Dear Sir,
I had purchased Samsung Grand Prime Mobile on 24.12.2014 from M/s Datamation, Ulubari, Guwahati and there was offer for Aircel Data @500 MB per month for 6 months and as per the said scheme I had deposited Rs.155/-for recharge for Mobile No.[protected], which supplied by your Aircel Executive. After activation, I got Internet connection. But expiry of Data 1 GB for first month, I was not able to get Internet connection for further Data till date and showing/receiving no balance. I have gone to your Aircel office at ABC, Guwahati few times but no solution. I have received SMS from Aircel on 22.01.201`5 as under:
"Congratulations! Your Aircel account is credited with 500 MB Free data per month for 6 months. Discover the Joy of Little Extra with Aircel.T&C Apply."
2. In view of the above, kindly arrange to restore the position so that I could get monthly 500 MB Free Data (3G) for 6 months with immediate effect.
