    My mobile no is [protected] i am using rate cutter (recharge with 36) plan to minimise my call rate but on 21st march 2015 aircel deducted my balance as per normal call rate around 150 rupees deducted from my account without giving any prior information.     Dear Himanshu,

    21st of March is the Black out day of Gudhipadwa, so all call rates charged as Base tarif rate
    I have check for the same i did not get any prior sms related to black out day. Without providing any prior information to customers how can you deduct balance as per normal rates. I got call form aircel support team they said that they have send me the sms on 18 and 20 of march 15 but i have check again for the same in my phone but i did not get any msg for aircel side.

    Please do the needful.

      On 05 Mar 15 I switched on my mobile No [protected] for net surfing and I have just surfed only for 5 minutes without any downloading. However for that 5 min the company has charged my Rs 87/- which is quite unfair and after that the customer care even stopped attending my calls. In view of the above kindly see that my money is reimbursed.

        Hi, I am using Aircel for few months and today suddenly 30 rs got deducted from my main balance. i got a sms saying you have subscribed video talkies services but i did't subscribed any things on my number. I call customer care also but i am not satisfy by their response and they have stooped the service.           at few day ago i have recharge in my mobile 53 and my wife go to westbangle with a anather sim of aircel, i was recharge on this mobile 29 for romming free but that is not working, than i call customer care but they did not give me right information after few day letter i was again call customer care thats time they give me right information. in betweeen i have lost so many money for recharge..again today onwards free again cancel..they give a charges for call..u tall me what can i do..

            Pls deactivate that a2a rc2 pack which is renewed everyday or so and taking my balance 2rs everyday...i dont want that service... Pls deactivate that service In my aircel no.[protected] this service is getting renewed every time and my money more then rs.100 is deducted by company. The service is this " Your lcl A2A RC2 pack has been renewed. Enjoy lcl A2A call at 10p/m for 7 Days.1st 60sec at 2p/sec " . I want to stop the renewal of this service as soon as possible . if it is possible i want my all money back which are deducted unnecessary by this service.

              My aircel no. Is [protected]. My internet is not working since 19 march and still the balance for using net is deducted as the icon for active net is shown. I launched a complaint in customer care but did not get a satisfactory and working solution. Even though Icould not load a single page since 2 days, my 7rs bal is deducted. Please help me get my balance back.

                Hi, On 18th March I received a offer message from Aircel no 612345(Special Offer! 1)Recharge=RC55 TT=Rs.55 & 2)Recharge=RC34 TT=Rs.34.Offer valid for Today. Benefit will be credited in 90Mins) I did Rs.55 recharge but I got 0 TT. I was waiting as in the message, the amount will credited in 90 mins, but nothing got credited. I called to customer care on 19th March morning reporting the issue they asked to wait 24 hours from the time I did recharge. I was waiting till 19th March night, the amount didn't get credited at all. Message from DT-Etopup Txn No.CHR[protected] to Recharge MRP 55 is successful. TT=0 INR, New Balance 29.84 INR, P.F 48.95 INR, S.Tax 6.05 INR From today early morning (20th March) I am keep on trying to log complaint through 198, but whenever I am getting the call to speak to customer care executive, am getting ALL THE LINES IN THIS ROUTE ARE BUSY, TRY AFTER SOMETIMES. Am very much disappointed. Please credit Rs.55 amount on my main account balance

                To register the complaint I tried calling 198 continuously several times on Mar 20, but I was getting the same result "ALL LINES IN THIS ROUTE ARE BUSY, TRY AFTER SOMETIMES". After that only I wrote a complaint in this site.

                Before 20-25 minutes I made call to customer care executive (Now the time is 8:23 pm) he checked and said that he is registering an complaint and will sms me the complaint no. as soon as I cut the phone, but still now I didn't receive the sms

                Hope you can get the complaint number using my mobile number.
                Today also (Mar 26) I made call to 198 and spoke to a customer care executive. She said that she will sms me the complaint number immediately after the call. I said that the last time also another executive said the same and she also agreed that it will not happen again like last day but still I didn't receive the complaint.

                I am an Aircel customer for the past 10 years. Am really upset with care your are taking about the customer.

                Hope you can get the complaint number using my mobile number. Please I need proper reply and talk time of Rs. 55 as stated in the sms from aircel

                  Dear Sir, On 18th March 20, 2015, the balance in my account (Aircel number [protected]) Rs.100 plus was suddenly got deducted zero and while making calls, call could not be connected wherein reflects as Zero balance. For this reason, I had recharged my Aircel number [protected] with RS.200 (with full talk time offer) through my Internet service with the transaction number TNR[protected] and received full talk time Rs.200 in my balance at 07.46 PM on 19th March, 2015. At 0930 PM, the balance in my account was ZERO. After contacting Aircel Customer Care numerous times, all I have received is excuses like Call after 1 hours, call after 24 hours, or Server is down. The behavior of these customer care executives is extremely inappropriate. I have not received the refund of my previous balance plus my recharged amount, nor an explanation as to why my balance was deducted. It is a severe Mental Harassment and loss of precious time in addition to loss of money.

                  You have used GPRS without free balance hence balance dropped as per the tariff.
                  In such case 3G/2G LMTD Data Balance shows as 1860.93 MB then how come the balance can be dropped to zero. Please clarify me...

                              my internet speed reduced from 3g speed to 2g speed after usage of 100mb everyday. i called them several times but they did not solve my problem. rather they told that they will call me back but did not call me een after 2 days.this problem is also continue sinc 6 months.

                                  Hi, I am using Aircel number - [protected] for almost 5 years and suddenly it barred on 16th March'2015. I was trying to contact customer care via another Aircel number and i am not getting connection to them. Worst service ever. I need a solution for this.

                                    After 20 days of application for porting from vodafone prepaid(west bengal circle) to aircel prepaid(no-[protected])-yet no verification call from 59059 & when i call to 59059 for verification, no response from other side.. what can i do...

                                      I had a plan of aircel to aircel calling free for which i was asked to recharge of rs100 monthly.so my last recharge was 145 on 23/3/15.But my this service stopped 10/3/15 onwards.My complaint no. Is [protected].I had made 1st call on 12/3/15 n i was told service would be resumed in 24hrs.As i did not get any response again had to call on 16/3/15 at 11am. I had to spend half hour again to explain entire problem n holding the line n there is cull cut from your side.whenver requested to speak to your higher officials, my call was never transferred.

                                        I Have debited 31 rs. without any prior alert. Ihad recieved a message that caller tone activated. since i dont bellieve it true fom my part. I contact customer care for this issue, but i dont recieved any response about my money refund. i had clearly deactivated that diialer tone that day itself. Finally, i want my balance amount of (30 + 1 rs.)to my account. My mobile number : [protected]
