My name is Pankaj Singh & my aircel phone number is [protected], I am sending you this mail to inform you about the incident which took place today.
Today i.e on 12/04/2015, I was charged Rs 25.0/- for aircel next gentv which i never asked for, when i tried contacting the aircel customer care after a long and tiring ivr, the pathetic representative just disconnected my call and did not listen to my complain at all(pathetic IVR and worse customer care service ever is provided by aircel with no quality checks or whatsoever), also i was charged around Rs 300/- few months back for the internet service which i never requested for(that time too my call was disconnected by the bad aircel representative )
I request you to kindly return the amount back on my number and a proper strict action to be taken against the pathetic and disgusting representative who attended my complain in an improper way
