balance deducted wrongly Sir, in the march company deducted approx 126 rs from mobile number [protected] and when i asked about it, they told me to call back as having technical problem... when i called again after that time.. customer care blocked and after some time i tried to call from other number [protected] for this complain again they blocked this number too from customer care. (i did not call more than a time in a day) they told me that after 24 hour balance will be refunded... after some days i called again from [protected] about this metter, one lady executive attend the call and told me that amount will be refunded after 24 hour...(but amount has not been refunded) after 4-5 days i called again from [protected] .. again this was blocked.. i called from [protected] and talked about it to appleate authority he refused my complain for [protected] and told me that nobody told me to refund my amount. and he will not refund amount... and now this time he deducted amount from my number [protected] approx 70 rs... thus they deducted wrongly from [protected] rs 126 and from [protected] rs 70 approx in march and apr. 2015 till now... this company is totally fraud... save customers from this company...

today i received call from customer care and he told me that he will refund me rs 31 deduction of apr 2015... say him i am not a beggar who will happy to get 31 refund where total fraud deduction of approx 210 rs..

now you decide company is fraud or not
here all the deduction is for ndtv service... what is that service...
i did not use any service and even i did not activate any of services...
this all the fraud done by aircel company...
this is only i complained for this year only 2015... old deductions are too many from these some are refunded..
please forword my msg to TRAI so that licence should be revoked from aircel for telecom mobile services

i did not do anything so that my balance should be deducted... but the total balance from both the mobiles deducted from customer care executive end only... they used my balance... as this can be done from their end... they can start service any serivce without customer verification or information and don't sent msg about balance deducted... when i checked about balance it was too low.. so i complained and i got to know that total 126 + approx 70 rs deducted from both of my mobiles... and they will not refund as their policy to fraud with customers...

total fraud company... aircel
and its licence should be revoked
please all the customers faver to revokthe licence of mobile services from aircel...

I use this number in mibile with internet connectio, whenever i go on online inernet connection i get a messege 'Thanks for using Aircel Service' and subscribed aircel service and charge rupees100. So i request you please solve this problem at earliest. Thanking you.

    Our team called on 14/04/2015 at 3:55pm and informed you that as per
    system validation Rs. 99 was deducted from [protected] for activating
    VALPACKS from SHEMAROO through WAP on 12/04/2015 at 14:48:44 with
    consent ID: NA and service deactivation not required as it is onetime
    activation service. Kindly note these links through which the download
    had happened are 3rd party campaigns that are embedded in the Web Pages
    that you had visited and had clicked on such links, hence charged a
    one time download fee for the content. Kindly take caution while browsing
    as to avoid clicking on such links to avoid unwanted deductions in
    future and avoid opening internet directly from a link if received
    through SMS. As service gesture and in our efforts to live up to
    your’s expectations we will be crediting the total amount of
    the above said charges to your main account within the next 24 hrs.

      Pathetic customer service I've ever seen... Will never recommend any one to use the services... I guess Aircel doesn't have enough skilled management team who selects an appropriate contact centre. People working in aircel contact center don't even have knowledge of their own products and services.. Every time I call within a minute the place on a long hold and when asked for manager they are never ever available. They should change the IVR, they should remove the option " FOR ENGLISH PRESS 3" I guess only the IVR can speak in English language. And even their Hindi is manner less, It seems they are doing favor on me by talking my call. I am really surprised, there is no improvement in last couple of years. I would definitely like to speak to person who manages the contact centers, and tell them how pathetic the customes service is. I'm waiting to leave the network and won't mind paying big extra on other network and would not ever recommend any one on Aircel.

        my phone no is [protected] I have made an online recharge of rs99 for main balance and i have made another ratecutter recharge of rs34 but my rate cutter is not getting activated. when i contacted the customer care they said iam in double talktime zone. they added it without any request of mine. when i asked to deactivate it and activate my rate cutter they said certain procedure for deactivating. when I tried it, it results in displaying transaction failure due to low balance, but i had a main balance of rs80. I again called the customer care and informed of this but they said I have to wait till my main balance is below 15rs and then I should try the procedure to get deactivated from double talktime range and to activate my rate cutter. It means though i activated my ratecutter i have to pay normal rates till my balance is below rs 15. please act according and activate my rate cutter. thanking you sharath kumar kondi

              Dear Sir/Madam This is Srninvas Patha using Aircel network past 2012 and My no is [protected], Due toI went South Ecuador I am notable to use SIM past 2 months, For the same number activation Today morning i contact customer care they said contact aircel outlet for activation then i went Aircel outlet Store at Dilsuknagar, Hyderabad and i met with store manager said the number is disconnected He said if will active the same number asking for 15000(fifteen thousand) then will active number .The number most important my life i am using number link with Job, Email id, Friends. I am using my friend no [protected]. Kindly Issue same without any activation fee.

                On my no. [protected] on 10.04.2015 I ve received a message from aircel regarding talktime offer ie; 85 talktime on recharge of 65. I ve done it in morng hrs, i ve received 85 rs. I repeated the recharge again in the evening, the recharge was showing successful but no balance received. I called customer care but got no positive response. The TXN no. for the recharge is BHR[protected] .pls look into the issue.

                      I am using Aircel network since 2010 nearly 5years. From this Jan 2015, I am feeling that Aircel network is keep on deducting money from my account without my concern. I have recharged more than 500rs, but I utilized only 200rs something. Where is my remaining money I have recharged with rate cutter, sms booster and then internet pack too with sufficient balance. Then I confirmed with customer care any service has been activated for the network, they said no all time. Then how my money is deducted is my big question. If I call to customer care, their aim is not to give the proper response instead of that they are trying to cut the call. They make us tension, even though we talk genuinely, then they said we have given enough information and please cut the call else we will cut the call. Their aim is not to get the customer satisfaction instead of that earning more money by hitting customer stomach. Another case is there, many times customer care guy said that server is down, data is not updated, call some other time. If we tell to escalate the call to superior they cut the call again. Another worst case is there, more than 3days, I am trying to contact customer care at all the time, the IVR system saying "network is with full traffic and call some other times" and call get discontinued. I want to know how many people are working in the customer service. They should have employee with respect to people in ratio. Another case, If we argue with all proof in hands also customer care guys are not satisfied, they are telling to reach Aircel mobile store to check on this case. For this 5, 10, 15, 20, 40 rs we should go for stores then we will loose 500rs per day(I mean salary) I heard from some of friends, the telecom used to deduct the money randomly. If the customer didn't ask or aware of this, network will get more profit it seems. If customer call, then they will divert the customer by confusing with theri words. My question is 1) How to get my money back which have been deducted from my account. 2) Will I get any compensation for my grievances. 3) How can I file the case against Aircel. 4) What TRAI is doing, they are not regulating the telecom it seems 5) I am getting fear to recharge again to mobile no. When they will deduct again. Now a days am doing recharge only 10rs. My suggestion is TRAI should create a new system that should contain if a customer is activated with any service, customer should get message immediately and should be activated after the customer concern. If money is deducted by using Internet pack, proper alert should be given to make customer awareness. There customer care people should be advised how to handle with customer. Customer care simply recruit the people and put them into the process without giving proper training on how to handle the customer. Nobody use unnecessary words, if they speaks he might be victim ed for the loosing money. They should understand this.

                        I am a subscriber of Aircel for a long time. I have Aircel number which is more than 5 years old. I was really pleased by offers provided by Aircel in terms of value-for-money.However, my conception about Aircel has changed after the harassment I am facing from yesterday. My new Aircel number is [protected] which I took some 3/4 months ago after coming to New Delhi.Yesterday [[protected]] I received a call from one of the Aircel Marketing person. The conversation failed to initiate as the reception was not very good at that time, and I requested him to call me back after few hours.I did not receive any call back, but did receive a sms around 8:30 PM at night saying-"Your SMS Rs 2 pack has been activated, total amount Rs 56 validity 28 days. Enjoy the benefits. To activate this service at any time, SMS STOP to 59301".As I was busy then and later I checked the SMS and my balance also. To my surprise Rs. 2 was gone from my account.That does not stop here. Today [[protected]], in the morning I again checked the balance, another Rs. 2 has been deducted.So, Aircel is now deducting balance for a service without my knowledge and consent. And I have never used this service neither I intend to. Is that not type of cheating and theft?I tried to call up your customer care and Appellate Authority numbers- [protected] & [protected]. They said they "really" understand my concern and they guided me how to stop the service but told me that the money once deducted can not be returned back in any case. I wasted more than 1 hour talking with them but there was no solution of my problem.They are reluctant to transfer my call beyond the supervisor level. They said it is according to company policy, that higher ranked staffs will not take any calls.So, is it your company's policy to cheat and steal money from customers and then ignore their calls if the follow that up? It is so nice of you!I very well understand this is a case cheating and stealing. If you do not return the deducted balance to my account and don't stop this service, I'll try to see an end to it through legal procedures in customer court, although it may worth penny for me.I was a happy customer of Aircel for years. However, this incident really surprised me. I'll definitely try to spread my word of concerns with valid proofs to all the people known and unknown to me through social media [Facebook, twitter etc.] and other platform, so that they also separate themselves from Aircel network before you cheat them.

                          I bought two simcards of aircel([protected], [protected]) on 25th march from my the aircel stall at my college campus(bharati vidyapeeth's college of engineering, delhi).i submitted 2 undersigned copies of my driving license with my photographs.i have called customer care of aircel, appellate authority of aircel.they say document submission is still pending in the case.neither they are providing me with the contact no. of their nodal officer.At their facebook page they say they are looking into the issue but i dont see any progress in my case.it has been more than 15 days, i was patiently waiting but i am still getting the same response from them

I will recieved the msg for deducting 30Rs balance. after that i will call on 198 customer care no. mr shubham is pick the call and he will tell me for refunding my balance in 24hrs. please check on this no.                               My no is [protected].. i have been using aircel since a very long time. I get many false syastem generated error messages.. whenever i recharge they deduct my balance. I called to care many times but everytime they its your fault. Please look into the maater.. they say i hav dailed a code but i have thr proof that it is auto renewed and so they are guilty.. please do something

                                  Sir, undue charges in view of Tiny TV 50 and Vtalkies 30 of Rs. 50 and Rs. 30 have been charged against [protected] for the month of March. We did not opt for any such services. Instead we asked to deactivate the service as soon as we were informed. We received the successful deactivation message as well but still we have been charged. We informed the customer care also on 30 March 2015, against reference no.[protected] and they asked us to wait for 48 hours. But the problem was not resolved. This is a serious act by the company. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Please expedite the process. Thanking you.

I have called the customer service and the person who spoke with me, informed that he will register to deactivate the service.                                       Respected sir My name is Manish gupta. My aircel mob. no. is [protected]. I have recieved a sms on dated 08.04.2015 timed 17.23pm. The sms was succesfully activated upe3g17. Before this my account balance was approx 47 rupees. But now this is rupees 30 only. How cheap is this. I didn't send any message or do any thing even my handset is locked. and my phone not support GPRS. How is this possible. I want from you to take strict action on this cheap sucking thing. I think you will do the hopeful and needful on this matter. THANK YOU.

                                        My self Shailesh Kumar, I am consumer of your Aircel services, I am living in Hazaribag of Jharkhand. I and my all friend’s circle use Aircel services and we satisfied for its services . Your services is so good and no doubt for your service, but before the someday, I have some problem for this SIM related to balance. But its issue is no bigger for me but your call centre staff‘s language and behavior so bad and dirty, when I have called to 198 for inquire purpose on 09/05/2015, they use abusing word related to my mother and other etc. They also say my connection will terminated for six month and stop all services and they will not refund my balance and use other dirty word, I was Socked because all call centre has recording faculty for security purpose and call centre staff has no fear from recording, Your staff behavior very bad that hearted to me, So I want to say that you find out your this staff and suspend or change it, otherwise many gentle people can be hearted form your call centre services. I know it is not big issue for you but its wrong sir, so plz take action for this matter its is serious issue. So, plz seriously think on its issue, I have also tape that is voice capture between your staff and me, its voice recording name 198_[protected] is original tape, in the tape I was always say sir…sir…. But your call centre’s staff abuse me, at last I thought you will take seriously its matter, so I am not sharing its recording of any networking site . I am waiting for response related to your call centre staff.
