Sir, whenever I connect my Laptop to Internet through Aircel sim, it gets disconnected everytime I pause online activity. It stays connected till data is transfer and it stops it automatically gets disconnected. This is really disgusting! Sometimes 3G signal also gets lost. Sir, after every 5 to 7 days, aircel deducts Rs. 5 from my Main Balance. When I call Customer Care & tell them about this - their answer is always that I have activated this/that product. I have activated Aircel 3G GPRS pack, but I am experiencing only 2G speed. I have made necessary checks on my mobile, but still speed remains same.
