Hello Dears, A special recharge of 199 was done for [protected] where we get 1GB data and 99 rupees talktime.It is available for Chennai location. Now prior to the recharge I was having 144MB data. After the recharge was done I browsed for a few minutes and suddenly 331 rupees from main balance was deducted for using 32MB of data. I already have a data balance but instead from my data balance my main balance was deducted. Customer care representatives aren't agreeing to lodge a complaint. They hung up the call on my face. I want a resolution as soon as possible. Thank You Regards, Suvasis

    Everytime I call someone I get offers which I hate. This is unwanted and ive contacted customer care but they didn't do anything. This is the only part I hate about aircel. I ave enough balance so I don't need to know about offers. I'm not at all happy with this. My phone no is [protected]

        Yesterday when I recharged of Rs 20.Suddenly was balance has been deducted and without any prior information. And when I trying to reach Customer care through out the whole day it was not reachable. Just a month age I purchase Aircel sim and I think Aircel service is not good so I need to change it soon if I will not get any help and my money is not refunded.

          I have given my two postpaid numbers [protected], [protected] or Cancellation in Chennai Anna nagar shan't I colony office.They asked me to pay out standing bill and running bill up paid everything he said ok sir I can go I asked him for no due sheet or cancellation sheet.. He told the printer is repair I can't give your payment bill too. I was a very loyal customer of aircel for 8 years.. I trusted him, still I asked proof he told sir this is the requisite number of your cancellation[protected]. I was not disturbed later I thought everything was over then next month a bill came for same number I called customer service explained everything gave the requisite number they apologised and said ignore the bill.. Now I got advocate notice for not paying bill.. I went again to the anna nagar office they told sir go directly to Spencer customer care dont go pachaiapaps customer care. I travelled from my hostel near poonamalee to Spencer plaza a long drive they asked why I came here I should talk to Anna nagar office only.I got fed up.. If I ask about requisite number and why my phone number was not cancelled they say they don't have the records of 2013 only 2014 is present.. Now I'm faced with legal issues.. For a poorly run company and a mistake of a employee of not cancelling my phone number.

                My aircel number is [protected] and I have many complains against Aircel services .Till date my total balance deduction is Rs 30/. Most time I get a message stating thank-you for using aircel service, recently I got this type of message on 14/4/2015and got a balance deduction of Rs5 . On asking customer care are saying it is due to hungama pack through WAP which is a straight false thing. Again on 15/04/2015 I got balance deduction of Rs25 without my conent and notification msg. Previously i got 25 Rs balance deduction stating downloading from wap which is a straight false thing. with no response from customer executive of aircel. Really I'm fed-off from all these please help me getting my problem solved and getting my balance(deducted)back. Previously also I gave complain on aircel and as soon as the balance was refunded they again deducted the balance. Please solve it as soon as possible.Thank you. T.Mukherjee

The most hating customer support and I am not at all satisfied. The Aircel gonna face a huge lose because of this. Please try to learn some things from other customer support like Apple. If this is not fix I am gonna leave this Aircel and port to some other. There are many and many more network providers in the market. I need answer for this. Whats wrong with your customer support?

                          Dear sir, I'm a MNP port in customer. I had recharged rs.255 on 16-mar-2015 (7:50 pm) for 3G internet. Yesterday 13-apr-2014, (5:00pm) i lost Rs. 823 due to internet. Yesterday was last day of my data plan. But i never got any sms or notification for my data expiry date. But, I have 780mb bal. for internet.                                 Hi My name is Spandan Singh & my aircel phone number is [protected]. Yesterday i.e on 13/04/2015, I was charged Rs 35.0/- for aircel masti mail with autoactivation after 7days which i never asked for. I tried the VAS service deactivation number it says no vas activated and the message says auto renewal after 7 days without any hint of deactivation.when i tried contacting the aircel customer care, this time I found myself in a loop of press numbers and # or else representative is not available. This has been happening for few months now.I request you to kindly refund the amount back on my number and take proper responsibility about not going against the will of the customers.                                 We have verified your account details and found that, on dated 13th
                                Apr 2015 at time 20:31:27 a content service "MASTIMALL" has been
                                subscribed from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP
                                and an amount of Rs 35 was deducted from your account towards
                                service subscription charges. However as per your request the
                                service has been deactivated from his number to avoid further renewal of
                                the service. Further considering your request and as a service
                                gesture we have forwarded a request to our concern team to post an
                                adjustment of Rs 35 which will be credited to your account within
                                next 24hrs.

                                Hi, I am Spandan and my aircel number is [protected]. My balance got deducted every now n then from my main balance. I have complained a many times and asked for renewal but the answer is always no and not possible. This time, again, I received a message "Thanks for subscribing to aircel ORIRC55, offer benefits will be provided shortly".Customer care number is hard to get connected and if ever gets connected, its with interrupted noisy line. Its very hard to talk, so i give up calling.The morning message or evening message comes with thanks for subscribing. It seems aircel scheme is "get full recharge plus extra and then get double or triple deduction on main balance" without any prior message. it has been happening for last few months and always happens as soon i recharge my sim and am totally frustrated. i would recommend people to go for other sims. its better to get Rs 5/- deducted from your account during recharge rather than getting Rs 55/- deducted later. Last time masti mall of Rs 35/- was deducted and after complaining in this forum Rs 30/- was recharged instead of rs 35/-. So please renew the actual amount deducted. Hope to receive a quick action.                                   Dear sir/madam, I am Sri R N Saha using the Aircel number [protected] for about 1 year.On dt 12.04.2015 at 4:30 pm I had recived a offer from the service provider via SMS stating that on recharge of Rs 36 (special voucher) I will get all local and std calls at 25p/min FOR 90 DAYS.So I have recharged with Rs 36 on dt 12.04.2015 at 5:50 pm. On the same Day at 06:54 pm a SMS came stating that my special tarif voucher is activated, But it was only for 30 days instead of 90 days as offered by Aircel .When I try to reach them via their customer service it always been saying that " we are facinf heavy trafic and our executive are not free to listen my problem". I have tried them Exactly 19 times on 13.04.2015.As proof alll the smses are saved in my phone which can be verified at any time. So I request you to kindly look in to the matter .I am looking forward for my solution from your end.

                                    I have already 7 Connections of Aircel. But 1 Mobile balance deducted wrongly on dated 8.04.15 and i asked about it, they told me Automatic Magic plus value Added Service Activate then Deactivate first & refund automatically in your mobile & same followed by me. But I call to customer executive 9.4.15 they told me Refund balance after 48 Hours concerned. After 48 Hours Balance not received then call your customer care to call back as having technical problem... when i called again after that time.. customer care blocked and after some time i tried to call from other number [protected] for this complain again they blocked this number too from customer care. (i did not call more than a time in a day) they told me that after 24 hour balance will be refunded... after some days i called again on dated 12.04.15 from [protected] about this metter, one lady executive attend the call and told After 48 Hours past I have not refund this amount. Please take action as early as possible refund immediately

                                      hi. Sir everyday Rs1 is deducting from my balance sfter the renewal of BH121LOC1 Which i never subscribe . When i contected customer executive she gave me the code *121*0010# And when itried to diactivate this service with this code all the time this code is showing its failure and again when iam trying to contact customer care they are not entertaining me.It is a request with u to take the action and stop the deduction

                                        Hi My name is Pankaj Singh & my aircel phone number is [protected], I am sending you this mail to inform you about the incident which took place today. Today i.e on 12/04/2015, I was charged Rs 25.0/- for aircel next gentv which i never asked for, when i tried contacting the aircel customer care after a long and tiring ivr, the pathetic representative just disconnected my call and did not listen to my complain at all(pathetic IVR and worse customer care service ever is provided by aircel with no quality checks or whatsoever), also i was charged around Rs 300/- few months back for the internet service which i never requested for(that time too my call was disconnected by the bad aircel representative ) I request you to kindly return the amount back on my number and a proper strict action to be taken against the pathetic and disgusting representative who attended my complain in an improper way Thanking you Yours sincerely Pankaj Singh Ph : [protected]

                                        We would like to reiterate that as per our records subscription of NexGTv have already been deactivated from shared Aircel number [protected].
