i have paid my bill on the March - 13th, of an amount of Rs 1000 against the bill of 1350, there was no bill receipt generated and i immedietly contacted the bill desk for the same. they assured me to the update the status at the earliest, they reverted back to me saying that my amount has been accepted by the merchant and the same shall be carried to by bill, . 'Today my out going is barred, with the bill amount of Rs 1600 +, on checking my mail there is a mail back from the bill desk that the amount is refunded by the merchant and shall be refunded to my account is 5 - 7 working days. i was not been informed about the same, and my out going is barred.
Even if i pay my bill it will be reflected on my account in 72 working hours and i wlll have to wait till then.
Aircel customer care is impossible to reach through phone.
