My aircel number is [protected] and I have many complains against Aircel services .Till date my total balance deduction is Rs 30/. Most time I get a message stating thank-you for using aircel service, recently I got this type of message on 14/4/2015and got a balance deduction of Rs5 . On asking customer care are saying it is due to hungama pack through WAP which is a straight false thing. Again on 15/04/2015 I got balance deduction of Rs25...

The most hating customer support and I am not at all satisfied. The Aircel gonna face a huge lose because of this. Please try to learn some things from other customer support like Apple.
