Hi My mobile number is [protected].Circle is Andhrapradesh.i am facing issue while browsing with 3g network while roaming in chennai.Sometimes data receiving 0 bites.Problem facing only in few areas even with full signal bars.This problem is coming for all Andhrapradesh numbers while roaming in chennai.I tested from past one year.

I need aircel coverage in my village.I wont get any signal when i am in the house. I called customer care and complained so many times from the past one year but no use. Please let me know when i can get signal in the following area.

network, suggest to check the handset settings to 3G mode rather than

    mobile no. [protected] i have active data plan, but still amount deduct from my main balance. i am on roaming in maharashtra, internet not working even i have data plan, because of wrong deduction of amount my balance also below 1 rs. i already complain but not get any kind of respond from aircel customer care .

      Dear Sir, My name is Salman, I have purchased an Aircel SIM([protected]) on 2/03/2015 at Aircel Store located in Masab-Tank, with providing all necessary documents and payment required. It was the commitment given from Aircel representative that "it will be activated within 24 hours from the time it is issued to me".But, however till today it is almost 4 days where I could not see any services active in my SIM. Moreover, I have contacted the concern many times via phone and also personally they always said to me that it will be activated in 2 hours, which is absolutely false. So, I request the concern to please take an necessary action and provide me a proper resolution. Thanks, Warm Regards Salman.

I am Bibekananda Tandia from Odisha Sambalpur and my aircel prepaid number is [protected].I am faceing a huge problem since two months.I am a old customer for aircel but aircel has been useless service provide to me.I unable to check my call traiff plan.When i calling customer care they are told they can not check customer traiff plan.Today i call customer care and i had conversition with a ladies agent.She could not only provide correct information and also provide wrong.She told that your traiff validity will be 1st Apr and told "YOU ARE MAD""(Customer ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଖରାପ କରୁଛି) on line.Aircel odisha inbound call center is very bad.They not have quality, beheviour, Conduct, Sympathy.They also casually talk with every customer.I would like to inform aircel manager that please provide quality service.So please do the need full on my concern.             Still no response from aircel. i paid extra bill for two month but still not yet solve my issue, please take any action to solve my issue. As per my last conversation with aircel executive, She confirmed that the problem is with your end(AIRCEL) both of my number are not in CUG. She asked apologies for the numbers not active as CUG and she told me that my plan will be revised as CUG starting from 7th(SIM activation date) but in actual my CUG is activated only on 10th. So you are the responsible for those 3 days, Why should i pay the bill for the mistake which you people did? It should not be calculated as local call. That should be a free call(CUG) as per my plan. I would like to confirm you that I am complaining about CUG only. I am not talking about freebies or local calls. Please reply to the point of which I have raise. I am stating you again this mobile numbers ([protected] and another one) are in CUG connection, this I have confirmed with your executives who visited to me in person to collect the document and I have received confirmation phone call from your side. I want to know why did you charge for the calls made in CUG. This should be waived off.

            @ aircel : One more issue at your end. Still i'm not yet receive any paper bill. Already i have registered. Please check your side..
            Last month one person confirmed like that hereafter we don't charge for CUG 25 amount. But on March month bill they charged VAS and CUG charges.
            Aircel staff playing with customers, Daily 1 Hrs i'm spending my valuable time with Aircel, but the problem not yet resolved. Please take strong action on Aircel.

              Dear sir, hello on Feb 20, 27 and march 05 from my account 25, 5, 10 rupees deducted automatically by activating POCKET STORE. I gave one complain regarding this on Feb 20 but rather than your customer service executives help me out of this they blocked my number to call customer care . Therefore I humbly request you to kindly consider this matter and refund my 40 rupees and hope I will get good response. Other wise I will gave complain on consumer court regarding this.

                My name Indrajit Saha using [protected] aircel number. My balance was keep on deducting by activating unwanted services. If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number [protected] one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally...

                Post system check we have found that your balance deducted due to Value Added Services "Hungama" which balance also refunded to you in the month of February 2015.                     Dear Customer Care, If you study my trailing mail & my accounts you can find there is something wrong in your HLR System. Frequently Rs 5/- getting deducted from my account balance with one SMS I am getting stating "Thanks for using Aircel Service". I think you can trace my accounts & find huge amount being deducted wrongly from my account balance. I am having all the system generated SMS and my complain mail copy regarding those. Again today on 04/03/2015 at 18:30 hrs I checked my account balance was Rs 19.70/-.At 19:01 hrs I received a SMS stating "Thanks for using Aircel Service". With a suspection I again checked balance at 19:12 hrs, found balance reduced to Rs 14.70/-. Simply Rs 5/- again got deducted! Why???                       My mobile no. Is [protected] on the name of Arvind singh On 27 feb I was surfing Internet service provided aircel .When I woke up morning message of service activated and reduced 30 rupees. On 28th feb when I complained on their costumer helpline they first didn't talk immediately and disconnected one time then after having 30 minutes engaged they disconnected . I tried second time and after a long time affort when I contacted them the boy of complain centre named Hemendra talked bad mannerly and challenged me to complain any where else but he would not refund money and will not help . so plz help me sir for my important precious time and mental torture given by this company sir this not first time . It happened many times . It happened on 4to 6 feb ago also Now again on march 1 when I was using Internet through Aircel . Again they charged about 70 rupees while I was having data net . Please sir its happening repeatdly

                        This is Nagendran & My aircel no. Is [protected] On 22-02-15 i have activated 1GB-3G data plan-5 Days validity by using my main balance (as a deduction) Before activation my balance was Rs.153 and the amount deducted as Rs.101. Till date data is not added to my account. I have contacted several times aircel customer care those lazy peoples told that data not updated like this silly reasons they are telling & there after i have send the mail and register the complaint two times till date no reply. Those complaints ERN nos. Are as follows ERN[protected]RNB5D3 Dtd.: 23-02-15 & ERN[protected]P2R1PS Dtd.: 25-02-15 Really i am fed up with this. I dont know what to do? That is why here i am registering complaint. I hope i will get reply.

                            Around more than a week ago I took an AirCel number which is ...from your Aircel Store Neb Sarai near by Hanuman Dharam Kanta.before getting a number i Ask the dealer how much time it will takes to activate he said not more than a day but thay did'nt activate my number still my number is showing insert sim card minimum ten to eleven times i have told them to activate my number but thay don't and yesterday evening they suggest me to get another aircel number from their store at same price i'm not ready to paying again and again because i don't have so much money to expense like this...i need an aircel number immediately but they are not listening he told me also you can complaint against me anywhere if you want to use air cel services then you have to take new number or you have to resubmitt your documents...sir please activate my number as soon as possible Prateek Singh Mobile Number: [protected] Sim No.:[protected]

                              Respected sir/Ma'am, Since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. Firstly Rs15 was reduced and a messege came thank you for using aircel service. I sent a message to toll-free no. 155223 to stop any activated service on my aircel number, But I got the message in reply as "There is no service request available againest your mobile number. " Again today morning i received an sms, thank u for using aircel services. I tried to contact to customer care, But did not get any response. So, I do not know what to do. Everyday, I am getting unnecessary reduction in my balance. Thank you, Regards Ram Mob.No. [protected]

I went to Odisha for 15 days and before leaving Chennai I went to the authorised customer care centre of Aircel near High court and they told that if I will be on Aircel network then there will be NO Roaming charges. But they charged roaming charges on incoming as well as outgoing calls. 2. They have disconnected my number on 23-02-15 saying that there is not enough credit in your account and after paying Rs.200 as part payment on same day they did not activate my account. My account activated only on 27-02-15 after reaching Chennai. 3. When I approach the customer care at High court the response is so poor. 4. I've not received my bills for past 5 months.

                                    My name sanjay kumar using [protected] aircel number. My balance was keep on deducting by activating unwanted services. If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number [protected] one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally.

                                      Today Aircel sent me a sms saying - "RC Cash Back Offer ! Recharge with RC-19 and get additional Rs. 10 talktime in your main a/c within 24 hrs. recharge Today." I did the easy recharge. But later on I saw the TT = 0 INR, P.F.-16.91 INR, Service Tax 2.09 INR. And I cudn't call any number.

                                        Without my request my bill plan changed, I fully paid December bill with bill revised request. Not updated in next bill of Jan, but i paid my adjustment of request with mail intimate to aircel. Dec to Feb bill not revised my bill also asking late fee. My request has been taken by aircel & customer care (grievance) guy told, we'll discuss & call you back. But no use or not solved. I request you to please solve it.
