me know how can I get rid of such type of disgraceful business that your concern is playing in spite of my several request not to activated anything without my request from the very beginning of having the connection. The recordings of my conversation(s) made with your customer care service so far, if recorded at all, may please be referred to. If it is not available, please give me the opportunity to present the same for the sake of actual TRUTH. It is further once again requested to stop the unwanted service and refund the unlawfully deducted amount from my account with cumulative effect.             Hi, you are right, the same thing happens to me i try to contact customer care it connected to chennai call center and then the call gets disconnected in middle of the conversation, this happened repeatedly for 19 times, i got frustrated and hung the phone
            finally i made my request which is just to activate data service for my mobile, after 2 weeks still the service request is unanswered.

                I recharged my Aircel number [protected] with RS.150 topup and received the normal Rs. 160 in my balance at 9 AM on 14th March, 2015. At 11 AM the balance in my account was ZERO. After having contacted customer care numerous times, all I have received is excuses like Call after 4 hours, call after 24 hours, or Server is down. The behavior of these customer care executives is extremely inappropriate (especially Anjana and Madhusmita). I have not received the refund of my balance, nor an explanation as to why my balance was deducted. It is a severe Mental Harassment and loss of precious time in addition to loss of money.

Frequently Rs 5/- getting deducted from my account balance with one SMS I am getting stating "Thanks for using Aircel Service". I think you can trace my accounts & find huge amount being deducted wrongly from my account balance.I am having all the system generated SMS and my complain mail copy regarding those. Again today on 12/03/2015 at 16:32 hrs I checked my account balance was Rs 18.30/-.At 16:42 hrs I received a SMS stating "Thanks for using Aircel Service". With a suspection I again checked balance at 17:21 hrs, found balance reduced to Rs 13.30/-. Simply Rs 5/- again got deducted! Why???                                       I am not able to make out going call and not able to use internet. I have recharged for Rs. 95 and Rs. 98 and Rs, 195. But still i am not able to use internet, Raised the case to the[protected]. But the tele callers are not able to resolve the problem and not able to guide properly.                                         Sir Today i am recharge my no. [protected] with Rs 37.I recieved only 200 mb data in repect of 300 mb data. I call to customer care no 198 at 09:28 pm talked with Mr.RAHUL & confirm about this recharge he said that sir u provide 300 mb 3g data with 5 days validty.again i confirm about this recharge he said again yes u provide 300mb i[censored] recharge with 37 from retailler. Again i call to 198 after recharging 37 at 11:04pm talked with Mr uday.he say that on recharge of 37 u provide 200 mb data.when i say that i confirm this ftom Mr Rahul before recharge of 37.he reply that ur voice is cut pls call again.but voice is clear . Pls do needfull action. Contact no. [protected]

                                        You complaining that he recharged with RS 37 and not get full
                                        benefit as checked as per scheme of RS 37 IF CUSTOMER RECHARGES Rs 37
                                        through vtoup mode he will get the 200 mb and i[censored]ssd mode get 250 mb as
                                        checked customer recharges with vtoup so no benefit will provided to
                                        you
