My number is [protected], i am using an aircel sim of this number since three years.Your company have deducted amount from my main balance unnecessarily three to four times, this is the fourth time.Sorry to say that u people are making nuisance of this type which is unfavourable for your customers.Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible or otherwise i will file the complaint in the consumer forum.

    Few days before I was charged Rs 30 for a service called Video talkies in my Aircel mobile no +91-[protected] (I suspect that this problem is due to browser programs). I have called the customer service and the person who spoke with me, informed that she will register to deactivate the service. Two days later, I received a confirmation that the service was deactivated. In this situation I would like to get my money (Rs 30) back to my phone.     I have also tried to reach the customer care executive for almost three days but Im failed all the time. The recorded voice informed me that they are busy and they are experiencing heavy traffic and my call was disconnected.
    You informed that you will get back back to me but I did not receive any calls or emails from you. Please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

      on 18/02/2015 I bought aircel postpaid sim from aircel sales executive plan of 299 but by MNP 250.Sales executive told me every month the bill will come 250 Rs only but Feb month I got bill of 457 Rs. I called customer care service they told me it is in 299 plan only not in 250.I told them clearly aircel sales executive only told me it is 250 rs plan .After that I was raised my issue in consumer complaints, I got call from aircer Chennai manager Mr.Herold "he told me the plan is yours in 299 only sales executive wrongly activated your sim so this month your bill amout is 457 kindly reduce rs 105 and make a bill". By the way I was billed rs 352, but from next day of billing date I got message from aircel to bill due payment of 105 otherwise your outgoing call will barred.Again I was called sales executive and I told him everything he was gave me another TL number I was called Mr.Rajkumar who is TL Chennai Circle he was told me you must bill rs 105 due amount then only we will process your aircel sim issues and outgoing call, I told him clearly its not my mistake your aircel staff only make a wrong commitment with me, and aircel lied and frauded me. Every one of aircel staffs worst in response I lost rs 210 they are frauding me, I need justice and my lost money, I want to resolve my issue.

        I'm Used Aircel Network in my Mobile but it so bad network and also bad customer services service 24/7 customer call center number busy all time and employees are very rude with customer. Aircel Company Many time deduct my balance without any intimation. So I have change my network. Never ever I will suggest to buy Aircel to my relatives or to my friends, today I had called up Aircel customer service to know more offers. If fact the executive was so dumb he was not able to speak proper English, Upon that the executive started raising his voice back on me and disconnected my call,

          sir, i am using aircel no. [protected] on 3rd Apr, 2015 i got a message from DD-AIRCEL saying "Thank you for using Aircel Service " and then my balance is reduced from 41 to 36. Rs.5 was reduced without any reason from my account.I tried to call 198 but it always says customer care executive is busy please call after some time. When i call 198 from other number than customer care executive gave very irresponsible reply that sir we can't refund your balance because our server is busy right now please call after two hours. so if you be kind enough to return that Rs 5/- and make sure that this does not happen again i will be really grateful.

                I had recharged with rs.40/- last night n recieved msg for the same i had rs.50 balance but in morning i had zero balance i am trying since morning to fix my problem but every time customer care executive saying non update of system or unavailability of information

[protected]. on 6th apr, 2015 at 4.29 pm i got a message from DD-AIRCEL saying "Thank you for using Aircel Service " and then my balance is reduced from 48.25 to 38.35. Rs. 10 was reduced without any reason from my account. so if you be kind enough to return that Rs 10/- and make sure that this does not happen again i will be really grateful.                       [protected] i paid RsRs.Rs300 at the time of receiving the sim to the sales exec for the plan 198 and after a month the bill excess with vas without my request and indicating the deposit amnt 0 so i disconnect the line with several complaint to customer care after that many torturing call from unknown person says that they call from aircel and finally they speak from delhi court is that true?

                        Sir, whenever I connect my Laptop to Internet through Aircel sim, it gets disconnected everytime I pause online activity. It stays connected till data is transfer and it stops it automatically gets disconnected. This is really disgusting! Sometimes 3G signal also gets lost. That time I have to connect through 2G service, and again automatically gets connected to 3G. But the main problem is that it also gets disconnected after sometime.. I want this problem to be solved. Otherwise I have to stop using 3G Internet service. Kindly look into this matter immediately! Hope to get resolved..

                          Sir, after every 5 to 7 days, aircel deducts Rs. 5 from my Main Balance. When I call Customer Care & tell them about this - their answer is always that I have activated this/that product. I didn't activate any product. And then they ask me whether I want the refund back? How irritating! I have to always call them to get the refund! Aircel stop this way of collecting money! If this continues further I will be bound to throw this no. away. And then I will warn every aircel customer I know about this problem.. So that they will discard their Aircel Sim! I hope my problem would be resolved immediately

                            I have activated Aircel 3G GPRS pack, but I am experiencing only 2G speed. I have made necessary checks on my mobile, but still speed remains same. Also next to network symbol in my mobile it shows 'E' it denotes that the mobile has 2G speed, if it has 3G speed it will denotes 'H'. Even i could not raise complaint with customer care, I tried to raise complaint with 198 and i am getting the response as 'all the executives are busy' and call disconnected automatically. I don't have this problem with vodafone. "Poor service"

                              Dear Sir I have been using Aircel number from 2012. Suddenly when i am on roaming it was deactivated on 25th March 2015 and when i came back to India and checked at the Aircel Office in Warangal. they say that this number is cancelled and with in one week. This is very Important Number and i need the same. The number has Balance of more than 1500 rupees. How can Aircel Deactivate the Number without any intimation and what is the reason for deactivation. This is totally unprofessional and the people at Warangal Office are disgusting without any proper response. They say that the sim is registered with another User and this SIM was addon sim to this User. He discativated his main number so this is also discativated what a stupid response. Then how can Aircel sell the number to others when it is an Add on Number. Totally stupid response and unprofessional work Kindly look into the matter and reactivate the Number

                                This is Dinesh from Chennai and my no is +91-[protected]. I just ported my service from Airtel postpaid to Aircel postpaid, on 4th April 2015 i got a message from Aircel that my service has been activated on the same day at 22:19:00, but its 6th March 2015 there is no signal on my phone saying no network access I complaint the same to the customer care too but its waste of my time very poor poor responses. Now I am in the situation that I am not able to use neither Airtel nor Aircel, what's going on if I could know before porting I am promising that I never ever change my network to such a irresponsibility company. After all this I mailed my issue to all the concern department but again no response till now I am seriously fed up with these, please clear my issue as early as possible because at least for 3months i want to use your network its my fate.                                   sir, my Aircel no is [protected].on 04 apr 2015 my balance deducted.i call to custmor care only one time call attend and there very bed response, my call also hung up.amd i will try many time but my call not connected on 198.ple help me

                                    I bought an aircel recharge voucher of rs 20/. but while scratching for the 16 digit pin it was damaged and the nos are not visible. the serial no of the voucher is [protected]. i m still having the voucher with me. plz help me getting back the voucher.

                                      Aircel 1 no mother fauker, bakchod, Sala hamari employees... Of this company.. Everything is bad service... Didn't take any responsibility. Done my recharge 78 rs net pack from online... But don't get my net pack then call 198... Tell him why I didn't get my net pack.. He said me... I am sorry sir... 78 rs ka hamara pass kuchh Esa net pack hai Nahi.. I said... Hello sir.. I got the information from online website. Again he said, sorry Mera system pe Esa Koi 78 rs ka pack Nahi dekhai DE raha hai... Sala uska make chod.. Usko computer chalane Nahi aata hai.. Aur dubara jab Mai ledki ko call Kiya balance
                                      Vibha mei... She said me, sorry sir technical problems ke Liya up ka net pack nehi mil raha hai... She said me.. Sir u will refund the money within 8 hours but still I trying to get the money bloody company.. Sala n Sali bakchod n illiterate person... They are not understand what should do for public... I think this fake company.. That's why didn't take responsibility for common people.

                                        MY aircel NO is [protected] my probleam is the my tarrieff is not work I will recharge with Rs 7 the offer is all local &std 10 for 180 days p/m but iwill recharge with this tarieff and charges will apply properly for 2 or 5 daysand the tariff will not work i should complain in coustmer care they will say no recharges and phone will discanneted not connect to coustmar for 10 days when i call to coustmere care the advacgament will here.please solve my probleam some one is colling from aiecel but not resoulved my probleam he talk some process when i do this process the balance was deduct 98 RS please do needful action and refund my balance of total and at present time coustmare care say not any recharge doing and call not connected to coustmare care no-198 and i call him to any other aircel number they will ended the call not any responce.
