On my no. [protected] on 10.04.2015 I ve received a message from aircel regarding talktime offer ie; 85 talktime on recharge of 65. I ve done it in morng hrs, i ve received 85 rs. I repeated the recharge again in the evening, the recharge was showing successful but no balance received. I called customer care but got no positive response. The TXN no. for the recharge is BHR[protected] .pls look into the issue....

Money deducted oftenly and not a proper response from customer care

Deduction of balance without any reason

My number is [protected], i am using an aircel sim of this number since three years.Your company have deducted amount from my main balance unnecessarily three to four times, this is the fourth time.Sorry to say that u people are making nuisance of this type which is unfavourable for your customers.Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible or otherwise i will file the complaint in the consumer forum....

Charged amount not refunded for a deactivated service.

Few days before I was charged Rs 30 for a service called Video talkies in my Aircel mobile no +91-[protected] (I suspect that this problem is due to browser programs).
