    I moumita dey want to inform you that whenever i filled my top up balance to my mobile number [protected] then aircel deducted rs.20;rs.30;rs.10 by their own system and illegal practise. This is illegal and not desired by me. Try to refund all deducted amount to my balance. This is very unfair and very irritating case to me. If you do not understand my problem i throw my sim to garbage. Aircel is sucking and eating my prepaid filling balance. Try to solve this matter immediattely---moumita dey-[protected].

    system check it has been found that customer balance Rs. 18/- got deducted dated-
    10/3/2015, due to Reactivation of VAS - MOC1 - HUNGAMA through
    WAP . Credit of 18/- has been posted in customer's A/C from our end dated- 13/3/2015 . Customer have to revert within 24hrs. of
    balance deduction. However, we allow 96 hrs.

      My mother is using aircel no [protected] on a nokia basic ph, she dont know any operations on phone other than answering and making calls. Balance was kept on deducting many times though recharged minutes pack. When we call customer care they are saying like sports subscription is active. when I argue with them how come these subscription become active without subscribing and also how can they deduct money even from minutes pack customer care guys are simply ending the call or saying they have some technical problem at there end, call after some time. I called around 5 times in a day but couldnot get any assistance. Many of them who are using aircel are facing the same problem. This is unacceptable/cheap way of making money by cheating people who gave preference to your service. No other service providers are doing such cheap tricks.


      simple logic's:
      If I want sports subscription I would topup my number why would I put minutes pack.
      Consider if I have sports subscription, will you allow me to make calls, not possible right? they If I put minutes pack how can you deduct that for sport's subscription. I have opted minutes pack Just as you guys are deducting money for unknown reasons still you didnt stop and deducted that aswell.


      Kindly look into this issue and update me ASAP.

      Thanks for crediting the amount. Could you please let me know the procedure to deactivate all value added services activated on my account and to block all the messages from aircel.
      Last 6 month aircel continuously deducting money.when I do call them they abuse me...they always put blame on me where I did not do anything...now I want a solution..its enough..

        i am p.srinivas recently taken your sim & taken more than 10 days to activate. after activation of 2nd or 3rd day i recieved your customer care no. & cancelled. immedietely after few minutes a message came that thanks for subscribing music connect at rs. 30 for 25 days. amount 30 rs duducted from my account when i not selected any option or request. immedietly i called for call centre & reported the same on 05/03/2015. on 08/03/2015 amount has returned. today 10/03/2015 got the message free aircell internet (3g&2G) ON aircell to activate sms START 3G to 121. messages the same got message that thank you for choosing aircell 3g sercvices you will now be charged 10p/10kb. Now i actually want to know that what is the plan of my new purchased no.[protected] of voice calling tariff plan & data plan. You may please clarrify the same.

          sir, my name is Ashish Bisnoi and my aircel no. is [protected]. i have problem with my aircel no. . sir my balance deduct many time from my no. and todays morning i have use own f.b profile then some time i have check own ball my 30 rs is deduct in my main balance. and then i call in custmar care they not give any response and talk very rudely and after that call disconnect... and after some time i have again call to cutmer care my call is banned and not connect...

            Respected Sir, I need to file a complaint Regarding Vas services is being activated in my mother's phone.. But I have already informed in Aircel Customer Care Centre, No response was taken for that service they have charged Rs.72 for the past two weeks please make this as a complaint and refund the amount and please deactivate the services as soon as possible and refund the amount deducted by the Aircel...

              As checked no such VAS deduction found.
              Majority of Aircel customer's are affected such false billing activities.
              Repeated Unwanted deduction from prepaid connection [protected]. If you check my deduction in my accounts you can find there are something wrong in your Billing System, you are doing with your customer's. Frequently Rs 5/- getting deducted
              from my account balance with one SMS I am getting stating "Thanks for
              using Aircel Service".

              I think you can trace my accounts & find huge amount being deducted wrongly from my account balance.I am having all the system generated SMS and my complain mail copy regarding those.

              Again today on 12/03/2015 at 16:32 hrs I checked my account balance was
              Rs 18.30/-.At 16:42 hrs I received a SMS stating "Thanks for using
              Aircel Service". With a suspection I again checked balance at 17:21 hrs,
              found balance reduced to Rs 13.30/-. Simply
              Rs 5/- again got deducted! Why???

              The amount of Wrong deduction I noticed up to these time (of 34times of an amount of Rs170/-)

                  I purchased aircel sim card on 5 apr 2015 with the amount of 255 rupees with 3g ultd data plan..

                  It activated on 7 apr. But after activation

                  1) INTERNET IS NOT CONNECTING
                  2) GETTING AN ROAMING SYMBOL ON SAME STATE.

                  With the above problem we registered a complaint to 198.They acceoted this as a Network problem and registered a complaint.

                  But till now the problem is not resolved..

                  So kindly do needful.

Fir mai 5 march ko custmer care pr call kiya to mujhe btaya gya ki aapka balence 24 hours me return ho jayega.mujhe reference no.1-[protected] diya.aur next day call kiya to btaya gya ki block out day ke karn aapka balence return na ho paya.to 8 ko vaps krne ko kaha .fir aaj (9march) custmer care se bat huyi to 3 pm tk return hoga aisa kaha gya pr ab btaya ja raha h ki mera balence 75 rupees return na hoga.

                      sir i recharged my number on 9/03/2015 of rs 30 at 6.30 pm in which i got full talk time of rs 30 after that at near 8 pm 15 rs deducted unknowingly, when i called customer care they said i had downloaded an animation in a chargeable link while i have samsung grand prime why should i need of animations also i have net pack, so am i mad that i need to download animation, while i have google. aircel orisha is cheating people like this. my lots of friends having the same issue. the customer care behaves with me badly he is arrogant to me. Cheater aircel a fraud company, every time i recharge on aircel my balance is deducting this was happen to me 2 times previously rs 5 was deducted i dont know where to go where from i will get help kindly help somebody

                            Dear Sir, I had purchased Samsung Grand Prime Mobile on 24.12.2014 from M/s Datamation, Ulubari, Guwahati and there was offer for Aircel Data @500 MB per month for 6 months and as per the said scheme I had deposited Rs.155/-for recharge for Mobile No.[protected], which supplied by your Aircel Executive. After activation, I got Internet connection. But expiry of Data 1 GB for first month, I was not able to get Internet connection for further Data till date and showing/receiving no balance. I have gone to your Aircel office at ABC, Guwahati few times but no solution. I have received SMS from Aircel on 22.01.201`5 as under: "Congratulations! Your Aircel account is credited with 500 MB Free data per month for 6 months. Discover the Joy of Little Extra with Aircel.T&C Apply." 2.                               Post system check it has been found that yoour balance is deducting for outgoing calling according to rc 61/- as - Local A2A @1p/3sec, A2O @1p/2sec & STD 1.5p/sec, Landline calls STD/Local @ 3p/sec, First 60 Secs of the 1st Local Mobile call for the day @ 1p/Sec, 100 MB data for 30 days. Daily 1st two SMS Charged then 50 SMS/day -30 days which customer have sucessfully recharged dated 6/3/2015 9:45 hrs. No such invalid deduction have been found.

It was the commitment given from Aircel representative that "it will be activated within 2 hours. But till today it is almost 2 weeks where I could not see any services active in my SIM. I call to customer care on 06.03.2015 to 121 / [protected] and complaint helpdesk198 and all times I get massage from IVR that “we request you to dial 59059 for necessary validation mandated by the Gov. and recharge your number to enable to your services.” I dial to 59059 more than 50 times but all times I get massage “we request you to dial59059 for necessary validation mandated by the Gov. and recharge your number to enable to your services.” from IVR. I also recharge Rs.60.00 for talk time thru net banking transaction Id – KO80130101431425619466889on 06.03.2015 10:56:01 but till I have not get the balance.
